I recently bought a home. Two air conditioning units were installed by Air Conditioning Experts on 5/18/16. I noticed a leak on the interior wall where the air conditioner is located and where the hoses are connected. I have a warranty until 2026, so naturally I called the air conditioning experts. On 4/12/17 their technician came to my home and stated there is an electrical problem and the problem was apparently fixed. In May, the company was again called for the same unit malfunction and when an air conditioning expert technician came to my home, he stated the unit is about to freeze he also made the comment that originally when the units were installed, they were not tied in correctly, and that the issue was in a gray area. The technician called the air conditioning experts office and spoke with Melissa regarding the issue at hand and was told that it is documented that the units were tied in correctly. The technician then told me that he did not think that the unit was installed correctly and he then advised me to take pictures when I have another technician come evaluate the situation. I will also submit the pictures to a proper defense organization to evaluate.

Cause they do awesome work

I believe they are out of Business? No one was there.
