I went to the salon the doors are locked. No worries I went home and called and the woman was condescending and not helpful. I wanted to get my hair cut and she gave me two options with frustration in your voice. Didnt ask me if I wanted to schedule or what day. I hung up. Wont be coming here. Thanks for making it an easy decision to travel farther to Boston for better service. 😁

Gabby was amazing!! I came to her after a year letting my hair regrow from a totally damaged head of hair!! I pretty much ruined my own hair and it was the worst feeling in the world I wouldn’t go anywhere without a hat for the longest time!! Anyway Gabby saved me and she was so professional, educated and confident with correcting/saving my hair! I will never go to another stylist again, she went above and beyond what I even imagined! Went last week to change my hair color for the first time with Colby and because my hair was virgin it was a little tricky, but Colby made me feel comfortable. It end up being a little lighter than I expected, but it look awesome! But since I’m more on the natural looking side I told Colby I would like trying to go a little darker. So I went back today and he was so nice. Gave me his best advice and went a little darker making me feel totally pleased with the result. Thank you Colby!

Skye is awesome. As are all the people that work there. I did balayage for the first time in about five or six years, was a bit nervous. Brunette, getting a bit older, thinning hair so wanted to do something different for summer. It looks amazing! So happy. Will be making this my go to salon now that I’ve moved to the north shore. Colby Smith is an amazing colorist! After having been rushed through consultations for years with stylists who didnt really listen, I appreciated that Colby took so much time making sure we were on the same page about the color and highlights I wanted. His application of the color was so much more careful and thorough than other stylists who have slapped color on so fast, they missed baby hairs and didnt cover my entire scalp. It is so upsetting to pay a ton of money for a color job only to have the grey show up a day or two later because of lazy, inattentive application. My color looks gorgeous and I am so happy I found Colby at Aqua Salon. Its a very pretty salon and they use great products.

I had my first visit at Aqua today. The atmosphere was busy but the mood light, everyone was wonderful. Sara Viega cut and styled my hair even better than I had hoped and was very welcoming and set me at ease immediately. Highly recommended!
