Absolutely so thankful for the manager Brandon and his crew! My husband and I were coming through Billings from the Missoula area and headed to Upper Michigan for a trip. We were about 50 miles out of Billings and the front drivers started making a god awful racket. We decided we better stop for the night. First thing in the AM we tried another Tire Rama location and they couldn’t help. I called Brandon’s location and explained the situation - he immediately and so kindly said to come on over and they could take a look. It ended up being a wheel bearing! They were able to replace it and get us back on the road in a 1/2 hr! God is so good and so was the experience at this location! Thank you SO much, Brandon! We are so grateful!

Had a flat the night before a pretty significant road trip, discovered it was a faulty valve stem. Got in right at opening and was on my way about 15 minutes later! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend this business!!

Went in because I had a nail in my tire and ended up getting an oil change as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the price of it all and it ended up being much less than what I thought it would be. Brandon was very helpful as were all the mechanics, I’ll definitely be back next time I need an oil change!

They wouldnt do an appointment ... your options are sitting in the lobby all day or having someone shuttle you back and forth, not good!

I had a very positive experience that I thought would be worth sharing. I had a flat tire, and even though when I called they said they dont do work on reservation, they assured me they would be able to get me taken care of in a pinch after work at 5 pm. They not only took care of the tire, but also made sure all my other tires were in good working order and inflated properly. They did all this for free! Then I forgot my briefcase with my laptop and work materials in their waiting room. I didnt notice until 6:15, and they closed at 6. They were so nice about it when I called, and they stayed after hours until I got there to pick it up. Very good experience and very satisfied.

After being quoted almost $500 by a shop down the street to repair a wheel stud, I told my wife to take her car to Tire Rama on Central. Not only did they do the job in a professional and timely manner, but did it at a fraction of what the shop down the street wanted to charge me. Nice to know some places around are simple, fair and honest still today. THANKS TIRE RAMA! YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS!

This store is great. I had a flat tire after driving over a nail. I got my donut on my car and took the flat to Tire Rams on Central. They patched my tire in about half an hour on a Saturday afternoon, put it back on my car, and checked the tire pressure in all my tires (including the donut) without charge because most people have better things to spend their money on. Everyone was exceptionally nice and thoughtful and helpful. This is my new go-to tire shop in Billings.

The Best I’ve Experienced! !I’ve bought my tires from Tire-Rama for years in Missoula and Billings. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their stores. I even worked for them for a short time when I was younger. Having seen how they run their business on both sides, I’m a firm believer that they are one of the best.I’ve been Extremely Impressed with the Central Ave. store here in Billings. TW and Brandon are always very helpful and are extremely knowledgeable!! That’s the reason why my son brings his work and personal vehicles to Tire-Rama as do his friends.Keep up the great work guys!!! This is the way all Montanans should do business!!

Took a flat tire in to be repaired. The tire was fixed just fine but when the tire was wheeled out to me I asked if I had to put it on. The assistant manager told me yeah go ahead so I started to put it on when one of the guys in the shop seen me and offered to do it. Poor management, very good shop employees..

These guys are the best place in town for tires. But also oil changes, alignmeent, basic repairs. Ive never beef unhappy with service they have performed.Lots of their services come with freebies too. Ask if your tires come with lifetime flat repair, rotation and balancing, warranty etc. Also if you go in for an oil change, ask them if tire rotation is included!Also as someone whos not a hardcore car person, one never felt like they have pushed me into doing work that was not needed. The only place I have changed my oil that didnt follow with 9 recommendations on air filters, coolant flushes..
