I am working there. Because of another worker short cutting and not doing it correctly, glued. Just showing you what happens when a job is done incorrectly. The manager and project manager are doing their job. Thats my opinion anyway!!

Please do not move here. Although Treneice and Cindy are amazing workers, The Ridge of Crestwood billing department will rip you out your money. I moved out in October 2020 and still havent received my refund from my deposit. I have called, emailed so many different people and still no money. Its very unprofessional and a rip off to take people money and think they can get away with it. Also, it takes forever for maintenance to fix anything and the roaches are a major problem. Once again, the representatives that work at the apartments are really great people and its not their fault but I think something is going on with the Company which is called Contour. Also, I found out I am not the only one they owe. So if they are requiring you to put down a deposit, dont....go somewhere else. I am so upset and I am pregnant; plus we are dealing with a pandemic. A company should not treat their previous residents like that. I cleaned the apartment and left with a zero balance. It pains me to even write this review. Dont move here!

Does this office have an emergency number? I would love it if people dont live around me and constantly stealing my packages. Also, if you want to play your music, please dont play it so loud my walls shakes, or play all day, night, early mornings, please respect others peace and privacy. The upgraded apartments are nicer, but being on disability, I cant afford nothing nicer. I just wish I could get in touch over the weekend when maintenance problems arrive just like now. My sink is backed up and I cant find an emergency number 😕

They have rats in literally all the units I tried moving into a different one they said it would be the same they don’t come spray for pest price is too expensive to have rats

Please do not move here my apartment flooded really bad when it rain TWICE! & nobody came to fix anything maintenance SUCK & nobody in the office never answer the phone do not waste your time or money please.

I have been living here for 6mths currently and it’s terrible . I would not suggest anyone move here. The plumbing is outdated and always has problems. The bugs will try and run u away it is literally a breeding ground for roaches. The office management is rude and non professional. They never answer the phone and when they do they don’t have answers to your questions or help for your problems. My emails go weeks without a reply and my apt has been flooding for about 12hrs now and I can’t get anyone to come and service my apt. It’s over priced and sad.

This is a great place to live. Management is always super helpful and addresses concerns in a timely manner.

Not a good place to reside...No one responds back..Trenese doesnt answer phone calls or emails back...my ceiling leaking in bathroommold and bugs
