Herberts has been here to successfully fix and clean my dryer. I’ve actually had Aaron here twice, getting to know him has been a pleasure. My dryer is normal again, and all cleaned out of that lint that is really a fire hazard. Aaron aims to please.

Installation- I bought a dishwasher and a single, electric wall oven from Home Depot. When it was delivered I asked them who they recommended for installation and they said no one. They expect you to install it yourself. Well thank goodness for Herberts Appliance Repair! After I called and explained my dilemma they were all about getting us squared away! The next day Juan and Ben showed up and within two hours installed both the dishwasher and wall oven!! So they dont just repair appliances but also install brand new ones! Dont waste your time and call these guys first for all of your appliance needs!

Prob the worst company iv ever had to work with as far as scheduling and them canceling on me. It took them over a month from the time I called 3/28/21 to 4/27/21 to get the right part ordered and have Ben come out here and install it. The technician thought that this part was bad and that his diagnosis was still correct. So after waiting For two weeks for Herbert’s appliance to order the part and then another two weeks for them to get me on the schedule and then a few cancels for the technician to get out here and tell me the brand new part they ordered is defective. Then they tell me it’s going to be another two weeks for the part to get in and then they’re gonna have to get me on the schedule again. I responded to this by telling them that I would respectfully like to go with somebody else and ask them what they would like me to pay them they hit me with over $200 for basically nothing (except the broken clips on the back of my washer board from when the technician pryed it out with a screwdriver) I would recommend anybody else. This company does not have their stuff together and is not a reliable source of appliance repair.

Terrible customer service; I’ve had 2 techs at my house over the last month to fix my fridge & at first fix my dishwasher, & then to install a new dishwasher I bought because they quoted $350 to get my old dishwasher fixed. My dishwasher is still not installed & I haven’t had a working fridge in 5 weeks; they have rescheduled appointments several times, including on the day they were supposed to be at my house. I honestly do not know how this company is still in business

Do not use this company unless you value horrible service, nobody showing up, rudeness and lies. I even confirmed several times the appointment and cut my trip to see my mother on Mother’s Day short, drove 3 hours back and then a no show. No apologies, only the worst attitude from Pam who claims to own the business. She tried to reschedule in 10 more days! Who can go a month not doing laundry.I am asking Lowe’s to remove them from their approved repair people. I am also reporting to BBB, Angies list and Home Advisor. If you live anywhere in Billings or Bozeman areas schedule anyone else!Life is short to have to fight with such dismal service providers.

I have a Lowes extended warranty on my Whirlpool washerLowes scheduled me and it took a week to get an appointmentThe day of the appointment, I called to confirmed and received a verbal confirmation over the phone from the owner.once my window of repair passed with no tech showing I contacted them on why the technician never showed.They were rude and said there was mistake an no one would be coming to repair my washer.Note: I returned home from a business trip early to be here for the repair.I was understandably upset and said I need them there the next day.They stated we will not be told when they are coming and said we will come maybe at the end of the month.They should have first apologized and rescheduled me for the next day.But no they were rude and unprofessional and when I got upset about it they hung up the phone on me..Do not use them!!! I am going to get Lowes to drop them as a service provider. They do not provide service.

I have a warranty through Lowes for a washer and dryer. This is the unprofessional company Lowes is currently working with for Billings MT and surrounding areas. It started with the day I was scheduled for them to arrive, 01/18/2021. It was the afternoon that I had called to get a more accurate time frame of arrival than 1pm to 5pm. The lady who looked it up said they had barely received the work order. Understandable. I had asked her if she had planned to inform me at any point in the day that they wouldnt be here. Her response to that was that she wouldnt have even known there was a work order as the system doesnt pull them automatically and she doesnt check the system unless someone calls. Their poor system and poor attention to detail now falls on the customers lap unfortunately. Simply checking the system in the morning or the evening before close could help prevent this happening to someone else. We went to reschedule for 01/29/2021 in the afternoon at my request. 01/24/2021 I received a call from a gentleman there (didnt catch his name). And this is where the real unprofessionalism sets in. He asked what was wrong and being a consumer and not working in the repair industry I explain it rather poorly being the washer grinds loudly when in use. Best I can give not when or why just that it grinds and its loud. Through some communication with my husband who pays closer attention to detail its during weighing and agitation. Give him that info. Move forward to dryer. It takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry and the vent sensor is on. He tells me it needs cleaned and Ill have to pay for that outside of my warranty. Heres the thing and I told him this as well. Its a brand new hose and brand new exhaust that we had to put in ourselves as we just moved and this home didnt have one the previous owner was venting into the laundry with an indoor vent. So no it doesnt need cleaning. He responds with a snide well well see and I retort with a non to pleasant yeah I guess we will. Say our goodbyes and see you on the 29ths end the call. He calls back needing the make and model so he can order parts to have them in before arriving. He is apparently psychic and just knows what is wrong without looking at. He proceeds to be rude and demeaning that he knows what is wrong because he has done this for 35 yrs. mind you he still doesnt have my make or models. I tell him that I refuse to be charged for unneeded things to be done and to just diagnose the machines first. He proceeds to be rude and very unprofessional blatantly refusing to diagnose first. I asked him several times to just please be professional and do this how I am requesting. He continues being rude and argumentative even to the point of telling me since I am rude and uncooperative that he will not be coming out here and hangs up. The next day 01/25/2021 in the morning I get call from an older sounding woman (different than the younger sounding 1st) trying to update the make and models. I ask her why this info is needed as the gentleman had cancelled on me the day before. She asked who it was and I gave her attitude that she didnt deserve as its not her fault that he is unprofessional and rude to potential customers. But I told her that I didnt catch his name that it was the psychic that had been there 35yrs. She apologized saying that should not have happened (glad someone is at least trying). I curb my attitude some apologizing to her and telling her that it wont be needed as I had already escalated the situation through Lowes after the previous day. Lowes contacted me today with my new company today. They will be here Friday. I strongly advise you to contact Lowes if you have experienced the same or similar treatment. They will do what they can to make it right.

The lady doing their scheduling needs to be fired.... My washer is under warranty, this is the company my warranty company uses. My warranty company scheduled someone to come out on a Tuesday. No one showed up. I called these guys there next day to find out what happened. The lady said the warranty company doesnt have access to their calendar so she scheduled a tech to stop by that Friday on his way to another job. I waited all morning from 9-1, when he was scheduled, for someone to show up. When it was almost 1:00 and no one showed I called them again. Another tech answered the phone. He said I wasnt even on the schedule but I was on that past Tuesday.??? He was very apologetic. He said the gal that does their scheduling called out sick that day and it would have to wait until Monday to reschedule. Why did she not call me and tell me he wouldnt be there as scheduled? I had a message on my phone from her stating there was a part ordered for my washer and they would call to schedule a tech to fix my washer when the part came in. How do they know what part they need when no one looked at the washer? I called today to find out what was going on. I asked how they knew it was the right part. All she had to say was theyve been doing it for 35 years and they dont like sending a tech over more than once. I asked when my part would be there. She says, oh its here. Again she did not call me to let me know my part was there. How long had it been sitting there? She quickly scheduled a tech to come out. Ignoring me and when I repeated the date and time back to make sure I got it right she was already trying to hang up. By the time a tech finally shows up, hopefully, it will be almost 4 weeks without a washer and kept in the dark the entire time.

We got the runaround for almost two months from Sears after our Kenmore fridge bit the dust. After living out of coolers for a month and a half, we called Herberts and told them our plight. They had someone out the next day to look at the fridge and it was fixed in about a week after we got a part ordered. Fridge is working great now. They are responsive, professional, and they care about folks in the community. If you’ve got an appliance repair job in Billings, they should be your first call.

We have a Bosch dishwasher that wasnt cleaning top rack. Ben was our repair man and he went above and beyond to try to figure out what the problem was. Ben explained what he was going to try and was very professional and his customer service was exceptional. Ben solved the problem and we are back up and running.

Very impressed with their service!! Ben was prompt and very efficient. He took the time to explain the problem and also avoided another breakdown through his inspection and repairs. He was on track with his pre-work estimate and final cost! I highly recommend Herbert’s!!!

Lowe’s uses them for warranty repair, and scheduled the appointment. Day of the appt I called to find out when they were coming and they said they scheduled my repair 3 weeks later without telling me.I had no choice and since they were coming I asked them to look at our ice machine, guy spent 10 minutes looking at it, said I needed a new one instead of taking time to diagnose the issue.Ice machine had same issues 72 hours after he left. I called them, and they said they would have toTalk to the repair guy and call me back. They never responded. Said he had a headache that day. I found a other company to fix and I didn’t need a new ice machine to begin with! Total rip off. Would never use them again.

We called the manufacturer of our refrigerator for names of repair shops in the Billings, MT, area.  Herberts was recommended, along with others, so we called them.  They set us up with an appointment, and the repair person, Aaron, was there at the scheduled time. He did a perfect job of fixing our fridge.  He was very cordial, very efficient and very knowledgeable.  He solved the problem and we are very happy.  Any further appliance problems we encounter will result in a call to Herberts!

The lady who scheduled my appointment did not tell me they weren’t going to come and service the unit. She was completely unprofessional and this company has been a nightmare to work with. They need new management and a new team. They just didn’t show up after I confirmed the appointment twice!

I called Herberts Appliance Repair last week on a recommendation from another appliance repair shop Ive used before. The other company is great but they dont work on my style of wash machine.The appointment had a 4 hour window. I was impressed that I received a phone call reminder on a Sunday and a text message reminding me of the appointment.Randy called 5 minutes before he showed up. He was neat & professional in every manner. After a quick diagnosis, he determined the discharge pump was shot.He got online, verified the part was in stock and gave me a quote in less than 10 minutes. It took him less than an hour to get the part, about 30 minutes to install it.I will use Herberts again.Thanks!

Fast service, friendly service. Aaron fixed my drier quickly and explained the whole thing very well. Price was not unfair but a little high I thought. zero complaints though....my drier is fixed and cheaper than a new drier.

Absolutely amazing service! We dont have a warranty on our washer dryer and of course dryer started making a horrible noise! Made a couple of calls and ended up at Herberts. Well we couldnt be more pleased. Chello Herbert was on time, professional, knowledgeable and able to got my dryer up and running in no time. Showed me exactly what was wrong too so I knew it wasnt just a well you need this and this and this...would I use them again YES! Would I recommend them to family and friends YES! Thanks so much. No laundromat in my future!!!

I wish I could give minus stars.After 2 attempts 2 fix our refrigerator, 2 different repairman, 2 different diagnosis our ice maker on the unit is still not functioning.The second attempt yesterday left us with not only a still not operating ice dispenser but also the proud owners of a 3 month old refrigerator but now has a nice 1 1/2 Inc deep scratch in it.Tried calling yesterday at about 4 pm ( their hours are listed until 5pm) no answer, left messagesTried calling number listed was sent to a different number.The only reason we used herberts is they were the ones LG sent to us as authorized repair.Unfortunately not able to attach picture
