The techs are knowledgeable, on time, explain their plan and most importantly; no one has made me feel inadequate nor have I felt like my projects are a royal pain! Very Professional and Friendly. Also ended up able to come by and fix it faster do to a cancelation. So we didnt have to waite an extra day to have it looked and and fixed.

Receptionist gave my mother a story of why they couldn’t schedule her. Told her out of town fee was 180 then 90 hour. Reasonable but shouldn’t your be given a date. Booked A week out month out a year out. Receptionist said that’s not how plumbing business works. They don’t have a calendar. The real truth they pick and choose which jobs they do.

Called at 9am and had same day service. Fixed my issue within an hour and was very reasonable priced. Would definitely use again for future plumbing issues.

Friendly receptionist and got scheduled same day which was great. Appointment was between 3 and 5pm and he came early at 2:30 so even better! I explained to tech what was going on and he was friendly and knowledgeable and got my drain going again! Would recommend Rotor Rooter to anybody with plumbing issues, great job guys!! 👍

We called on a Saturday after spending hours to unclog our drain in the kitchen and they had someone here within 2 hours. Chris had it fixed, drained and cleaned up in less than an hour. He was so kind and helpful. The cost was a lot less than I anticipated and I will DEFINITELY use their services again and will recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

We were having issues with one of the toilets in the house we just bought. Roto Rooter was able to have someone out the same day. It ended up being a 15 minute fix and we were good to go. Both guys were very professional and arrived promptly. Will definitely use them in the future if needed!

I thought roto rotor did a great job. The plumber was here in less than a half hour, fixed the problem, made sure it was right before he left. I thought the price was good .

We had a sudden stopping of the drain and it affected both sinks and the dishwasher. These guys were extremely quick to respond and here within hours. Literally repaired and fixed the problem WAY faster than I expected! I didn’t expect to get same day help in the first place! I also expected a hefty charge and it wound up being less than a tank of gas for the Jeep. Impressed!!!!!

We had a slow kitchen drain and floor drain for washmachine. We also needed to find where some pipes met. Our service plumber was amazing! Kitchen and floor drain actually drain! We were able to do luandry without having a flood in our basment. The kitchen drains great! He was able to find the pipes we needed located. Great worker and explained everything.

Technician said he would come back the next day to jet my line. I waited over 3/4 of the next day for him and he never showed, so I called thats when he told me he would not be able to make it because he he could not find somebody to help him. I believe if you tell a customer you will be back the next day you show up the next day. Or at least let them know. I shouldnt have to go serching for them especially when its important like a clogged sewer line and my family is stuck with no ability to use water.

My water heater wouldn’t work and I didn’t get hot water. I called them to fix it and they were all booked . They said they would try to work me in and booked me for the following day. They were able to unclog our drain, but think we have a bigger problem in our main sewer line. So it is not fixed yet. Chris was very nice and knowledgeable. I am hoping this doesnt turn into a major problem.But I am happy that they were able to get here today and we can use our water again!

The drain ran smoothly. I called in the morning and within a couple of hours they were at the house and unclogged the drain. They left the area clean. I would highly recommend them.

I called on Saturday because I had no hot water. There were no plumbers working that day so I made an appointment for Wednesday. I was assured that I would be put on a cancellation list if something came up sooner. Sure enough, I got a call on Tuesday! Michael arrived within 30 minutes after the call. After recently purchasing a home, I experienced a main line block. I called two local plumbers, as I generally try to support small businesses first. However, they both stated that they dont do main line blockage jobs. I then called Roto-Rooter. They scheduled me promptly, called to notify me when the plumber was on his way, diagnosed and fixed the issue in a little over an hour, cleaned up their work space when they left and charged a very fair price. I whole-heartedly recommend and will call them first, should I need a plumber. I was extremely impressed.

Rotor Rooter did an amazing job of cleaning our septic system. Weve used them for years but recently had an issue that needed additional attention and they went the extra mile to get our business. Its nice to know there are still people in the service industry who care and will go that extra mile. I like that the driver asked before driving on our lawn and was communicative throughout the cleaning. He also gave me a free cap and recommendation for better tank maintenance as future troubleshooting. I now have one less headache to worry about and it was money well spent at a reasonable fee. Highly recommend them to my friends and co-workers.
