My first visit to a sport clips and I was lucky enough to wind up with Lilly i believe her name was at the big Rapids mi location. She was very professional courteous and did am amazing job. Great energy and vibrance. Will definitely be coming back to her from hence forth

This place is fantastic, even if you aren’t into sports. The stylist are friendly, professional, and full of knowledge about taking care of your hair. They’re not just going to try and sell you shampoo. Ask them anything about hair care. They’re going to tell you how to condition your hair. They’re going to go over how often to shampoo. They’re going to tell you why you need to brush your hair. Got a fancy mustache? They can tell you why the hairs directly beneath your nose seem to grow faster. I feel like I have the tools I need to look my best until it’s time to go back.

I have brought my son here multiply times and will continue to do so as he likes how the staff treat him, explain things and what they are going to do. The friendliness of the staff is what brought us here.I hope to see you guys open more.As a person who works in that plaza I see so many customers approach that door and see the close sign, I see at least 30 to 40 people a day walk away. I hear that they have the wrong days open and closed. I see frustration. I hear how people talk about going else where.

I love this place. After my last barber closed it took me a few tries to find somewhere I liked to get my haircut. I got a coupon stuck on my car so I figured Id give them a try and havent gone anywhere else since. Its a really friendly welcoming environment and honestly just a fun place to be. Im not even a sports guy but I love the atmosphere here

This was the first time Allyson cut my hair. I have a simple cut, but she really paid attention to the little details. My hair is never look so good! I like the ability to see the wait time check in online.

Jen did my hair really great! Shes really friendly and professional. had my steamed towel! My hair turned out great. Last time I was in I had Stephanie who cut my hair really great as well. And Ellen cut my sisters really curly hair which turned out really great!

Very customer service oriented and friendly. Ellen was great and I will be back to get my haircut by Ellen. It was a very individual experience, not like most places where they get you in and out.

I always took my son to Cost Cutters. When salons finally opened we went there and they told us it would be two weeks before they could get us in. Went to Sport Clips and they got us right in. One of the best haircuts my son ever had. After that he didnt want to go back to Cost Cutters again. He always saw Katy and loved his hair every single time.Last week we drove 20 minutes to go and get is hair cut again. Sadly, we found out Katy wasnt there. Bummer! Right before they called my sons name, I realized that I didnt have my wallet in my purse. I ran out to my truck and it wasnt there. I had left it at home. Crud!The owner came and assured me it was fine and he wasnt going to make me run home and back before getting my sons hair cut. After the cut, I assured the owner I would get my wallet and be back. He had NO way of knowing if I was coming back or not. He went above and beyond in his customer service with no way of knowing if I was going to run out on my bill.Of course I came back and paid! They have been nothing but professional each time we have gone and my son has been highly satisfied with every cut he has received.

Whats not to like? Every product they carry is very high quality and theres something for everybody. The staff at this location is always on top of their game. Id like to give a special shoutout to Ellen. Shes always on point and will definitely go the extra mile to ensure youre well taken care of. 10/10

Rebecca did a phenomenal job on my hair. I had my hair go from shoulder length to a few inches and couldnt be happier with the results.

Had a AWESOME fade this morning done by Lani. Ive been going to recent barber in Grand Rapids for past almost 10 years. I was looking for a stylist/barber that could actually do a fade. Read the reviews of barbers in Big Rapids,mi since I moved up here. Reached out to Lani and she told me to come in and I am extremely happy I did. Shes awesome, very friendly and really easy to talk too. Definitely will go back to her without question. Lani if you read this you did a awesome job!!!!

I took my two boys, 7 & 5, in to get haircuts and the stylists were absolutely amazing! My little guy does not like to sit still so I very worried he would have a really choppy, jagged cut, like he usually gets, but she was wonderful!!! Both my boys look even more handsome than before ❤️😀 they are great with kids here!

The girl who was working with me made sure she covered everything I wanted and this was probably the best haircut and the best customer service Ive had

I absolutely loved it there. Everything about it was awesome the people and the service. The products were amazing and work great. The girl that helped me Katy I don’t know if I was supposed to say her name but I did. Sorry if I wasn’t supposed to. She told me everything I needed to know about how to style my hair and how to make it look good. There all funny and welcoming people. Very friendly and just amazing people to talk to. The best haircut experience I have ever had in my life. Joey “JoJo” was very meticulous and ensured that my haircut was flawless. He kept me very occupied with his interesting stories. The MVP experience was amazing. You can tell that Joey truly values and takes pride in his work. I will definitely be returning for all of my future haircuts!

They are very friendly people. Their wait time isn’t very long. They make sure that you like what they are going to do before they do it and they try to walk you through what they are doing and using in your hair so that if you like the product and it works good for you. You can use it.
