Jeremy Busby did our maintenance and repair. He was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to sell me on anything “extra” or anything I didn’t need. He was thorough in checking my unit from top to bottom and making sure everything was taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Every single time Ive had a need to have maintenance, repair, or like today, a total replacement of my HVAC units, Ive always used Mid-South Heating and Cooling. Integrity is everything. I called Mid South because they installed our church unit. So the unit kept tripping the breaker. They came out and said it was the compressor. They cut the high and low pressure sensors for the compressor I guess to make it run no matter what. Never came back to fix it. I called the owner this morning. He started acting hostile and hung up in my face when I told him what they had done and I ask could they come and hook it back up. 3 weeks later the problem still isnt fixed. I will be calling the board first thing Monday morning. Then they were 1 hour late when they came out the first time.

Cary did excellent job in repairing HVAC. Very professional. Explained everything he did and why it had to be done. Gave me options on different levels of repairs or replacements. Prices were very reasonable. Very satisfied with all the work done. I will recommend him and his company to anyone that may ask for a recommendation. If I ever need HVAC service midsouth installers will be the company I call.

We love this company. We have been with them for 11 years. They have come through for us when our AC was out multiple times in 96 degree temps. They just replaced 1 of our 3 old 20 year old heating and AC systems with a whole new system. When we compared to the two other replacement estimates we got from two other companies, the savings on our new system through Midsouth Installers was hundreds of dollars. They handle the seasonal maintenance for all of our systems as well. They are always prompt courteous and professional!

Damien and his crew are wonderful!!! I would recommend to any and everyone! Our AC went out on what felt like the hottest week, but we had zero worries all thanks to mid south! Damien had me intouch with Carey and in a 6-7 min phone conversation had us set up with an AC unit and all the financial steps finished with every question answered!! They quoted the prices upfront and were very kind! They came out next day and the crew, mark and Brandon, were on time, fast, and professional! Everyone was great! I can’t thank them enough!

Jeremy was awesome! He came after hours to try to get our air back on. When that didn’t work, he did exactly what he said he would do and was back by 10am following morning and had my air working before lunch. I’m super impressed with his team.

I called to get info on a home that I wanted to buy in Ga.; even though the home was not in their market the lady that answered the phone was very professional and answered my questions and advised me the best that she could under the circumstances. I wish that I could use them in Georgia.

Tech was on time and did the work needed on the unit. Didnt realize how low the freon was. He refilled the freon and now its making the unit cycle better and the house is more comfortable without working itself to death.

This company was very courteous and prompt from start to finish. I had to call them for a quote regarding a full HVAC replacement and they went above and beyond. They beat everyones quote and timeframe for completion. The guys that came out for the install displayed their professionalism from the very beginning. I will definitely refer them to my neighbors.

Mid South was honest from the start and they were able to get out the next day to replace my coil. I had several questions for the company who originally installed my 4 year old central AC unit (3D) and they dodged me like the plague which says so much about their business. Mid South was completely honest, very personable, friendly and I could go on. If you need hvac help call Mid South and dont waste your time with anyone else.

Midsourh workers came out on Friday night and successfully got our air COOLING!!! They were knowledgeable and extremely courteous and gave us an estimate for the cost beforedoing the job. We are pleased with their service and are happy to recommend them.

We have used Midsouth for many years and two houses, they are cleanand courteous people. They would not tell you that you needed something replaced if they didnt mean it. It is hard to trust someone these days but this company is very honest.

Terrible, horrible, awful would not recommend to anyone. Only one of the three technicians they sent out were competent. Our AC was out one month June 14 - July 15 and they repeatedly misdiagnosed what was wrong with our ac and expected us to pay for their mistakes. We are pretty sure they broke the ac coils (we didnt have problems before they messed with it) and they re-wired our thermostat incorrectly. I had to call constantly to get updates and no one seemed to have a clue. Customer service is poor to say the least. Once we FINALLY got the ac fixed they wanted to dispute the invoice. DO NOT HIRE MIDSOUTH TO DO ANY AC WORK!

$616............for 2 twenty dollar capacitors and a 15 minute service call. So my previous 5 star review has changed.I have been a very loyal customer of Midsouth, and I have recommended them to numerous people. I have always given them excellent reviews.I know small businesses have high expenses and need to make a profit, but overcharging a loyal customer that sends you referrals has consequences.

He came out (Nicholas) and replaced my capacitor. I had asked for maintenance things I need to do and after looking at my whole heating/cooling he said he would email me a couple different option with the estimate price. I have called several times to try to get him to email me and I keep on getting from the lady who answers to phone “let me call him and call you right back”. She has never called me back. I guess they don’t want my business
