Goo Goo Express Car Wash Is My Baby Girl’s favorite spot to go get a “Spa Day!” Lol! My car gets the Works, A Premium shampoo, conditioner, polish and blow dryer! Then she’s driven around to get a good vacuum out! I spray my room spray inside & hang my air freshener! BOOM! Both of us are happy!

First time going here today. Not a bad place to get car washed.

Not as friendly as the Hueytown spot and some vacuums didnt work properly.

Lines where long, the cash and credit card machines had broke down and we had to back into the street to move to the other side, the associates where not friendly and there was a loud argument by the vacuums between some customers that no one tried to defuse.

Enjoyed the washing experience. And the free quick wash, card.

My car was still dirty and I paid for the most expensive one

They only wash certain windshields and back glass prior to entering the wash. If you dont fit the criteria, you are on your own. And the so-called attendant almost directed me into the trunk of the car in front of me. If I hadnt stopped, Id been about 2 feet from that car.

The attendants are very slow getting cars thru pay gate to car wash its very aggravating especially when you have a monthly pass.

Always closed. Never open at 8am as listed. Front sign states open at 8am. This has been going on for at least 3 months. Have a membership that I cant use.

The most expensive car wash still barely gets your car clean even if it’s barely dirty. Also, they have limited vacuums that work and the ones that do, have very poor suction. Plus, they were out of air fresheners.

The vacuum never works good. It doesnt get your car clean like you want it to be

Bad paid for $15 wash they gave me the $7 wash , The guy was standing where you pay and gave me a receipt that said $15 dollars with wrong time receipt said 12:24 and the time was 4:00pm,spoke with manager he got smart ask for corporate phone he gave the wrong number this was very bad

The Google car wash was really nice I had some problems getting the gate to open on my automatic pass but the manager came out and assisted and got everything in order it was really courteous and patient with me and the issue we had with the tag although this was not my own location that I normally go to this was an out-of-state location if Im in that city and state again I would surely go and visit this location just because they were really nice I wish them much success

Clean and hospitable

I got the rapid pass a month ago. Ive went maybe 5 times just to get what I paid. Never gets the dead bugs off the front. Always leaves soap on the car. Vacuums never work . Nastiest and dirtiest place to clean your car. Never can get in touch to cancel service. Working 8 a to 8 p could not go to cancel so now I have to pay another month 😠😠 Very unsatisfied with service. Had issues from the beginning because they charged me 2 . Supposably refunded one which was a lie. Had to fight with just to get my back last time. I will have to go through my bank to cancel because cant get in touch and do not want this service. If I could give no stars that is what I would give.

Very nice staff. However, the vaccum is always having suction problems and they do not seem to be addressing the issue. Although the vacuum suction is very weak nothing is being done to offset the price of the wash. I have gone here a few times and each time the vacuum has been very weak

I love this carwash. I can choose my payment and my time limit. I dont have to wait 2 and 3 hours to have my clean.Super awesome.

THE CAR WASH WAS CROWDED AN THE MACHINE DIDNT GIVE ME MY CHANGE SO I TOLD THE YOUNG MAN UP FRONT AN AS HE WENT TO HANDLE THAT THE OTHER MAN WASNT TRYING TO HELP ME THE CUSTOMER AN USUALLY THEY GUIDE U SO U DONT BUST UR TIRES OR HUB CAPS WELL HE DIDNT HELP ME AN I BUST MY HUB CAP SO THE CHEAP CAR WASH WASNT WORTH ME SAVING A FEW DOLLARS AN STILL HAVE TO PURCHASE A HUB CAP NOW SO WAS IT WORTH IT NO I RATHER JUST PAY SOMEONE TO HAND WASH IT CAUSE IM DOING THE WORK ANYWAY WHEN I VACUUM MY OWN CAR SO SOMETIMES ITS NOT WORTH TRYING TO SAVE A FEW PENNIES

This is the worst Goo Goo Car wash location in Birmingham...They send you through the carwash without telling you the tire shine isnt working, or the soap isnt working or if anything else isnt working. The vacuums wont pick up a feather. The management is unprofessional and far from courteous. If you want to be talked to like you are an idiot or want what you pay for...do not go to this location, use another location. You have been warned.
