Appliances connection sells top brand name appliances and provides excellent customer service. They made me feel like I was their only customer, even though I know they have thousands and thousands of customers that are as satisfied as I am. When the trucking company, AM trucking was not responsive to my inquiries regarding my appliance delivery, appliance connections stepped right in and resolved my issue promptly. After receiving my delivery I noticed two items were damaged. Appliances connection quickly gave me the answers I needed to resolve my issue. Tchena, “ my” representative is AMAZING!! (claiming her as my personal representative as she somehow always manages to get my calls). I was even provided a credit towards the appliance that I decided to keep despite cosmetic damage. In addition they provided a the current manufacturer’s warranty along with the manufacturer’s warranty. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer and will be recommending appliances connection to everyone I know and meet!!

With Covid-19 getting parts to repair the appliances were out of stock and were back ordered. Eventhough it took months to get the compressor they kept me informed with updates on the progress of when they expected date to finish repairs.They followed through by being on time on repair date. Initial service call-out via American Home Shield. The technician, Anthony, was on time, professional and polite. Dispatch responded quickly to schedule the service call. Eventhough they didnt have a time, they give me a scheduled date. They followed up the next day with a time-frame and a link to confirm the appointment; and another link to track the technician arrival. Anthony identified the problem and ordered a replacement part. Service not completed. Will schedule follow-up appointment after part is received. Cant rate quality and value of service yet.

We had Scott come out 3 different times for him to say it was a plumbers problem when it was the dishwasher that needed to be changed. I do not recommend this company at all.

This company was dispatched out to my husband and I by our home warranty company. Its been almost a month and we have been waiting on a part for a NEW stove that they claimed was on back order. and when I say new I mean a new Whirlpool that I pulled the plastic off myself. I wondered why a new product would even quit after 2 months of use anyway. We cancel our contract with them and was told by the new contractors that they never even ordered the part. What a shame. This long without a stove or oven in a new home that we purchased. Im glad I made the decision to cancel. I would still be waiting for a part that has not even been ordered.

Doug came out and looked at my refrigerator, that was leaking from underneath, and found the problem immediately. He explained that the valve was leaking and that it will have to be replaced. He asked if it would be okay if he turned off the water to prevent further leakage until the valve is replaced. He said that I would not have an ice maker, so in the meantime I will buy a bag of ice. Doug was professional, polite, and thorough. He did a great job!

Highly recommend! First of all it was nice to have a human voice answer my call instead of a computer. Service was done the next day to repair my washing machine. Tech was on time and was nice and explained what he was doing as he did the repairs. I was also glad that they cover areas not in the downtown area of Birmingham as I live in West Blocton. I have now added Appliance Connection to my phone contacts because I plan on using them every time an appliance needs repair. Fantastic job!

Called on Monday repairman came Tuesday. Diagnosed and said part with diagnosis would be $350. Said they did not have part and would finish when it came in, said normally 2 or 3 days. That would be Friday. I said fine , please hurry. As of Saturday no call... I went on Amazon, ordered part for $20 it arrived Monday .. it took about a half hour to replace, now working fine. Appliance connect calls me on Thursday, says they have the part and can they schedule NEXT Monday for the finishing of the repair. I told them that 2 weeks is horrible customer service and to get better!! I would never consider using them again

Excellent, over-the-top service. Michael came out when promised and serviced our dryer. Works like a dream. He also checked out our dishwasher that was leaking from time to time. Cleaned gasket and said to keep an eye on it to see if we noticed drips again. Then gave me the new gasket part number and estimated replacement cost, IF that should continue to occur.

Ordered an In Stock range, which arrived to me exactly four weeks after the order. Shipping company had an unsecured kayak stacked on top of other items when they pulled up, so I inspected it for damage. I did not see any major damage. After removing more packaging, I found damage where the top display/knob panel had been hit, causing fitment issues with the stove top. I notified AC with pictures of the damage within about an hour, where their instructions said I had 24 hours.The first email in response immediately said since I had signed for the shipment, they were no longer responsible for any damage. Celia requested more pictures and said she would try to help. Her attentiveness is the only reason I did not give them one star. Frustrated with the already long lead time, I simply repaired the unit myself as best as possible.I would definitely not purchase from them again.

Beware that the delivery dates for all appliances that are out of stock are NOT the same shown on the website vs the actual delivery dates when you call the Sales Representative, expect 2 to 3 months later.

We used Appliance Connection for a disabled dryer. The technician called before he came and presented neat and clean, with a professional demeanor. He new what the problem was just by what I told about how the dryer malfunctioned. He got right to work and pulled the heating element. He had to order the heating and thermostat element and returned when we were available. Anthony our service tech came back this morning to replace the heating element, again he called and presented himself as a professional. 15 minutes later I was signing his tablet and he was wishing me a good day. I’m drying a load of clothes as I write this.I would recommend Appliance Connection to anyone with an appliance issue..Appliance Connection, you have a good employee in Anthony, you may want to keep him.

Appliance Connection was thorough, prompt, and courteous. They were able to diagnose and completely repair the issue within a weeks time. Prior to using Appliance Connection, we had three separate repair companies attempt to repair our GE washing machine. We will definitely call on Appliance Connection for any future repairs.

It is so hard to find repair for appliances but this company was referred by Sears Warranty. They assessed and found the cause when Sears tech had not. They ordered all parts (some combined as recommended, not just the broken part) and came back to install. Great job by courteous tech.

In this day and age, one will often here about rude or incompetent repairmen. It is wonderful to experience not only a competent but also an honest repairman. I have been having ongoing issues with my refrigerator & AP repairmen have not only attempted to fix a design problem, but have provided suggestions (without charge) on how to get the manufacturer to be responsive to the issue, to eliminate my expense. AP holds a level of responsibility all other service companies should strive to copy.

Bought a refrigerator from this site, It took a little while to arrive, it was a large fridge, but I blame that on AM Trucking (who is horrible). But while AM trucking refused to install, the Appliance Connection customer service worked with me to get everything done. I give their customer service an A+ rating. But I do recommend them moving away from AM Trucking for delivery since they cannot seem to do what you pay for (white glove delivery, installation, and removal)

Terrible workmanship! I had to make multiple calls, and return calls, to even set up a simple appointment to correct the same problem thanks to a shotty install job, and they still had to return three times to fix the issue. (Still not fixed) If you want a bigger headache, call Appliance Connection. Or if youd rather get the job done right watch YouTube and become a DIYer or call a real group of technicians that make sure the job is done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME -- this place will guarantee trouble.

Scheduled an appointment a week ago... Charge double for two men....one man showed up an hour before time to get off...Told that they could not put or install my refrigerator... David acted as if it was my faulth for not telling them what type unit it was.... Which he already knew because they service the same refrigerator on March 10th and today is June 8th.... Very unprofessional and came an hour before time to go home
