*EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!!!* I just picked up both my pearl necklaces (white freshwater and black Tahitian chokers) from Rothstein Jewelers and I am truly impressed with Janets restringing workmanship. The necklaces literally looked like new necklaces and not the ones Ive owned for 9 and 11 years. The pricing is seriously the best in town and the turnaround time was even quicker than I expected. I couldnt be more pleased with Richard and Janets services. Excellent communication, fantastic craftsmanship, and a surprise turnaround time to accommodate customer requests. Just picked my pearl necklaces that Janet hand strung. One was costume and the other was real pearl but by no means Mikimoto fancy. I told Janet had special these necklaces are and she restrung and repaired them sooooo well. She even drilled new holes in some of the pearls that had been glued together. I am so happy, the craftsmanship is wonderful. Highly recommend. They even have a backstock of small loops and closures in gold so if you need a necklace repaired they have options. Love it!

My experience with J Rothstein & Co-Beverly HillsHow i found the store:- Based on a quick google search and a phone call i decided to bring my golden crucifix in for repair.The Problem:I have a gold crucifix, where the loop broke apart. ( see picture)In addition to that, since gold is very durable i put a flame on it, trying and hoping to fix it myself which just made it worse.If you have a similar problem please dont try the same!So the loop was in a bad condition when i gave it in their hands.Pros:- Time: The loop was repaired within just 4days!- Safety: If you love your jewellery piece you can be assured that it is safe!- Transparency: Janet kept calling and informing me about the process, next steps and pricing information.- Quality: The loop was professionally restored and even made stronger!- Price: The price was very fair based on quality 18K materialsCons:- Location: Even though located in a nice and safe neighbourhood, you have to be aware that the store is not that obvious to see at first sight.It is located a little hidden, upstairs in the corner. But once you get there it is worth it, not just because of the views;)!Summary:I am very grateful and happy to have found this place and can highly recommend it!They are professional, trustworthy and fast!P.S. At pickup i was told that the shop has been looted by protesters but they were professional and put my gold piece in the safe so you can absolutely trust them with any of your Jewelry peaces!

I went by the store this morning on my way to work to have a number of pieces repaired. The woman running the store was incredibly friendly and kind. She offered me trade in value on a necklace clasp that had broken and then replaced it on the spot! Highly recommend this store.

Rothsteins has a great selection of earrings, rings, necklaces and they do custom jewelry.Their clientele includes top stars like the Beckhams, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and other Beverly Hills VIPs.They are located on Olympic just about a block east of Doheny on the 2nd level of the shopping center.I decided on a custom made money clip and was very impressed with the client service here by Janet.This is the best Jewelry store I have been to in Beverly Hills and the prices are reasonable for the highest custom quality.I plan to go to Rothsteins regularly for my jewelry purchases.
