Ive done business at the party lab many times and have always been happy. Sometimes when Ive used the big chains Ill show up only to find my balloon order isnt ready and that has never happened at Party Lab. Additionally, on my most recent visit, as I was trying to pick out balloons my kids were being insane. Without saying a word one of the employees (Hannah) immediately began playing with them so I could figure out what I needed to. I would highly recommend the store!

I was in on Saturday Feb 15, late afternoon to get some balloons for an early morning next day hockey game. I initially went in trying to figure things out on my own... this store has a lot of items and choices though so I was overwhelmed. I decided to ask for help. There were 3 young ladies that all looked at me as though I was interrupting them. I tried to ask questions but only one girl would talk to me, and she gave me short abrupt answers, it was obvious they didnt want to help me. So I bought a balloon and got out of the store feeling incredibly upset. Less than 12 hours later I woke to head out to my sons early morning hockey game and the picture is what I found. The balloon wasnt even fully inflated. Maybe the service just happened to be extra bad on the day I visited but I will never forget my sons 14th birthday due to the poor service I received here. If you know what you want the store has a great selection hence the 2 stars, but even this fact wont entice me to ever to return to this store again.

Review 6-2020. I’m a Former casual customer.Perhaps about 2 years ago - I went to this Billerica plaza for an errand.Shortly after arriving - I witnessed a bizarre and Very upsetting incident!!I saw the distinctive van that they have racing through the parking lot to intercept a truck(?) that was sitting further out in the parking lot.I remember it being very very scary and I understood that this driver was the owner of this party store. He got out of his van and was very confrontational with this other man.He was enraged over the man feeding the birds in the parking lot. I was concerned for this other man and his safety and well-being. I used my cell phone to contact the Billerica police. They said they were familiar with this ongoing problem. And I vowed never to shop at this crazy party store ever again.I will also add I have seen people not related to this party store racing through the parking lot aiming to hit and hurt these birds.The man driving this party van behaved in a very unstable and dangerous way. 😮😡

Cool selection of balloons, party supplies, and fun additions for any occasion. Staff is super nice and helpful, especially with a last minute order for a random event I had a few weeks ago. Quick, cheap, and tons of selections!

Someone in a neighborhood FB group was looking for a birthday balloon bouquet one evening for the following day. I reached out to Amanda and I hear she was amazing!

Very friendly staff!! Prices were more than fair and I buy a lot of party supplies! I go to this location to fill my trunk for my entertainment company which includes blow up guitars, cups for games, hats and masks for my photo booth and every time I am here I find something else to add to our collection. Again I cant stress how nice the staff is and the facility itself is always very clean & organized.

Great selection. Retail store with pleasant staff. They have good costume supplies, too. Check out their giant balloon selection!

Go somewhere else!! Dollar Tree has better quality. Selection was minimal and not enough of any one item to get for a party.

Its a nice place with lots of options but you dont get everything you might be looking for.

Staff great very helpful and quick with my balloons was even able to bring my own and they blew them up for cost of helium! All your party needs here !

The three girls at the counter were more concerned about their conversation than their customers. We got charged $2.50 extra on our item and our cashier was even starting to ring up the 20 witch hats she had sitting on the counter waiting to be put away. We only wanted one thing. Never going there again.
