Fantastic customer service. I was in Billings to visit family. I got a flat on my RV and went by the shop at 4:30. They were extremely busy but said they would get to me. It took until after they closed but they got me fixed and back on the road. They were all helpful and very nice to work with. Thanks for the help!

This place of business is amazing. John, Jeff and Tanner made sure that we were well cared for. We had been on the road 8 hours with our 1 ton diesel and 5th wheel with literally zero issues. 30 miles out from Billings, our tire monitoring system started going nuts showing that one of our tires was losing pressure and every minute or so it was losing more. We pulled into Discount Tire and they were quick to take a look. These were nearly new tires and we couldn’t imagine what the issue was. Fortunately, it wasn’t the tire but the tire stem and they squeezes us in to make the repair. And then…wouldn’t let us pay. We did not buy our tires from Discount Tire and we’re from out of town. We thanked them profusely and they told us just to refer and use them in the future. We will do just that.

This really is the best place in town for tires. I am a delivery driver so I use these guys quite a bit. I recently picked up a nail in the sidewall of a brand new tire from them and because it was not repairable they replaced it with a brand new tire for free. Josh is always there and is very professional, fast, and courteous. He helped my then pregnant wife and mother-in-law once and they said the same thing. On top of all the excellent customer service, prices are the best in town and you can’t beat the warranty. 11/10 👍👍

Poor experience overall. I ordered my tires set to arrive four days after the order; they arrived a full week later than expected. The package had been mislabeled. Discount Tire blamed their selected courier. Once the tires came in, and I had them all installed ... they scuffed my rim edges and spoke(s). I told Jeff, the assistant manager, and he just blamed the equipment, damaging rims was just business as usual.

Everyone dreads seeing that little tire pressure monitor light come back on after just filling it the day before. This recently happened to me. After inspection I find a nail. Time to get it repaired, ugh. That’s where the hassle ended. I set an appointment at this location and kept it even after countless recommendations of other places to go. Upon arriving (on my lunch break even) they got my vehicle in within minutes. They kept me informed of the process and confirmed it was a nail. In no time flat (no pun intended) they had the vehicle out and tire repaired. Figured I would be charged may $30-$50. Pleasantly surprised they repaired the tire at no charge and simply requested I keep them in mind when I’m in need of new tires. I was able to get there for the appointment and be back at work before my lunch break was even over. Highly recommend this location and this is one of the many reasons why I’ll always take my vehicle to discount tire for anything to do with tires and will continue to do so. Thank you to this location for making this a quick and painless process!

We were on vacation and developed a leak in our tire hundreds of miles from home. We stopped at a couple places that either wouldnt or couldnt help us. Discount tire saved the day and took awesome care of us when we showed up at the end of their day. They got us fixed up and back on the road in less time than they quoted us. Highly recommend!

I would like to state this is only my experience your milage may very however I went there to have a flat fixed 3 times one of witch I got the flat about 5 blocks away all 3 times they said that the tire was to far gone and that I had drove to far on a flat they said the tire would be $45 but it was over a hundred I would highly recommend lisic tire down town there prices are reasonable and they will get your flat fixed dont mess with discount tire if you have a flat there is probably a reason there flat tire repairs Are free from my personal experience they dont do flat fixes I personally will be staying away and would encourage others to take my experience into consideration before going forward with work from here

The service techs are quick and precise. Sales team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked how I tend to drive my vehicle and made a recommendation that was cheaper than I thought it would be. They were very busy, I had three ahead of me, but I was in and out within an hour.

Experienced such good customer service! every time I called they were friendly and helpful. When I went in they met me outside and asked what they could help me with. They tried to charge me $110 to mount and balance two tires I brought loose off my car. They said its because they are wide tires, aftermarket rims and I didnt buy the tires from them. I told them thats ridiculous lisacs tire only charge me $30. lisacs tire couldnt get me in that day so thats the only reason I was there. I dont recommend using them. There prices are ridiculous. Go to lisacs tire for you tire needs.

Great customer service! They were extremely busy, but every one was kind, polite, and honest about the wait. Being that winter suddenly approached, a lot of people were coming in to have their tires changed, new ones put on, or just to make sure they are properly inflated. The guys there were quick, and all around amazing.I needed new tires, and as long as I was willing to wait, they were willing to work me in. Upfront, the gentleman was honest and said it could be 3-4 hours or the next appointment was the following week. I had already came prepared to wait. Definitely had the opportunity to see these guys at work.

I was on a cross country trip when something punctured my tire. I arrived within minutes of the store closing on a Saturday afternoon. They removed the tire from the rim, inspected it, and were able to repair with a plug. The crew then mounted, balanced, and installed the repaired tire. They also replaced the spare back under the truck. They did all this at no charge, and after hours on a Saturday. I cant say enough about their customer service! Thanks for getting me back on the road!!!

My husband had a flat tire when hunting. He called for me to call around for an appointment. I heard great comments so I called Duscount Tire. The person was polite on the phone and told us to come on in.They fixed the flat tire and put the tire back the pickup. My husband couldnt believe they didnt charge anything. His only comment was, I know where I am going to buy my tires from. I agree. They did a great job.

Had some issues after 20 k with new tires. it’s hard to keep tires running on a high powered diesel that’s on the interstate 24/7.. these guys are willing to help. I ordered wheels and tires online, and they contacted me the same day to let me know they were out of a style I wanted but had a more expensive alternative they would price match. I agreed, and it showed up 3 days before scheduled! They got me in the same day they contacted me to tell me my items had arrived, which was awesome! It only took about an hour, 3 days ahead of schedule and while they were fairly steady with customers and phones ringing constantly. I even saw them give someone a discount on a replacement tire that had been damaged due to the customer and didnt fall within the warranty. Amazing customer service, and I will definitely recommend and be back when needed.
