This dollar tree customer service is horrible. Today, I went in to buy somethings the man that was helping decide that he wanted me to pay cash and I told him that I did have cash. I asked if he could run it again so that I can pay with my business card and he told me that he can but he couldnt wrap the glass containers again. I decide that I would never go to this store again.

Great finds, sometimes hit or miss and can be a bit chaotic but definitely its definitely worth the trip since everything actually is $1 and youre guaranteed to find a few items you would have paid much more for :)

Hit the Dollar tree on the perfect day they had so many brand names on this day great day to stock up for filling my stockings.

This place has the worst manager (a male) and assistant manager (female). Please, Dollar tree, look into this. The so called male manager has zero people skills. Also, the store is dirty with big stains on the carpet on the floor. Dollar Tree, take a pointer from the store Big Lots which is a few feet down from Dollar Tree. Wonderful people work there.

This is my local Dollar Tree. Unfortunately its not the biggest. It honestly worst have everything the bigger ones have But really close.I really couldnt care. As the employees are so amazing Im good friends with one now. We even went camping for the weekend.

I am in my teens and I came in to get some stuff for a party. The woman that works at the front check out, was blaming me and my friend that we left something that we didn’t and was very rude about it. I never have problems here but this girl set us off. The other girl to was being very rude to us. I would like to give them our money but it was very rude.

This is the worst dollar tree Ive ever been to. I was in here making a purchase and only had a $20 bill on me. The man at the register told me he couldnt make change for a $20. When I explained that dollar tree being a retail store they should be able to make change for a $20 bill. He again claimed he didnt have any change in his drawer for such a large bill and gave me a nasty attitude about it. At this point I asked to speak with a manager and a woman came out of the office, clearly heard the whole conversation and said to me, we dont have any change here for $20. We just did a bank run, I dont know what else to tell you! This store has no customer service skills, very unfriendly and rude staff and not to mention you actually cannot make change for $20?! Completely unacceptable. This isnt the first time Ive been given attitude by the employees and manager. These people need a lesson in how to treat people and how to make change.

One of THE BEST places to get cheap art supplies such as Poster Boards, its literally only one dollar so cant beat the price and its not half bad for what its worth. Perfect for school projects!

If youre looking for party decor, cards, balloons and stuff like that its great. But not enough storage supplies (thats what I was looking for) but otherwise its got a good variety of things!

I love the dollar tree, but this one the manager, an older man, was in the front checkout near the balloons and was clearly irritated at the employee for asking for help getting a balloon for a customer. He was grumpy and nasty with the employee very visibly and loudly in front of customers. If you cant handle people, customer service isnt for you.The older woman who checked us out was great. Maybe he should take advice from her on how to properly deal with employees/customers. Terrible traits for a manager.

Im a retired military combat veteran who works with a local veterans organization. We had already coordinated with many of the local Dollar Tree stores regarding collecting donations for back to school items for children. I was assigned by my organization to coordinate collection from the Billerica store. I called and spoke with the manager today. Immediately he started interrogating me and accusing me of being a scammer. When I tried to explain who I was, he immediately became very hostile, interrupted me, then hung up. I have let my organization, and Dollar Tree corporate offices know about this incident. Until something is done about this so called store manager, the word needs to get out to the community as to how they treat veterans trying to help children.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Horrible horrrible customer service. I was in line and there was a man behind me. The girl behind the counter JULIE, wanted to go on break. She at first didn’t shut her light off and proceeded to finish my order. People of course came behind me because her light was on. I would’ve done the same thing. An older man was next and he started to have a conversation with me. As we were talking the girl continued to interrupt VERY RUDLEY. Saying “you can go to 1” about 10 times. I know he heard her but we were talking. She was still doing then as she got upset she slammed her fist on the counter twice. That girl doesn’t know what customer service is. She was also complaining about how many people have already come in. Sad she can’t do her job correctly and it’s not very hard. Best part is when I went to tell the manger, Doreen I believe. Or something along those lines. SHE DIDNT CARE. what a Shame. I couldn’t believe it.

They should try hiring a staff with more people skills, or at least some people skills.
