Not satisfied. Called to have a refrigerator looked at. Marty showed up the first day and turned it on and said it had to run 24 hours in order to accurately diagnose the problem. He returned the next day examined it. Gave me a couple possibilities of what the problem could be, told me he doesnt work on sealed systems anymore, gave me another repair mans number, and charged me $60.Personally, if it were me in his shoes, I would have told the customer from the beginning that I couldnt work on their appliance and not wasted their time or money and given them the other repair mans number.I dont appreciate having my time or money wasted especially when its involving something like a refrigerator not working. I waited 2 days, and paid $60 for him to tell me my fridge is broken and he wouldnt work on it.
