Best experience ever in a nail salon... They were kind, went out of their way to fit me in and were very diligent. I was offered refreshments etc. I will be back and these photos do not do their work justice.

I got a pedicure here and really loved how efficient but professional the lady did my set! Highly recommend! Comfortable and relaxing environment.

I just found out about this place a few weeks ago. Went and got a pedicure and they did awesome! I went back a couple weeks later and got my nails done great experience both times. Both are so nice and pleasant. They make you laugh and you can tell they want to be sure you have a good experience. Even when we were waiting they kept checking to make sure we were good and letting us know they would be with us as soon as they could. Even with waiting a little longer it didnt bother me cuz i was busy getting liquored up in the massage chair. Which yes BYOB people!! Go get it at Get It Nail !! I will definitely be going back to this place.

Called and made an appointment for 2 pedicures at the same time. Very friendly on the phone. Got there at 2:30. Sat both us down right away. Unfortunately there were only two people working so my daughter had hers done first. Mine was second. I would not call the service we recieved a pedicure. A quick dip and polish. One person had us both done in less than 40 minutes. Not relaxing at all. Comes time to pay and there is an extra $5 charge for what they call callus removal..... there was nothing special about the quick bottom of the foot scrub, certainly not enough for an additional charge. I have been to many places around town, a few not perfect but this was by far the worst. If you are looking for a quick in and out polish this is your place. If you are looking to relax go anywhere else!

Bad service he was very RUDE to me in front of the customers telling me I was pulling off the Polish off my nails right when I was get home maybe if he knew how to do nails right I wouldnt have to keep going back 5 times in 2 months he mistreated me very badly I didnt deserve that shame on him my friends said there never going back there again so he loss some customers from this , Ive gotten a infection on my 2 nails to that was my fault to he said hes not cleaning his tools I noticed so beware of him just pay attention to how he doin ur nails 💅

Absolutely terrible nail service. When I walked in, I asked if they had dip or gel. The guy told me they had gel or full set. I asked for a simple gel manicure. Dip was initially used but was taken completely off when the tech had to start over. So it is only a gel manicure. (And a terrible one at that.) Was charged SIXTY dollars for this. It is sloppy, poorly done, insanely over priced. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please do not go here. The guy was also incredibly rude and disrespectful when I tried to ask questions about what I had been charged. Take your business elsewhere! (Also-the owner’s response speaks to their lack of professionalism. )

Received the most horrific gel manicure for SIXTY dollars. Already scheduled to go have it redone tomorrow at a different nail salon. Terrible experience-sloppy, rushed, and overpriced. Do not recommend at all.

I love this place! Thai is amazing. He is always welcoming and kind. He is so generous to my children and offers them anything while I relax and have a pedicure. The salon is always clean and well taken care of. This husband and wife team are the kindest I have met. I will not go anywhere else in Billings but to Get it Nails. I have had the best pedicure, manicure, and conversations at Get it Nail. My girls also love coming and having their nails done.

Today I went and got my nails done, and i left crying. The service was nice however my nails turned out horrible. I immediately left and got polish and fixed it. I was very upset with this experience, and I will not be going back. There was nail glue left on my fingers and the woman had a hard time understanding what I said.

This is the 2nd time Ive been here, and I am now a customer for life. I wasnt happy the 1st time, and I should have just called them to have them fix my nails, but I didnt and thats on me. I went back for a fill today, and they were perfect! Lovely people as always, plus they give you free wine, which doesnt hurt! They are accommodating and friendly, and although he called me the wrong name, I seriously dont care. I hate my name and rather be called Lisa anyway! Ha! I will definitely come back again and again!

I am so so happy with my nails now! I went back and got them fixed by Ty and his wife and I feel like I can show them off to everyone! Thank you guys so so much! They even watched and fed my crazy daughter while they redid them!

The salon was clean and did not smell of chemicals at all! I’m really sensitive to products and all of the product they used were gentle and did not bother me at all (and my nails look great!!). The staff was lovely and very helpful with setting up a last minute appointment. I 100% recommend!

This place is fantastic! It does not smell at all due to their ventilation system and its incredibly clean! Tina and Ty the owners are totally committed to customer service. My nails look awesome and Ill be coming back!

Had a mani-pedi here about 2 weeks ago. They lasted better and longer than anywhere else, ever, and they werent gels or shellac, just old fashioned polish. I will definitely recommend this place.
