People sleeping in there and trash is everywhere, we couldnt fold clothes there.

People were smoking cigarettes and herb while I was doing laundry ... not ok

Second best laundromat in area behind Suds and Duds. Great dryers. Well heated in winter and now air-conditioned in the summer. Clean. Upkeep by owners is tip top. Ive used dozens of laundromats here and in NYC, and never found one run as well as this one.

There is no one to help if machines malfunction. There are no hours of operation posted anywhere. The machines are very outdated and quarters get stuck sometimes or dont fit. But at least they are open pretty early in the morning as far as I can tell. And the prices are cheap, just bring your own quarters.

They have no baskets! Other than that, its ok.👍

One of the better laundromats Ive used from NYC to Binghamton. I got two loads washed in one for $3.50. Put them all in one dryer with $2.50 in quarters, which turned out to be too much by 2 or 3 quarters. First time my clothes ever came out of a laundromat dryer just about burning my hands. Well kept, clean and it looked like all machines were operating. Must have good ownership!!

Their machines are dated but they cost the same as other places with more modern machines. My clothes became stuck in one of the ancient washers there and I had to climb over it and unplug the machine to get them out. This left my clothes absolutely soaked and made the drying time significantly longer. I called the number on the wall several times and only got a voicemail. I was contacted the next day and a refund was offered but I declined. It is nice that they offered a refund but when I am doing laundry the last thing I want to have to worry about is getting a refund for a malfunctioning machine. I want to get in and out as fast as possible.

Horrible experience. There is no staff present at this location. I tried to use one of their large washing machines for $5.50. I put the money in and the machine would not start. On the off chance I miscounted the coins I inserted an additional 2 quarters, it still would not turn on. There is a number listed to call if there are any issues. I called and left a message. Tried again 10 minutes later. I ended up leaving. I got a call back 2 days later. Their mechanic said nothing was wrong with the machine when he checked it so they would not give me a refund, even after they followed up with the owner.I would avoid this location because youre throwing your money away if there are any issues. I went to Duds and Suds Laundry down the street after and had a great experience (there is an employee on site). Go there instead.

Its OK. The machines work and arent overly expensive. However, there was a man who was loitering, bothering people, talking crazy. I go to another location now.

Well self service wanna smell good well go wash your clothes and then go home and take a shower ok their you go
