Christian Brothers is the best auto mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. They are completely open with what they have found with detailed pictures showing the problems or things they found that could cause problems. They are a little higher in price than other mechanic shops but they use the highest quality parts and have licensed grade mechanics unlike these other shops. They are very professional and I can tell their work is too quality. I love this place.

The staff was so professional and genuinely nice and made me comfortable while i was waiting on my car to be fixed. I have never been serviced in such a way that the company cares about me and my vehicle. i recommend anybody to bring their car for any repairs. AJ is the goat and Rachel at the front desk is so sweet. I just love them.

Great experience and professional staff. They gave me a fair price and a quality repair. Saw a full inspection of my vehicle with pictures and video and have not had that at any other automotive place. Hands down the cleanest automotive shop in the southeast.

This place is the Google of car service! I was greeted by Josh at 7am to drop off my Ford Explorer, and was offered a coffee with creme and sugar while I waited for John (the owner) to give me a ride to work! Had a great conversation with AJ while I waited. A couple of hours later, I received a text message that included not only the complete diagnosis and repair needed for my Ford, but full report with a ton of pictures that showed my car was in excellent shape! They were able to replace my 4X4 transmission within a couple of days, and I was able to pay and check out by the weekend. What a fantastic experience. I will bring my car here for whatever as I need as long as I own it, and wont hesitate to tell my friends and family to bring their cars as well!

The staff at Christian Brother’s Automotive was excellent from the time I contacted them via Google until the time I picked up my car! They responded in a timely manner and their pricing was the best! I needed my spark plugs and coils changed on my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta and the did just that and got me up and rolling. Honesty and quality service takes a trip down the hole at Christian Brothers Hoover Alabama. I have taken my vehicles to CB in Texas, Florida and Alabama. This are my last 2 experiences. My Ford Expedition radiator failed. Towed to CB. The boys did the repair, 3 days later it failed again. CB had my truck towed ,now a second time. Not only was the install of the radiator and hoses not done properly, the mechanic left tools inside the engine city. 3 days lost. Second and last encounter with CB was today. Made and appointment to put brakes on Ford Mustang. I was quoted 4 hours. My problem I didnt get the quote I writing. I was notified by text the Car was complete at 11.30am, arrived at CB to find out I was lied to, now the quote changed to 5 hours and the car was not complete till 2pm. I feel CB was completely dishonest with the quote and hours spent doing the brake install. This is my last trip to CB. 2 Very poor jobs, and the dishonesty was the worse. It is normal to distrust auto mechanics. After my history with CB I thought I had found one of the Good Guys. NOT IN HOOVER ALABAMA. DISHONEST WITH POOR QUALITY..

Called to get a price to turn 2 rotors I removed from my truck. $260 was the quote. I repeated that the rotors were removed and only labor involved the brake lathe setup. They repeated $260 was correct. I had the work done elsewhere for $50. Outrageous price, hate to see price for entire brake job.

The staff was very well-informed and friendly. They sent constant updates through text to keep me updated on the process of my repair. I had them perform a full inspection of my vehicle, and they didnt pressure me to do any more repairs other than the ones I thought were necessary at the time. I had my alternator and battery replaced and I am very happy with the results. My inspection and repair were both completed in the same day and the price was very reasonable. They let me know when my car was ready for pickup and sent someone to give me a ride from my apartment to their garage. Ill be going here any time I need work done on my car!

Very honest and respectful staff. I took my corvette in for a wheel alignment after having new tires installed. Instead of charging me for a alignment they told me I did not need one after the perform their diagnosis. Most places would have charged me anyway. I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs and I live in Pell City.

Very nice and friendly staff. The business is new, so very clean and inviting. The waiting area has a large glass window looking into the garage, which my son loved watching the mechanics work. I highly recommend this business.

John and his team are GREAT and a welcome addition to Tattersall Park and the Hwy 280 area. Before they opened, I took both of my cars to another local competitor and was told that I desperately needed to buy two sets of tires when neither vehicle had enough miles to truly warrant them. On the next oil change I visited Christian Brothers and not only was I told that neither vehicle needed tires, the technicians found other items that the previous shop had neglected to even check. Needless to say I left very impressed and will only take my vehicles to John and Christian Brothers going forward.

Christian Brothers changed my oil and filters. They also did a courtesy assessment of my vehicle, and took photos of filters. They rotated my tires and changed my windshield wiper blades. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the service.
