Ive experienced other insurrance companies, State/Farm the best yet! They dont pester & annoy & are very nice & ya just cant beat their price. It is a good insurrance company.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! These guys have been absolutely unhelpful and full of errors. While traveling we tried to get in touch with them regarding coverages that transfer to a rental car, they did not answer the phone or return our phone calls when we left messages with our questions. Another time, I called to get a quote on a vehicle we were planning to purchase to get an idea of insurance costs only to find that AFTER we purchased the vehicle and went to insure it, they had made a mistake and the insurance ended up costing twice as much! The last straw is that although our whole family was insured through them, we made the mistake of using the policy (for the roadside coverage), and a very small claim for a minor fender bender, and they dropped us!!! When talking to the office about how I felt that it should be illegal to drop our coverage for using the insurance and the issues weve had with their office, I was told that it looks like they did us a favor by dropping us. Ive been with State Farm before but this office is bottom of the barrel.

My husband and I have been going through Jeff Boyd State Farm since we moved to Montana August 1, 2011, and they have always treated us damn good. They have been there for us since day one, through our car accident, helped us with our renters insurance claim, and so on. I can call and they know exactly who theyre talking to and they make us feel like we belong, would never change insurance companies!!!!!

Worst experience with a State Farm office to date. Extremely unreliable and unresponsive as they do not return phone calls or voicemails - even in urgent matters. They dropped us after we had to use towing tis last snow storm...called to confirm the policy was cancelled and of course very rude service from the woman who works there. If you need to go through State Farm, maybe find a more customer oriented office. Avoid this one at all costs.

Promptly helped both parties and both sides were left impressed.
