These remarkable people have put up with my constant changing of my policy for various reasons. I have 4 sons who need assistance from ole mom too often, and this last year I had to relocate, going through a used car lot before hopefully finding a couple of vehicles that might run for a bit. They have stayed on top of my EVERY request. Ive never felt any confusion or irritation from any of them. about the crazy things Ive asked them to do for me. I will and have recommended this group to everyone I meet and have all the confirmation needed to back this last year especially. My kudos go out to these folks and I just love their faces. Initially, I had insurance through a military organization. As a veteran, I didnt think anyone would be able to match those rates. They were actually able to provide a better rate, with better benefits. Its nice to actually be able to do business locally, and they are outstanding at getting back to you when you have questions or concerns. Ive worked with Randi (at this office) on several policies/updates/questions, and she is amazing. Im very happy that we switched carriers. Highly recommend.

Diana Larson and State Farm came through for us when a broken water pipe damaged our building and business office. State Farm insured the building, and another major insurance company insured the inside and the contents. State Farm took care of their part promptly and went over and above our expectations in being helpful. The other insurance companys adjuster was a nightmare to deal with, but State Farm and Diana Larson gave us guidance on the whole process.
