My wife and I have just purchased our second car from Lithia. We returned because of the excellent experience we received from outstanding salespeople like Burton, Tyrell and Ryan. These gentlemen were extremely patient and not at all pushy. Definitely not your typical car salesmen. We also appreciate Bryan in finance for making the paperwork quick and easy to understand. I highly recommend working with these folks. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Huge shout out to the parts dept. at Lithia! My mirror glass got vandalized last night and when I went in expecting to buy an entire mirror assembly. The guys there were honest and up front and said I could get the glass and it would function. Super helpful and honest!

Dean in service was great . We were pulling a fifth wheel through Montana and our truck was running hot called him and he got me in the next day and replaced our fan clutch on our 5500 … next day we were on our way again ! Awesome service that helped us a lot in a pinch 🇺🇸👍

Went in for an oil change .it took the regular 30 min. They reminded me it was time for the oil to be changed in the transmission and the front and rear differential they gave me the option to do it today or come back . Making it my decision not theirs

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I bought a vehicle from here a month ago and it has spent more time in the shop getting fixed then I have spent driving it, after they told me it had been looked over and there was nothing wrong with it. The manager was VERY rude and not willing to help. I will never again buy a vehicle from here and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to.

This Service Center does the absolute minimum to complete the work required, if any work at all.I took my truck in four times for a front end vibration. The first time I asked them to rotate and balance the tires and do a full inspection of the front end and drive line. The balanced one tire and nothing else.The next time I asked for the same inspections, the turned the rotors. The third time they said they could not find any issues.The fourth time they said the front axle had to be replaced. All total, they cost me over $400 in repairs and tires, on am issue that should have been found on the first inspection.DO NOT TAKE VEHICLES HERE FOR REPAIR! They are barely capable of oil changes.

I had two different Chrysler vehicles that I had worked on here. Both went back multiple times for work that they had supposedly already fixed. They handled my business very flippantly, offered no help, and showed no remorse for causing me such disruption in my daily life. Very disappointed in their service department and could never recommend them to anyone.
