The office is extremely unprofessional not only did I have issues when moving in such as not being able to move in for the first month because they had to replace the carpet and they didn’t tell me so I was ready with all my things and couldn’t move in when I planned to. They fail to update there online billing services and consistently puts incorrect amounts, they consistently fail to answer their office phones and always seem agitated went you do come into their office, overall this place is just full of problems which all lead to poor management I can not wait for my lease to end in the summer, also corporate office if your reading GET NEW MANAGEMENT the property isn’t half bad, could’ve been a fantastic place to live, but alas it just wasn’t up to standard

Disgusting apartment. Once we left and complained was told days later cleaning person went & cleaned apt & unfort returned to same nasty mess. We paid & followed their instructions so why wouldnt you do walk through before handing keys over to new tenants & if needed delay move in date if you know apt is filthy. Whomever cleans the clubhouse needs to clean or teach the cleaning crew same work ethics. Will definitely find different housing next yr.

I have lived at Campus Creek for 3 years now. The staff is great and very responsive. Maintenance is quick to do any emergency repairs. Every year the property gets nicer and nicer with them remodeling. The freshly remodeled clubhouse is very nice and has great amenities. The outside gas fire pit, gazebo area with charcoal grills, and all the sport amenities, make the place very fun and active for ever one if they chose. The rent is very reasonable for the area and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Campus Creek.

I’ve lived at campus creek for a year now. Anytime I have had a problem Kyle and the other maintenance guys have fixed it right away. They’ve always been super friendly and helpful. Owen and Alicia from the office are awesome. Anytime I had an issue, they’ve been more than helpful. I have lived in both the 4 bed 2.5 apartments and cottages. Both were great places to live in. I would certainly recommend Campus Creek!

I have contacted the leasing office multiple times via email and phone, yet still no call back. The leasing office refuses to even return my calls. I would recommend theses apartments simply because our dryer has been broken for 2.5 months. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone due to the lack of professionalism the leasing office has shown me.

I called the office left a voicemail multiple times about when my move out date was never heard back from them. Had a maintenance issue took them a year and half to actually fix it. Have called the maintenance line twice to have someone come take a look at my shower head and no one would answer the phone. So glad I’m moving out. Place brings in so much money does not care about us living here but they always make sure they send out eviction notices and outstanding payments that are due!! Never recommend living here.

A very clean, fun, and well managed place to live. I lived here for three years. Their manager Alicia helped me with anything I needed during my time at Campus Creek. She also has an incredible staff.

This place will rip you off kids, do not move in here. For one it’s super nasty, and for two they’ll charge you money you don’t owe, and when you move out they’ll sue you. My son applied for an apartment here, never even moved in the nasty place, and they are now trying to sue him for $8000. This place is a joke that is trying to rip off college kids.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst management I have ever seen. VERY unprofessional. They are contacting me now, in 2019 about rent I owed from 2017. I sent them my receipt with Alicias signature on it saying that I payed the lease off. They said they would get back to me and havent. They also charged me for many random things that I had no idea about when I wasnt even living in the apartment the summer before the lease ended. When I call them about this and they have no idea but thank the lord I some how still have my rent receipt. Do not ever live here they try to get every dollar out of you and MORE...Not to mention the Alicia (the office chick) called me names when I tried confronting her for the damage my roommates dog did to the apartment.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. I would recommend anyone (especially students+student athletes) to NOT live in these cheap-overpriced apartments. Management is ALWAYS very unprofessional and rude. They have ran my pockets empty for illegal notices. LOOK ELSWHERE TO SAVE THE TROUBLE.

Under new management, they genuinely work hard to make sure your problems get solved. I moved into the apartments and found it to be slightly dirty, but they apologized and solved the issue. Throughout the year, any issues that may occur they solved quickly, and often within just an hour or two. Their cheaper costs of course result in slightly more worn apartments, but they are still some of the nicest for college students in the area, and the cost makes its much more affordable. Would suggest students go here.

Lived here the past two years. Not the absolute nicest apartments of all time but considerably well maintained given the cheap prices. Sometimes you run into problems but the management is almost always willing to help with any concerns and the maintenance man is very fast to fix any physical problems as long as you ask. Moral of the story, as long as you are vocal about your questions and concerns, the management will be more than happy to ensure you enjoy your stay here.

Both my girls lived here and both times it was terrible. Any other place in town would be better than living here. Buildings are terrible, the management is rude and never available, the roads are literally falling apart. Their best apartments which were build less than two years ago are literally splitting apart.

Management was super understanding when financial aid was late and my emotional support animal paperwork getting lost with my doctor. Maintenance is super friendly and does a lot to make sure problems are fixed as soon as they can.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management and maintenance are a joke. They are hungry for money and dont know how to manage this place. I have received three different notices saying I owed money, but when I called and asked about it, they said I was all paid up. They play games to get more money out of you, on top of being already expensive. The management is completely incompetent. Not worth the hassles you will have to deal with. Take it from someone who has dealt with their games for two years.

Campus Creek as nice as it is, IS NOT WORTH IT. Paying $515 PLUS utilities is outrageous for a college student. Not to mention management is incredibly rude!! If you need help always see Alicia. Sarah is very impolite and always has an attitude. For example, my mom contacted campus creek to deal with an issue and Sarah HUNG UP ON HER while mid conversation. After multiple attempts of calling back and my mom having to say “don’t hang up on me again” Sarah had the audacity to say “I didn’t hang up, I was letting you hear yourself talk as you so obviously wanted to do”. Not only is this unacceptable but is no way to manage a college living area. Live anywhere but here.

I do not recommend living here. Unfortunately the managment of this apartment complex are very unprofessional in the way they handle things.Move in day last year, my room had a previous tenants things including their alchohol bottles, trash and a bed. They made the mistake of not cleaning the room bc they thought she was still living there, when they should have a record on that???Also, they do not know how to keep track of their records period. This past month they are still trying to charge me a late fee from October when they told me they would wave it because it was their mistake.I tried to be okay with everything the whole year but I couldnt wait to get out of there.

I wish I could rate this apartment 0 stars. Moved into this apartment and immediately had issues. The apartment only had one shower when I signed a lease for 2, floors were not done, paint was Literally everywhere, no tv (that was also apart of the lease), the bathroom floors were stained yellow, carpets were probably older than me, the list goes on and on. All of this aside, management was awful. Very catty and rude to me and my other roommates and always had excuses for any issues we had there. The road was full of pot holes, It actually popped one of my tires. Horrible apartment, horrible managment. Stay far away!

They say you have high speed internet but it is the opposite. It’s trash, they have the worst provider in Michigan. When you ask about it they will say oh everyone is using it, an excuse, it’s all they know. They could care less about you and what u are unhappy about. I have stayed here for 2 years almost 3 and not once have they put anyone’s priorities first. Not one person in the complex can say that they enjoy their service or the amenities we have because it’s all bull. Management is full of excuses. Same with upper management. The word lawyer usually scares them if u want something done try using it. I did and corporate management was at my door days later trying to help. Still full of excuses and end up still doing nothing

This is one of those I wish I could give them zero stars if possible. My apartment had a rotting floor and they literally did nothing about it while promising that they would. The roads are so bad that I had a tire pop as I was driving home

Decent apartments, but they advertise high speed internet. That has never been the case. It changes by the minute. It will say that I have a decent connection speed, but 30 seconds later it has dropped to a speed so bad that I can’t use anything. I have emailed them about it, but nothing has been done. I don’t understand how you can say high speed internet when it’s absolutely horrible.

Awful. If i could give it a 0 i would. The front office staff have no idea what they are doing. They lie frequently and changes terms around whenever it fits their needs. After they got bought out by a big property management company they have been making half-baked attempt to renovate, however the renovations serve 0 purpose (no structural improvements, basically only doing things to make them look better so they can charge more money). Not to mention they leave construction equipment and garbage lying everywhere, including nails in my back yard. They wont give you a parking pass if they dont feel like it then they will have your car towed. If you say youre coming to sign a lease for a 4 bedroom with all 4 people, they will give it away to a group of two. Poor business practices, poor management skills, poor buildings. STAY AWAY. The only saving grace is they kept Alicia from when they got bought out and she seems to be the only one that knows how to run things.

These people have costed me 764 dollars for skipping the last two weeks of my lease because I was expected to only stay two weeks of that month but still pay the full 505 for that month. You are taking advantage of students who are already financially strained and after two years you finally came for my money in the middle of a pandemic after having massive financial problems. Enjoy your blood money vultures.

Cheap apartments, but AWFUL management. My three roommates and I were supposed to move in TWO WEEKS ago, but we arent allowed to due to the flooring being done. They are trying to make us pay full rent when we havent even moved in yet. They are very unprofessional and lie. I do not recommend.

I am not sure one star is low enough for this poorly managed, terrible up-kept apartment complex. I have had many problems with management, maintenance, and overall quality of living in this facility. They advertise cheapest rent for students, this may be a fact but compared of other newer, nicer facilities you are really paying way to much.I was willing to leave my differences with Campus Creek at the door when I moved out, until I received a final billing statement. On the final billing statement there was a line item that said carpet replacement fee- carpet was new upon move in. I am no expert on new vs old carpet but this was quite noticeably NOT new. I am sure this is Campus Creek trying to milk yet more money out of previous tenants so they do not have to pay for new carpet that they may or may not be replacing this year. I am sure this has happened to more people than myself this year so I encourage you to also leave a review.Thanks for reading,Andrew

Absolutly terrible place to live once you get past the 2 lady trolls that run this place and the Cottages who do not have any idea how to run a rental unit. Once you add In the rental units themselves it just gets worse, poorly built ceilings that always have leaks, warped floors and broken sliding doors is almost as if a monkey build these units. In addition you will find LOADS of fine print that you probabaly didnt read outlining your harsh living parimenters drafted up by the 2 trolls mentioned above these, include but not limited to fines for having more than 5 people over at a time, fines for cans that you didnt even leave there, fines for damages you didnt cause and your landlords constantly coming into your apartment without your knowledge and without a notice trust me that will happen to you. SO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL BE IN FOR A VERY VERY DEPRESSING PLACE TO LIVE AND YOU WILL BE BROKE.

Decent apartments. It is what you pay for though. Cheap apartments = low quality. Potholes are awful. I wouldn’t suggest people to live here and I’m glad to be moving out soon.

Everything about the cottage is nice, but the internet it awful. Sometimes it work wonderfully, other times it seems like youre on dialup. The only provider is Casair, and their reviews arent any better. And there isnt enough parking in some areas.

Management does not make everyone’s problem a priority. I have been without WiFi and connection to the internet for over a month now, and the only response we get is there is nothing they can do about it.

Seriously, I would have rather lived anywhere else. The only good thing about this place was when I moved out.

Very disgusted with the condition of the apartment during move in day. Leftover toiletries in bathroom, puke on wall of a bedroom, AC not working, and chunks missing from walls. I can guarantee they didnt set foot into the apartment to clean after the other tenants have moved out.

Yes it is low rent, however management does a really horrible job of maintenance. They come in to your apartments and change things to it with out informing you. They are always out when you try to go in and talk. We moved in to a dirty apartment .

The construction crews left nails everywhere in the grass without a care. A friend of mine at C block found a nail in his dogs paw.

The office is HORRIBLE with communication. I have lived here for 2 years and DO NOT plan on moving back. My roommates and I have had nothing but problems since moving here. Not to mention that rent is way too high for these apartments.

The internet sucks and their response is “There’s nothing we can do about it”
