Right from the start my experience with EnviroPest was exceptional. I sent a message to them online in the evening and immediately heard back. The gentleman asked if he could call me in the morning. By the morning I had forgotten all about it and was busy with my day when he actually called and followed through like he said. Our conversation was wonderful and I hung up the phone already impressed with the company. About a week later (at my request) Alonzo arrived at my house and he was just as friendly and professional as the man I spoke with on the phone. He took his time and went through my house inside and out while asking me questions and actively listening. I noticed an immediate decrease of bugs after he sprayed and within days had no bugs in my house or on my patio or deck. Just recently (1 month later) I noticed an ant here or there in my kitchen so I reached out to Alonzo, he responded immediately and scheduled a visit for the same week. Mr. McMillon was on time and a super nice guy. He was thorough outside and inside our home to treat our carpenter ant problem. So far I have seen a big improvement. They do have to revisit quarterly for a year to treat the problem. Also the quote was much cheaper than the bigger companies.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Enviropest with the removal of a hornets nest. Alonzo arrived on time, performed the removal expertly after answering my numerous question.

Personnel was 45 minutes late for appt and didnt even apologize, but stated he was never on time. He called 35 minutes after we left house to say he was done. Not very thorough.

The communication with this company is really frustrating and it’s difficult to get a service date and time confirmed. Time will tell how good the services are...Alonzo is a nice dude.
