I recently purchased a new home that had a musty smell so I decided to clean the air ducts to see if it would help eliminate the odor. Jeff and Juan were the two techs from Marshall Air Duct Cleaning company that performed the service which took just over 2 hours. They were very respectful of my home and left everything nice and clean after the job was completed, they also sent me some before and after pics which is a good detail. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for this type of services.

The servicemen went above and beyond in accessing my dryer vent which was unbeknownst to me, under some deck steps! They unscrewed the wood panel and cleaned the duct, which probably had not been cleaned out in many years. The amount of caked lint was impressive. This was all done in a cold drizzle. The technicians were polite and efficient. Office staff are wonderful as well. Marshall Air Duct Cleaning deserves more than 10stars!

They took great care not to damage our newly finished hardwood floor. They did a meticulous job of vacuuming and cleaning out every vent are and the major vent truck. I needed to clean my ducts after some construction. I wanted to schedule with a local business. I called to schedule with this company after reading positive reviews. They were very nice and professional when scheduling.I scheduled for a Wednesday morning between 7-10. Around 8:30, I called to get a better idea of timing. Whoever picked up said they someone would call me about 30 minutes before they arrive. He could not give me a closer timeframe. I called again at 9:55 when I still hadn’t heard from anyone. They told me the same thing, someone will call before they will arrive. I was about to reschedule for a different day, but they had no answer for me when I asked if this has happened before. They were nice, but not apologetic for this at all. I ended up not rescheduling with them and scheduled with another company. 11:30 someone finally called me asking if it was okay if they came around 2-5 today. I told them I had already canceled today’s appointment. He asked why. I told him that someone was suppose to come between 7-10. He apologized and said he is just a sub contractor and just received my information.Very disappointing.

Upon arrival, all the men were extremely professional and polite. They were patient with our pets and considerate of our home as they moved in and out of the rooms. Both Alex and Devan were awesome!
