Amy is very conscientious of her work! I make the drive to Billings only because of her.

I was not impressed. There was nails in a case (no sign reading do not ask to do) and asked if she could do any of the designs in there. She said no and Ive gone a few times and gave a pretty decent tips to see if she would be more inclined to want to keep me as a customer. Really wished it would have worked out.

**NEW OWNER**I was VERY skeptical going to this salon after reading reviews but it was the only place open on a holiday. I was presently surprised to realize that Pro Nails that everyone is writing about was bought out 3 months ago by an awesome lady named Amy. She was able to get me in right away, no wait time. My nails look fantastic! She will now be my new go-to salon for manis. I wanted a leaf on my finger and she had never done one before, but she looked at the picture on my phone and did her best and they turned out so well. She is willing to try anything for you and is very reasonably priced! Highly recommend going to her for your future needs and if you do, give her a review! She is seriously such a nice person!

I love this girl! Got me in at the last minute and is so nice! I have ugly nails and horible cuticles so Im always a bit insecure about getting my nails done. She never makes you feel uncomfortable and very inviting! Thank you for making me feel better about using my hands!

Staff was very friendly & environment was clean! Ive gone back twice & took my mom while she was in town visiting. It is a nice place to get a good & quick pedicure & NOT spend lots of $$$!!! I give it two thumbs up!

I had a manicure done in Oct. it will take at least 6 months for my nails to grow out. The gal that did the manicure used an electric sander on my real nails (not being a professional I wouldnt know that was a no no). So now it will take 6-8 months for real nails to grow out, I look like I have a reversed french manicure.I would not recommend, and certainly would not go back.LM

I got a manicure the other day and the lady cut my hand. VERY POOR service. I recommend not going there and paying to go somewhere else. The staff is super unfriendly and and does a poor job. they even leave during the middle of your appointment to start another appointment.

Literally loved it first time getting a pedi & she was great. Super friendly & cheapest in town! Only $25 for a basic pedi & $40 for a full . Loved how she did my eyebrows I would highly recommend.

Agree with the other poster, the pedicure lasts, if you are lucky, 15 minutes. Rough treatment, not a relaxing experience. (Didnt have one, this is what another customer shared with me, and I did see customers in and out of the pedicure room in appx. 15-20 minutes).TV blaring in the nail room. Techs watching tv while doing customers nails. Never saw a nail tech wash her hands. My real nails were over filed so aggressively that they started to split and crack within a couple of days. Tech charged almost double what the stated price first was. Wont be back.Awful, awful, awful. Save your money, or call around, there are LOTS of competent techs that charge the same and are happy to have your business.

Made appointments and we waited for 20 mins. One lady did 2 of us in the same time the other lady did one, paid the same price. Got yelled at by the other lady (the large one) for being frustrated with our service. Asian lady was sweet but not very good. Crapy pedicure. Seriously disappointed. Never going back.

The woman who did my pedicure did a lousy job. She didnt put sanitizer in the water, let my feet soak for no more than 2 minutes and then drained the water. She used a razor shaving device to remove my calluses, which has been OUTLAWED by the Board of Cosmetology. She had my pedicure done in 14 minutes...just so she could get back to her cross-stitch project!! Truly THE WORST PEDICURE Ive ever had!! Ill go with ugly feet, before Ill return to Pro Nails in Billings, Montana!!! Why is this salon still in business?????

On 2-9-2016 I had an appointment with one of the ladys I have been a client of wendys for over 15 years how ever she is on vacation and I was suppose to get my nails filled by the other lady I got ther 15 min early to pic mu color and the girl had her friend in the chair mind you I was 15 min early the lady looks at me and says what do you want I explained I have an 11 am appointment and I neex a fill this women look at me and says I am not going to get to you ok first of I have an appointment seconed of all dont talk to me and look at me like im trash I will NEVER return to pro nails I am sorry to say but if these are the type of people wendy employees while out of town she will keep losing people. I did make an appointment at another nail place while I sat there 1130 waiting for these two friends to get done and I did explain to both women that I was leaving to get my nails filled else where

Absolutely horrible. Owner did my nails and Im beyond appalled. She destroyed my natural nails. The acrylic she applied was terrible, not applied to the edges. So rude when pointed out
