Had an “ah-ha” experience here today. Had a wheel barrow rim with deflated tire (no tube). Even though I have an air compressor, the edges of the tire would not engage the rim even after using a ratcheted strap. When to Mavis 280 and said I though they would have the technology to inflate the tire. They said sure and I said I’d be back after lunch. Returned and it was “ready to go” perfectly inflated. Obviously great service and with a great smile to boot.

Wheel cover came off of my car and I had to order new ones to replace it. Came to Mavis 280 the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They charge me absolutely nothing to just pop them on. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Both times that I have been here the experience has been great. They have, from what I have seen, the best prices around and the service is great. They will work with you on price and can even replace lug nuts if happen to have had one fall off. They also had the size tires I needed in stock both times. The service is fast and friendly. Casey really helped me out and saved the day This will continue to be my tire store of choice.

I took my car to Mavis for 4 new tires. I got a GREAT competitive price on my Yokohama All terrain tires. I was so impressed with Danielle and her staff🙌🏾🙌🏾!I was told it would take 2 hours but they were finished 45 minutes before that estimated time. They did all of this on a Sunday before Memorial Day. Needless to say, at ANY time, I need my car serviced, I’m going to Mavis. 😁 The team there has phenomenalservice and excellent customer service. Five Stars all the way!!!

My experience here was was the best ever! Steve and the staff are phenomenal at what they do and have such excellent customer service. I am now a life time customer because of this. They took care of all of my concerns in such a pleasant manner and were extremely knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle. Let me start by saying this, God is great and the staff here at mavis tires on 280 are certainly doing his work by helping the community. I’m new to the area and Casey an employee here explained everything in detail and made sure I got the best deal for my dollar. To say the least I’ll be back for sure next time I need some tires.

If i could rate negative stars, I would. I came in yesterday as my tire pressure sensors were off and needed them checked as well as my tires rotated. They called, said I needed new brakes as mine were worn and new shocks. All was fine. I got home and realized 2 of the caps for the tire where you put air in were missing as well as the drivers side tires were not rotated (I noticed due to the writing they leave on the tires denoting which tires are front and rear). I called this morning, the manager said they don’t usually replace the caps (even though i stated they were on when I brought the car in to begin with) but sure come in and we’ll replace the caps and look at the tires. I went in, I had 3 men standing there telling me I’m wrong and the manager stating that if his employee said he rotated the tires then he believes him and he doesn’t know why the writing on the tires was that way and that it also makes no sense to him. I left and as soon as I got into my car something was messed with on my radio and it’s all messed up. I have never been treated so poorly or talked to so condescending. I guess they treated me like an idiot because I’m a young girl and they assume I don’t know anything. They did offer me ½ off my next oil change though, so I guess thanks for that?

I have to say hands down I have never experienced such great customer care. The young lady in the front I believe her name was Danielle explain in great detail what was wrong with my car. Other places I have gone just through numbers at me but she made me feel like I wasnt just a customer but that I was family. Great job Mavis I will be back.

WHEN I TELL YOU THAT THIS LOCATION IS THE SPOT, BELIEVE ME!! The front desk clerk, Casey, WAS BEYOND HELPFUL with getting brakes, rotors, & an oil change done on a SUNDAY! We were 3 hours from home & were in dire need for these services. So, Casey & Devon (mechanic) made this process very smooth! Casey told us it was his first week at Mavis, but he handled everything with ease. Devon, was also helpful with helping out with the front desk. #TeamEffort

Every experience I have had with Mavis has been excellent. Everyone there works hard to get the job done right. I have asked them to do tire repairs, single tire replacements, and full sets on my familys cars, and on every occasion I have been very pleased with tire selection and the hard work to install them. This establishment was very clean, centrally located and most of all they are very friendly and helpful. I had came across a situation at another establishment Discount Tire with a representative by the name of Brad. I was 9 minutes late on my appointment due to traffic conditions one lane was closed so he proceeded to tell me that I have to wait 35 minutes to 40 minutes to see if he would be able to even get me in. He was not friendly he was not helpful he actually made me feel like I was not the right shade or persuasion while talking to me he even took a phone call I did not feel welcome it honestly made me feel like I needed to leave so I did called Mavis and was helped by a representative by the name of Steve he was very nice got me a great price on brand new tires with a 50,000 mile warranty and totally blew my mind with this experience good job and thank you

I bought new tires at Mavis which I am very pleased with except they did not make sure that the correct air pressure was in each tire. I had to return to the store to get air put in my tires. While they were putting on my new tires they told me that my brake system needed to flushed out. I also had new windshield wiper blades put on. I later carried my car back for an oil change and I was told that my brake system needed to be flushed. I had forgotten about having it flushed on my last service. The cost was $79.99 plus tax. I was also told that my windshield wiper blades needed to be changed. I knew that wasnt possible since I just had them replaced three months ago. I got home and got to thinking about what all they had done on the car and I pulled my previous work order and there was my charge for a brake system flush just three months prior. I called Mavis and told them what they had done which was perform the same work again that was not necessary. I asked did they not check the records on my services with them to see that this was performed. Also, if it was changed three months prior, it would not have been dirty or in need of service. They were charging me TWICE. They made an excuse that the computer did not show that it was serviced earlier. I then asked that if it was done previously then it should not looked like it needed service and that I believed that this was done deliberately to make money for something that wasnt needed.To summarize this, I will continue to go back to Mavis for the rotation of the tires only. They will not be allowed to service anything on my car.

Went for a tire change, they returned my car with the TPMS light still on.Next day I noticed the car was mounted inside-out. Had to lose one more day to get the tire installed properly. The man at reception was complaining that its the first time he sees tires that have inside-outside printed on them. I pointed out a couple of tires on their display that have the same marking. He then said it must be something new lol. Totally unprofessional.

Took my car to the 280 location on Sunday for a right front tire and alignment. Had to take my car back on Monday bc it wasn’t aligned on Sunday after paying for this service. Now it’s Tuesday and my car is aligned better but not 100% and it’s shaking when I get to a certain speed so I’m assuming that the tires aren’t balanced. I won’t be going back today I will go to another tire place and have this fixed. I do not recommend the 280 store. People are friendly but I shouldn’t have to keep taking my car back bc it’s not done properly!!!

Consistenly bad experience at the 280 location. Twice I dropped my car off and was told it would be serviced in 2-3 hours. On both occassions when I went to pick the car up, it wasnt ready and they hadnt even started the work 3 hours late. I had to come later in the afternoon which resulted in me being late to pick my children up from school.I also had to replace the rear tires that I purchsed after 10,000 miles. The tires were totally worn out and I was told that the warranty was void because I didnt have them rotated every 5,000 miles. I understand tires need to be rotated approx every 7,000 miles, but they should not be completely worn after 10,000.Unfortunately I am having to take my car back today because they were the last to do an oil change (which I was told over the phone would be 49.99 but was charged $79.99) and another automotive shop told me that I had an oil leak which was likely caused by improper installation from the last place to change my oil. Hopefully they will do the right thing if that is the case.***UPDATE*** The store manager and regional manager both reached out to me about having a chance to fix the situation and offered me a free oil change. I took my car back to have the oil leak examined, and they admitted something wasnt put back properly, which they fixed free of charge. I appreciate their efforts to right their wrongs, so I will give them one more chance.
