So dirty and messy. I did not go into one isle that it was so unorganized. Though the only one was the sodas but thats because the vendor of the sodas does the stocking. Items on floor and not in its place. First and last I go into this store

Most of the staff are friendly. CeeCee is the friendliest. I shop here at least once a week or so. Its kept clean compared to other Dollar Generals on the coast. They dont have a ton of carts/grey totes blocking all the aisles.

Changing my review from 5 stars. Staff has changed. The assistant manager leaves 1 staff member handling all of the customers while he is either outside on a break or stocking. The lines grow long and he has to be informed about the long lines and even then he may or may not help this poor, younger associate with checking out customers. Also, Im upset with DOLLAR GENERAL in general. More and more this company is using digital coupons. For older people and poor people this amounts to discrimination. It makes me sick to see that a product that Im paying $5.00 for is only $3.00 for people who can navigate digital coupons or who can afford phones that can. Shame on you DOLLAR GENERAL. Id love to boycott them but its convenient. I will buy as little as possible now. The aisles are sometimes blocked, by the assistant manager. Hes done this to me several times now and he just looks at me and wont move. Just a couple of days ago it happened, again, and he says oh, do you need me to move? I stared back at him and said yes. I was clearly trying to get by him. The only thing he had to do was move his cart. Such a little ahole. I am in this store 4-5 days a week.

Great store, cashier even enforced the face mask policy in such a professional manner I was shocked.

We had to wait in line for 45 minutes. The lady was on her phone the whole time. She had people waiting. Thats not respectful to the customer.

It was a pleasure to meet her and she provided excellent customer service. As we picked out care package contents for our Navy friend..we found everything we needed at a great price. The coupons and free bag cinched the deal and experience. We will be back again soon.

I feel like they could do a better job of keeping this place clean and tidy. I felt very crammed in there and some of the items were really unorganized. The prices in the store do not keep up with the name of the store.

This store is always in disarray. The Isles are ALWAYS full boxes & boxes from their shipments. You cant even get down most Isles from this . And the past year everytime i go in there its this way. I can never find anything cause product is still in boxes .

AC has been out for a bit now. Three employees up front on a Saturday afternoon and only one of them was working on the register with a line 17 deep. Not acceptable especially when it was hotter inside than out!

Lock your doors and expect shady people to approach you for money in the parking lot. Dont leave your kids in the car while you go in.

This is by far the worst Dollar General I have ever been in.. the place is filthy, the workers argue over who is going to ring up a customer..there are obvious outside deals going on here as well.. Ive only been twice, that was twice more than needed.. Ill just go a little bit further and go to the dreaded Walmart..

You still get what you need but this place is run down and smells awful.

Got there at the wrong time they had a new shipment in and it was everywhere. couldnt get to stuff because it all in the isles and hard to get around.

Im usually in at least one or two of the DG stores in my area at least 4 times a week and they are basically the same as far as cleanliness and reasonably in order. However the location on pass rd just east of popps ferry is a total disaster area!!!! I mean i literally had to just give up on pushing a buggie through the store because that was an impossible task. There was such an unbelievable mess. Boxes and clothes and food items If the fire marshall would walk through the door and see the hazards that particular store, it would be shut down! Without a doubt at just a glance!! The lady who checked me out was really great. Wonderful mood, vary kind.The only reason it was 2 stars if for the kindness of the ONLY woman working.

Kudos to the new arrangement of the store. I know they worked very hard. Still a little hard to get around in there but I did find everything I was looking for. I would rate a little higher, however the guy behind the counter checking me did not listen to what I said and seemed to be very ill....this I noticed as I arrived at the store. I could hear him all over the store. He did apologize. I doubt I will be going back to Dollar General. Not that one for sure.

The store recently had a remodel. The aisles are still crowded with clutter which leads me to believe there is a lack of employees or energy to do simple tasks. The line was 10 deep the Minday that I went in and the guy at the counter was on the phone telling of an incident to what I assume was his boss and how someone cursed him out. The other employee with the purple in her hair was outside talking to a man in a truck and casually strolled in and opened the other register. She is awkward and asks inappropriate questions. The male employee seems so beside himself with anxiety that he is mistaken for as rude.

It would be an ok dollar general if I wasnt harrased by loitering homeless people. Asking for money or trying to bum a cigarette.And then inside there was several aisles blocked because of excess freight.it might have been delivery day but its like this every time I visit. Carts and buggys full of merchandise that wont fit on the shelves. So I couldnt completely shop cause at least 3 aisles where blocked by carts.

The cashier was not friendly at all. She was holding a whole converstation with a person who wasnt even a shopper. No greeting when walking in or when I arrived at the register to pay. Only spoke to tell me my total. Just plain sad and very unprofessional.

The thick moustache lesbian and the big red-headed black lady that are usually working Sunday night at around 9 p.m. fail at their jobs hard. I literally stood n check out for 15 minutes for One customer because the black lady was moving as slow as humanly possible and the lesbian was smoking and playing on her cell phone. Update the lesbian is at it again being bad at her job. Instead of just taking the moment it takes to walk over and unlock the bathroom she pretended she didnt have the key. Thats funny because Im a regular customer who comes here 5 times a week minimum and they have the key every other time. This place officially lost my business and I wont be back

I know its a dollar store, but it doesnt have to feel like shopping a rummage sale. Could certainly be cleaner. Checkout was also a little slow but the cashier was friendly.

This is a dirty unkept store. I wish I had known I could add pictures prior to posting. A lot of the shelves were empty. I ask to use the restroom. The toilet was not flushable. I did tell the associate. This store needs some serious TCL. The employees were very nice.

Only one minor criticism: they should open earlier than 9. Otherwise I love stopping here.
