Great friendly service that was very quick. They offered water, coffee l, and icecream which the kids absolutely loved. The nice young lady that did our service was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also had an amazing smile that lightened up my day which made the service that much better. I will definately go here again and this time put on a clean shirt to make a better impression.

Every time I go to MasterLube, they are extremely friendly, professional & knowledgeable. They get my vehicle serviced in about 10 minutes and check all the fluids, belts etc. The are my go to place.

Giving three stars because the staff was super friendly. I knew I had an oil leak and was told it was just because the plug wasn’t on right so I went to just get the oil changed to fix the problem. Turns out it wasn’t just the plug but I was my gasket and no one even told me and I found out when I reviewed my receipt once I got home. Had I known the gasket needed replaced, I wouldnt have proceeded with the change. $65 down the drain 😢

HelloMy wife used your heights location to have her oil changed and all fluids checked on 6/4/21, transaction number on invoice # 21060403140862.First of all the woman who was behind the cash register was in the garage yelling and the customers in the waiting room could hear what she was saying . Unfortunately what she was yelling about was not customer friendly.Second of all after my wife got home she was looking at the invoice and she noticed under the Service Checklist battery fluid stated Maintenance free and her battery has access caps to check the water in the battery cells. So this was not checked.Third of all in the service checklist is stated air filter was customer okd and no one ever removed her air filter and checked it to see if the customer would like or need it changed.Fourth of all in the service checklist the wipers were not customer okd. No one ever mentioned it to her.Myself and my wife have been customers of masterlube in the heights for about 20 years. Im not sure whats happened in this organization but situations like these tend to make a good customer think twice about using your service again.

Have an older vehicle so like that masterlube offers courtesy checks. This one didnt charge me extra for topping fluids off. And checked everything.The laurel, Grand and heights and king do a great job. I didnt think about doing reviews but should have.Just wish they all were the same. Some days they dont want to charge for a top off and other days they do. I get my oil changes there because they have the courtesy checks.

Ive been to three out of four of the master lubes in Billings... Theyve all been beyond excellence... The one up in the heights is probably my favorite...Everybodys so helpful friendly and actually look happy doing their job... I generally dont say negative online... Im old school so if something is bad I usually just keep quiet. But when something is great I think we should say it...and I think Master lube is wonderful especially the heights...it might seem a bit spendy but I think its completely worth it.

Its such a fun environment there and I love the crew, always fast-paced and you feel like youre in a pit crew!

The service was exceptional; quick and professional. My 4 star rating is because I feel the rates are very high. An oil change on a Subaru with Penszoil was $70.00+ dollars. That must be some special oil and filter. I think I need to go back to changing my own oil.

Myself neighbor recommended the Master lube here on Main Street.They may not have popcorn but they have Wilkinsons ice cream, and free too. 3 ice cream sandwiche flavors(vanilla, chocolate, huckleberry. And my favorite, the fudge bar!)I arrived when they opened at 7:30 and they were quick and professional.Ill be back with my other car

One of the best places to change your oil in billings.

They were great. Professional, but friendly. Super busy, yet quick and efficient. The tech who did the change topped the other fluids off, showed me the dirty air filter, and offered to replace for $13, or just blow it off for free. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs there. Would definitely return.

For Christmas my teenage son received a used car from Santa and after a few days of driving the low coolant light came on. Last night after I got home from work, we ran it over to the MasterLube in the heights. We arrived close to their closing time and right when we pulled in we were greeted smiles from all the employees. I know by the end of my work day Im pretty beat and cracking a smile can take thought. I then opened the door and was asked if I needed an oil change, I said no were good with that but this light came on and he said no problem, pop the hood and lets take a look. My teenager and I got out and walked to the front of the car as I wanted him to see what they were doing. The gentleman that helped us was so great, he went over the whole thing with my son, showed him the level lines, went over the other areas under the hood, and explained that Jettas have very sensitive sensors. He told him that if he ever had any questions or concerns about anything to come in and they would take a look at it for him. I was so moved by his generosity and kindness I had to post about it, I only wish I had caught his name before we left. So to the gentleman that helped us 1/2/19 at 6:00 pm thank you.

Engine shield fell of car after oil change

Absolute shady criminals. Tried to pull a trick on my wife of your car wont start for some reason, we will need to tow it over to a shop. This is a 2-year old vehicle and has never had a problem. Not to mention they were CHANGING MY OIL, not touching the computer. When she called me and we started questioning them, they started back-pedaling and magically fixed it. I just wanted a simple oil change, not to be conned or swindled by a bunch of criminals. Never again. They WILL be reported to the BBB and should be blacklisted.
