Sent a repairman out same day I called. He was prompt. Professional. Completed the repair at a reasonable cost. They sent his picture before he came. 1 year warranty. Sears did the exact same repair 4 months ago, and they wouldnt fix it, even though I have the warranty on all home appliances. I give this company two thumbs up.

Over the years weve used MRA OTMountain for our refrigerator, washer, & this time our dryer & have been VERY happy each time. We called Wed 4:45 & Larry, our very nice technician, was here by noon Fri!! The diagnostic was quickly done & he had the parts. 1 year parts&labor warranty & didnt have to shop for a new dryer - YAY!

On another service they promised a day and ended up moving it up a day because they sourced the part locally and said they could do it sooner. I was so impressed that I would highly recommend them.

We paid almost $500 to replace an igniter on a gas range. It was supposed to be a long complicated fix. It was quick and simple.1 star on value3 star in that the fix workedWe wouldnt have used them but have a house closing and needed the fix. I would not trust them for another job.

My Whirlpool refrigerator / freezer control board stopped working, and it caused the auto defrost to not be able to work. The freezer was frozen over with a thick sheet of ice, and the air was not able to circulate to cool the refrigerator.I appreciate Troy and Mr Appliance, for their quick turnover. After waiting more than a month for the warranty company and continuing to get jerked around I googled gas stove repair and found Mr Appliance. They were able to come out about 2 days later and fixed my stove in the same trip! The warranty company hadn’t even come out to look at the issue and said a part was on backorder for 8 months!! From now on I will always use Mr Appliance and I’m sad I didn’t reach out sooner! They were fantastic!!

Our tech Tanner came to our house twice. He arrived on time, was very friendly and went to work immediately. He determined the problem with our ice maker within 10 minutes. Had to order the part. Came back 2 days later. Again was friendly and replaced the part. All told his total time at our house was less than 30 minutes. We would recommend this company to our friends. They did a great job communicating by text by email and by phone. We will ask them again if we have a problem.

Experience has it pay back. Mr. BAIRD new what the problem was when he open freezer. Stopped up drain. Corrected, cleaned up was gone in less than 45 minutes. Great value. 👍

I’ve used this company multiple times for different things. Yes, they are more expensive than some other repair service companies, but they also do a much better job. Scheduling service is easy and most of the time an appointment can be made within a reasonable time frame. The technicians show up on time, do their job and are respectful of your property. Carter was the best!! Super helpful. Came out and had our dishwasher fixed in less than 15 minutes. He also gave us a whole bunch of preventative tips to keep it from happening again. We will definitely be using Mr. Appliance in the future.

Hello. I used Mr Appliance to repair a microwave. I first had them come look at the microwave a year ago. A technician came to the house, looked at the microwave for about 5 minutes, didnt touch a thing and said it was the controller that was broken. He charged his $100 service charge and only after I called would he send me a quote with the part I was supposed to get and the over $600 quote. I didnt trust him so I never went through with the repair. After a year of a non-functional microwave, I called again and had a different technician come out. This guy was way better and actually diagnosed the problem and said it was a completely different part. same $600. So this time I had them come fix it. but when he came out to replace the part (which I later found out could be ordered on the internet for less than $200 and takes all of 5 screws to replace), the part he ordered wasnt functional. so he frankensteined together part of my old microwave and part of his new part to get it to work. i guess it works, but when you pay $700 to fix a microwave, I would have liked to get a brand new part. i tried to call the company to tell them what happened and they did the typical someone will call you back. which they never did. i only write this now, because I have since had service by an excellent appliance company called Appliance Connection. Way better in every single way.

Great customer service! On time! Actually, the second time I used them, they had a cancellation and called to ask me if I would like the repairman to come early, which I gratefully accepted. They come in, diagnose the problem, fix it, and theyre gone. Very efficient and friendly.

The technician was very professional and polite. The reason for low rating was I put in my comment that I was having no gas flow to my cooktop. They came out looked and said you have to call the gas company to fix gas appliances. For $99 service call to inform me to call someone else is unacceptable, especially when they were informed of the issue. Why advertise you repair gas appliances and then you cant / dont? I would not recommend them for anything related to gas appliances.

Right on time, fixed our problem in just a few minutes, he left no mess the absolute only thing i had a problem with is the price and that was because we live on a fixed income from Social Security and the cost was 1/3 of my monthly check, so we had to make some financial adjustments to get through the month,but I would definitely recommend them for their service and and knowledge

It was professional and on time but expensive. To fix a igniter in the oven was $400. It’s an old 20 year old range. I’ll just get a new one. Same for the washer but I needed to wash this week. I could have bought a new one for that also. I’ll recommend but with the caveat it’s too expensive.

He placed a mat outside and placed his shoes there and put on protective slip-ons and wore a well-fitting mask. We authorized the repair and he ordered the needed part(s) on the spot. He returned in just a couple days with the needed parts and fixed our oven perfectly. Mr. Appliance also warranties their repairs, including parts and labor. The repairman, Troy Hill, was so kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely call them again should I ever have another need for an appliance repair. I recommend them highly!

Charged $382 to replace a $25 heating element a 5 minute job. I could have bought a brand new dryer for that price. My wife was home by herself and I feel they took advantage.

Great communication with this company. They contacted me to confirm appointments and when my part was ordered and expected to arrive. They also called when the technician was on the way with an ETA. Josh was friendly and professional. He was concerned and careful with my hardwood floors, as he had to move the fridge. The price was a little higher than I expected, but with the great service, I wouldnt complain.

Our dishwasher was leaking but not sure of the source. I called Mr. Appliance at the number listed in Google, and spoke to a friendly, real person! We were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The repairman, Houston, arrived ahead of schedule with a call ahead from the dispatcher letting me know he was on the way. Houston wore a mask (COVID-19 safety precaution) as well as protective booties over his work boots. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote to repair on the spot, and upon my approval, began his work immediately, by going to get the parts and returning quickly. I scheduled a service w/Mr. Appliance based on the high ratings they have on Google Reviews. Im happy to report that i too had a terrific experience. I had a freezer icing up and my repairman Chase diagnosed and fixed the issue of a bad seal in 20 minutes. He was careful not to get water everywhere while doing the repair by putting down towels. He put everything back as it was before he arrived. He wore shoe protectors to not track anything in the house, and when he had to run out to his truck for a tool, he first removed those protectors and left them outside the front door so as not to get them overly dirty when he was outside. That kind of attention to detail told me he was a professional and conscientious worker, and that Mr. Appliance trains their team to do even the little things like that right. Im a first-time customer and theyll be my first call next time I need appliance service.
