Super fast, Super bad. She cut and washed my hair in 15 minThe cut is uneven; longer on one side

Last time I went, I asked for layers and ended up with a 3 inch shelf between a distinct top and bottom layer, then my husband tried to walk-in 2hrs before closing for a quick cut and was told they were busy - but the two employees there were sitting in chairs, no other customers were there, and the app said there was a 0min wait for a haircut... this place used to be great but things seem to have really changed for the worse in the past year

They were absolutely fantastic with my niece. The stylist really took care of her and gave her exactly what she wanted. Very fairly priced for the cut she got. I would recommend them to anyone needing a great cut at at a great price.

Very professional! Staff is super friendly. I was a little nervous when my 8 year old daughter wanted to cut her beautiful long hair to her shoulders. The hair dresser was very knowledgeable, and quickly had me at ease. I dont remember her name. Only that she just came back after having twins. Thank you for my daughters fantastic grown-up hair cut!!

Ive been going to the girls here now for about a year after I was sick of getting a terrible cut from great clips in Gloucester (dont go there)They have yet to make any foul ups and as long as you call ahead or hit it right theres no more than a 10 minute wait. The business hours are convenient and it helps they are open Sundays .The staff is always very pleasant and listens to what youd like if they had not already put it in notes

I’m skeptical with people cutting my hair because they never get it the way I want. My friend recommended his hair dresser and she was amazing. Every employee there has amazing customer service. Highly recommend this place. Been going for the past 3 years.

Always pretty convenient and a decent cut. But I was surprise that on Monday the 23rd of December with school out and right before Christmas they only had 2 stylists on duty and at 9 am when they opened there was already a 45 min back-up. Thats either bad planning or poor service to save money.

Pleasantly pleased with my hair cut. Day I went only 2 customers at a time which was nice with social distancing.

For starters, this is the only Supercuts that my boyfriend goes to; he trusts no one else besides the ladies at this specific Supercuts. I got a haircut yesterday and there was no wait and I was seen right away (around 4:30pm). I had the nicest hairdresser and she was very sociable and sweet. She gave me an amazing haircut and I have been getting compliments all day about it. I wish I could remember her name to tell everyone to go get a haircut from her, but I am positive that all the hairdressers are just as nice as the one I had, for the other customers had smiles on their faces as well. I’ll definitely return when I need another haircut!

This place is awesome. The woman cutting my hair not only did a fantastic job, I was out of there in 15 mins, if that. Reasonable price, gave a $5 tip as she was very talkative and nice. I don’t recall her name, she was blonde, had awesome ink, and was super friendly. Please tell her thank you from the easiest haircut she had, it was about 3 weeks ago. Highly recommend!

I received the worst haircut I have ever got in my entire life from this store. I am aware that there are different stylists, however this haircut was so bad, it destroyed my self esteem for well over a year and took almost two to completely grow back. The sides of my hair were completely shelved - it looked like someone took a razor and randomly scraped it across my hair. It was more than uneven and the top was multiple lengths. The bangs were the worst part: a bad attempt at a Caesar hair cut in which the bangs were randomly chopped super short on the left and right giving me (extremely) premature male-pattern baldness. This made me feel HORRIBLE and I do not recommend attempting to achieve a great cut from here. :(

My son got his haircut there and the lady was really good with him. I dont remember her name but she had black hair and said she had been there for eight years I will go there again

Fabulous experience had my hair colored for the first time in my life professionally and it was beautiful. I was pampered by Alicia with an eyebrow treatment and lots of TLC fabulous place extremely professional highly recommended

It was a horrible experience. I called ahead of time to put my name on the list. The manager bumps me down because I did not check in. They did not even call my name out before they bumped me. It is so ridiculous. The sign is not at eye level to see that I need to check in. Plus when I complained the manager laughed at me. I don’t need that stress to be laughed while I’m waiting to get a haircut

The ladies here are always professional and courteous. They always do a great job cutting my hair!

Walk in. Took my father in law right away and gave home a great haircut.

Came in 7-15-18 at 3:10pm for a bleach hair cap and a trim. At 4:15pm over an hour later the woman that received me refused to do a procedure that takes about an hour because we close at 5pm She clearly had a long day and didnt want to be there. I wasted 2 hours of my day because she didnt want to work. The girls here just want to cut your hair in 10 minutes collect 10 bucks and go home. You lost a 5 year customer, congratulations.

Ive given this place three tries, and each time theyve given me a terrible haircut. I get a very simple, very common cut that once every few years someone might get just a little wrong, but this was three times in a row of a completely uneven, patchy, incomplete mess.

I knew the employee Ciera before she started working here and that shes got previous experience cutting mens hair. So Ive been going to her for my haircuts and its always a friendly experience

Horrible consistency in quality. Will stop returning here after too many botched haircuts. Basic stuff getting messed up.

Great style and blow dry from Sierra!

I had an amazing wash cut blowdry here several times, these girls are super stars! My blowdry will last about 6 days before I need to wash my hair again. Ive got a chance to know some of the girls here personally. They work so hard to please every guest. The business hours are very convient for everyone so there should be no excuses. If you want a hair cut you should come in within the 11 hours they are open instead of when they are about to close. These ladies are far from lazy! They are human and have a life to live outside of work. Overall Ive never had a bad experience. I get compliments everytime.
