Currently, they are taking in watch repairs by appointment only. I happened to be in LA for the weekend and called to see if I can just drop my sub off to have assessed for repair and pick up in a few weeks. Since I didnt care to wait for an estimate they were able squeeze me in between appointments. They were nice, professional, and very fast. I was in and out very quickly. They have their own parking lot which is really convenient. They are also following CDC guidelines in terms of Covid-19 cleanliness socal distancing etc. Ill update my review once I get my estimate and pick up my watch. Excited to get it like new again!

I hand-picked a Presidential Diamond Rolex for my husband as a surprise anniversary gift yesterday. Their store is clean yet lavish, absolutely to die for! I was pleasantly surprised how professional the staff were as they helped me through every step of picking and boxing my new gift then checking me out in a prompt, yet courteous manner. Location is nice too on Bristol st in Costa Mesa.

This service center staff has been trained by the best. My watch had 2 complications and they went above and absolute beyond to make sure it was fixed and my problems were eased. So happy!

February 2018, my 20-year-old Rolex Day Date stop. Since this RSC in Beverly Hills is not that far from me, I took it there for service. Full service for a Day Date is USD$800.00. The watch was given a repair warranty of 2 years which is twice the normal repair warranty for other brands. The Service Confirmation listed a complete description of the watch and an estimate replacement value for an equivalent new watch. The estimate is rather high as it is the value of equivalent new watch. Nevertheless, it is a useful document as it could be used for insurance purpose and also as an authenticity proof of the watch.The parking is adjacent to the Building and easily accessible. You just go around and press a button at the gate. When someone answers, just tell him that you are going to the Repair Service Center. The gate would raise and you can park. The lobby is very nice with comfortable seating. There are small bottles of drinking water if you need a drink. They are also plenty of magazine to read should there be a wait.I received a call within the 3 weeks estimate repair time. I went and picked it up and the work was done very well. My watch came back quite accurate. I only adjust the date every two months and adjust the time If only necessary. The most recent time I adjusted the time was 3 months ago when I was travelling overseas due to time zone difference.This RSC, I recommend. My watch is still keeping very accurate time after more than a year after the service.

First, let me say Rolex produces exquisite timepieces. With that said, they are expensive. As such, a good company should realize that customers are quite important. Not with Rolex; whats astonishing is that Rolex acts like they are doing their customers a favor by the mere fact that you own one, and as such, that attitude reeks in this service center. No friendly, warm gestures here, its like a morgue. A constant rotation of associates going behind ginormous, magnetic locked doors leaving customers alone in the lobby not knowing whats going on. Not the best experience. I own Omega timepieces as well and you never get pompous attitudes there. Cmon Rolex, drop the smugness and show appreciation for customers who drop hard earned money on your products.

I am very fortunate that the best place in the world to service a Rolex watch is one block from my office. The employees at the Beverly Hills Service Center are all great. I have had them service and refinish 3 different Rolex watches for me, and in every case they came back looking and running like new. Amazing! Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about Rolex watches and beyond courteous. Their charges are fair, and their work is outstanding. Dont go anywhere else to service your Rolex watch. They have also removed links for me for free to make a watch better fit my wrist, and they always have free water and Swiss chocolate to make every visit pleasant.

Excellent service! Inherited a watch from my grandfather that needed resized and a new battery. Had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. He even replaced the gasket on the back cover of the watch. Thank you.

Just had my Rolex Submariner service at this location. They said it would take 3 weeks and exactly 3 weeks later I picked up the watch. It looked great. It seems to be running perfectly. They have free parking which is nice since its in Beverely Hills. If you are close to this service center I highly recommend them.Update. Ive been wearing the watch now for 3 weeks. Keeps perfect time. Very satisfied with this company.

The staff was very smug and condisening. They took my watch in the back and said someone would get back to me. They never got back to me.

Yesterday, I brought my brand new Rolex watch to the service center to do the chain adjustment. I was really excited since it was my first time been there. I thought it was going to be really professional, so I did not go to other Rolex dealer which closed to me. I drive 2 hours to get there. They told me it is going to be 30 to 45 minutes, so I just waited there. It is done as what they said. However, after I left, I found really obvious scratch on my watch. The scratch is really big. This is just UNPROFESSIONAL at all. It was really unreasonable to have scratches with just the chain adjustment. They only took one side of the chain to make adjustment, thus make it was really uncomfortable with thin wrist. It was a very terrible experience in Rolex Watch USA Inc Beverly Hills.

Very cooperative, service team is stocked and ready to begin making any repairs within 24 hours. People are nice and meticulous with the details you provide. If I ever have another issue with my Rolex, I am 100% bringing it back to this location.

I was extremely surprised for the best by they attentiveness and prompt turn around time. I own a gmt master and everyone who has good reviews from the rolex community charges almost the same and it didnt made any logic to pay them versus rolex ( unless I cared about losing parts which I dont since it a new watch). If your due for a service give them a shoot and know that your watch is in great hands.

Excellent service, great employees (especially Mathilde and Lisa). I always bring my Rolexes here to be serviced. Place is quite huge and always clean. There are chairs and sofas for you to relax while waiting for the estimate and so on.

Took my Yatchmaster here. found out my former jeweler placed a fake crystal on it. Rolex wont service if a aftermarket one is present. Which is what I love about ROLEX. They did replace the crystal and serviced the entire yatchtmaster. Took about 4 weeks but looked like the day I first purchased it. So wonderful.

Service wasnt cheap but I was extremely happy with the results. Watch looks brand new.
