This office and staff are the best I’ve come across since my very first insurance agency. They remember you and your name. To me, especially in today’s world, this means a lot. Always there to help you and if you have any questions or problems, they’ll be happy to help.

While we have enjoyed having Peggy as our agent, however I must say we have not been very happy with Allstate the last couple of years, especially last summer when we had issues with our claims. We had many years of good personal service with Peggy, up until now, I just wish corporate Allstate thought more about providing better service more on a personal level and not all about profit and how to get out of paying for claims.

I have been a customer at Allstate for about 4 to 5 years and with every agent I’ve had each one has been the best. Allstate is the best insurance at a great price! Allstate definitely puts “You’re in good hands.” to use. I got hit by someone driving without insurance while their breaks were knowingly out. They kept checking in on me to make sure I was ok, helped with my repairs & made sure to let me know I would be covered if I had or ever needed medical attention due to the accident. I would say our favorite thing is we’ve gotten emails during the holidays of the location in town making homemade pies for a select amount of their customers. It’s not much but we also get $ back when we’ve gone x amount of time, driving to their expectations.Thanks Allstate!

Fast friendly service, was able to answer all of my questions

Initial damage assessment and estimate was lacking substantially. A number of items were missed by the adjuster. Once AllState and our contractor were aligned on all items that were damaged, AllState stepped up and delivered thorough and complete service and coverage. Robert Hall Jr. ended up being our Senior Claims Manager and did an excellent job working through the claim with us.

I was recently in an accident and my car was totaled. Allstates Team stepped in and I was truly amazed at how quickly things were taken care of, how extremely polite and helpful everyone was, and how everything was succinctly outlined and explained to me. They took care of everything in a very quick and efficient way and I could not more highly recommend this company. If I could give 10 stars I would!
