The first time I used Duds and Suds..it was the first time I ever used a laundry service. I was very please with the way they had placed like items together in the bags, socks etc. The last time my laundry was returned, I hadnt taken out a comforter right away and. Much to my dismay.whe. I did I found it was still wet. Every tshirtof the childrens was filed so that you cold not see what was on the front. Therefore you had to unfold in order to match with according ants. Rediculous and time consuming. If Yu out KNOW your stuff...Get it done right. I would suggest if you value your time and clothess as I doSeek out a. Different service.

Best laundromat I’ve been to. I travel for work, so it’s great to have a place like this to do laundry. The place is spotless and the machines are clean too. The wash l-and-fold service is fantastic as well.

The machines here are so quick and thorough. Dryers also are fast. It’s quicker for me to come here then do laundry at my rental. And there’s a rewards punch card and discounts on tokens. Plus, free hot coffee and tea(also a vending machine), pool table, and other games. Facility is very clean and the customers socially distance. Clientele is respectful and staff are very friendly.

Impressed by a laundromat ? You best believe, it if its Duds N Suds. This is the most civilized laundry with really concerned employees. Examples: You can do your laundry while seated, with a cup of coffee or soda and a snack. As a customer you can go to the restroom. Charge your phone, and talk, watch the TV, read. Theres a childrens play area and library is here, too. Go shopping real nearby while here for sure. Machines are modern, clean and efficient. Once you partake in the facilities here, youll very easily note this is the shining star of laundry spots.

Absolutely love them, these lady’s turned this spot around completely. I have never had any bad experiences here. Super sweet and great location, food on both sides and right next to the plaza. I recommend to everyone in Binghamton. It’s very clean and calm and they have seating for you to sit while you wait. Plenty of washers and dryers as well.

They have great, friendly and helpful staff who are always monitoring who comes in and out. I feel very safe at this laundry mat unlike others Ive been to. The staff are really good at enforcing the rules and dont allow ignorant, loud and obnoxious behavior which is something I am greatly appreciative of. The owners come by to make sure everything is running smoothly. Some of the washers are out of commission but there are so many it doesnt really matter.They use tokens but have an awesome reward system where they give you a card and each time you do a load of wash they punch it. If you fill up the card they give you a free wash PLUS if you spend $20 on tokens you get $3 free. PLUS your full card goes into a drawing to win $10 worth of free tokens! You cant go wrong with Duds N Suds!!! I highly recommend them! Keep up the good work guys!

We took a quilt that needed to be washed in a machine without an agitator. We were looking for the proper machine when the owner came over with a smile and asked if he could help. He took us to the right machine, explained how it worked, and showed me how to use the change machine (machines take tokens). Very nice, clean place with a very nice owner! Thanks for the pleasant experience!

A great variety of sizes of machines of washers and dryers! Very clean with ample parking and early opening and later closing hours! Very nice attendants! Super convenient to other stores in the area... Price Chopper, Big Lots, KFC and a car parts store!

The best laundry mat in the Binghamton/Johnson City area. It’s clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a TV, AC in the summer, and plenty of things for kids to do while you wait. My favorite is to get a bagel from next door and eat in here in the booths they have. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

They dont follow the wear a mask law even though theres signs EVERYWHERE..employees were not wearing masks either. Dont post signs if even ur employees cant wear masks.

Clean toilets- disposable toilet seat covers, toilet paper, soap.Tables and chairs to sit on some Booth style some not. Free parking. Next door the European store, cheeses, sausages, individually wrapped chocolate. Delicious Geogeorian peppers in the jar Kefir, dates, Sardines, homemade bread and so much more. Makes laundry fun! With games, comfortable seating and a BATHROOM, duds and suds is easily Binghamtons best laundry mat and service. I have been going here for years and all the staff, even maintenance are friendly and helpful. Leave a sock in the basket? Chances are they brought it to you with a smile. Machine broken? The tech comes to fix it right away and gives you more tokens. They even give my kid candy to eat while I fold my clothes. Seriously, its like this place is staffed by Angels. Keep up the good work! Id never go anywhere else. :D

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Lots of washers and dryers made it quick to get in and out.

Excellent and clean place to do laundry. The cost per loads are very reasonable and the staff are very involved ensuring customer satisfaction. The only problem I do have is the parking lot. The pot holes are dangerous and those crumbling parking barriers are an eye soar for outside image. (I recommend a black rail)

More and more machines are out of order. Never fixed. The ones that do work, dont work consistently. One washer in particular can take twice as long as another of the same model. As frustrating or more frustrating then most if not all other laundry experiences in the area. Fix your machines you bums

Staff member was very polite, ladies restroom was in immaculate. Plenty of seating & tables for folding laundry. I did notice several washers & dryers out of service, but there were only 2 customers when I was there, although if it was busy it couldve been a problem.

This used to be the nicest place in town. Then we went back after a couple of years when we moved to an apartment and couldnt use our washer and drier. First we would go on Friday nights and except for the occasional rowdy group of teenagers that would come in to play pool it was alright. Then one night a couple of hookers came in. They were even picking up Johns in the parking lot while doing their laundry. We decided to only go when there was an attendant after that. We went last Thursday and there were unaccompanied children running amok everywhere. One of the mothers started whipping her child with a belt and eventually dragged him out to her car with another woman and proceeded to beat him there. Someone even called the cops. The whole time the attendant was outside smoking. The only thing I saw her do was lock the bathroom doors so the kids would stop playing in there. I am never going back to this hellhole.

The only laundry mat that dont tolerate negative behavior. So going there is great. The owners keep the place clean and are on site everyday.

Friendly staff, clean, and plenty of chairs and tables so you can hang out while you wait for your laundry. Will definitely use them for future laundromat visits.

WiFi works half the time. Most staff members are distant and blaring horrible music. Token machines jam. However the washing/drying machines are pretty good. Plenty of them. Rarely waiting.

Love the place,love the new after 4 attendent, just cant stand employees smokin outside with whole family there ?????? windows in front should be cleaned daily !!!! and you should complain about condition of parking lot too owner of property !!!! also no indicator for handicap parking none at all blue markings in parking lot no signs DO YOU THE OWNER CARE?????? WE WILL SEE IN TIME !!!!!!
