I went for my Oil change July 12. No problem with my vehicle no lights coming on no service engine soon no vehicle service needed.When I left there and drove a few miles, lights start flashing. Called their Kentucky home office, explain somebody did something to my car because while I was there they tried to sell me a whole bunch of things that I didn’t need. I told them I know my car there’s nothing wrong with my car. Corporate office in Kentucky said tell them make my car whole.Servive engine light went out but service vehicle light didn’t go off yet!I let them slide because they think they slick, they think they slick, so I let them slide! They will find doesn’t pay to tamper with some people!they lost a customer !

It took over 90 minutes to get an oil change. Id understand if there was a line out to the street, but there were two other cars ahead of me. The workers had me change queues twice, which then resulted in someone who arrived behind me getting serviced 20 minutes before me which was frustrating. Workers were nice enough, and maybe I just came on a bad day/time, but for $90 you can probably get service much faster somewhere else.

I came in for a full synthetic oil change earlier this month, the staff was friendly and efficient. I noticed an oil leak afterward however and took the car back in a few weeks later. The staff thoroughly checked the car, determined I have an oil pan that is losing thread and needed a plug - so the leak was not their fault at all, but they drained the oil, added new oil and added the plug, for free. I thank them for their knowledgeable staff and friendly / efficient customer service.

Only went here because I had a $25 coupon, which only saved me $6 compared to normal price at Pennzoil. Staff was friendly but service was slow, I was here over an hour for a simple oil change, with only 2 cars in front of me in line. Just go to Pennzoil unless youve got a lot of time on your hands.

This has been my favorite place to get my oil changed for several years now. Its one of, if not the only place, where I have felt like I wasnt constantly being asked to purchase some type of additional service that Im not interested in. That kind of thing has turned me off to going to so many other places. At this Valvoline location everyone is always polite, knowledgeable, and quick. Please stop in and give them a visit.

My family and I have been coming here forever. I have gone over on miles just to come back to this particular Valvoline. I also liked the one in East Lansing. They are always professional and not hard selling for the extra buck. They also changed a gasket that they found for no extra cost. I would trust this brand at any location! A+ and thank you Chris!

Despicable. I urge anyone reading to take all of the negative reviews to heart. This location and company are pathetic. One of my familys vehicle is damaged due to the pot holes littered all over the property lot. They are neglectful and to be quite frank--they dont care. We made a massive mistake taking our vehicle here. Ill tell everyone I know. And theres many. People dont like businesses that mess with nurses. Take your vehicle to Firestone or to a dealership. Shame on them.

I decided to check this place out because I was tired of what a scam Uncle Ed’s have become. Enough about uncle ed.I have to say they are pretty easy to deal with. They will remind you of suggested maintenance, but they wont hi-pressure sell you.

We are a family loyal to valvoline for both oil changes, batteries and any minor things we need done. We came to the Beverly Hills location in May on the 14th. There were no other cars and 3 people working that day. A woman and 2 gentleman. The woman recognized my fiance because he used to work for a lawn company that had their cars serviced through valvoline frequently. First, they couldnt find the latch on our hood. No biggie. Its a bit tricky. They did recommend the air filter replacement and we agreed. I live on a dirt road. Within 2 or 3 days following the service, the car began to run extremely rough. We assumed it was possibly a coolant leak as the coolant was extremely low. We also checked the dipstick of the oil that seemed overfilled. It is now June 10th and the car isnt driveable. My fiance finally got under the hood to tinker with things after work and found that Valvoline failed to replace the filter correctly into place. Upon reading up, I see that this can cause damage to a lot of areas if debris becomes lodged in certain areas. Most people may have been okay, but living on a dirt road, this has annihilated my engine. I am unsure how to handle this situation. I am out of a car, I cannot believe this happened. The 3 associates who worked on our car had us there for close to 40 minutes. They were laughing, dancing, singing and apparently not fully paying attention and they cost someone their car engine during a time when everyone is out of work and low on income. I may lose my job over the loss of my car. I plan on sharing my story on social media with photos and the location and asking everyone to share as well. You cannot cost people their cars because you fail to pay attention to the details. There were 3 people. This is unacceptable. If the manager would like to reach out to discuss this, I would hope he would, David Wilson is his name. You look us up, may 14th 2020, we were the 92 cadillac deville with only 87,000 original miles. The phone number is my fiance.My recommendation is to never go to Valvoline. Their service people arent fully trained mechanics. They may mess up your vehicle with a mistake that could have been caught if they werent so busy having a good time at work.

I recently stopped there after work on Thursday 8/22 to prepare for a trip up both. Unbeknownst to me, only after someone at a gas station,100 miles away from home, it was pointed out to me the cover under my Ford Escape was not bolted back on properly. I had to go somewhere else to get the cover bolted back on. Also my tire pressure was not checked, I had to put air in my one tire. Not pleased with the quality of work, I will not be going back. Also very pricey! One positive was the staff was friendly.

I refuse to go anywhere else to get an oil change. Ive been coming here for over a decade now. No matter who does my car service they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Of course they are going to offer extra services. This is a business after all. Ive never had a bad experience here.

I went here today for what I thought would be quick oil change. I was the first vehicle that had pulled into an empty garage however within a matter of minutes two other vehicles pulled in the 2 bays next to me. The manager quickly asked for my information and started typing in the computer, the typical upsell for the higher grade oil and off he went. There I sat for over 20 mins before anyone came back to my car. Below me people were working on the other two cars and shouting back and forth but not one person was working on mine. Finally at around the 23min (and you can tell because there is a time clock right there on the screen you watch) the manager re-appears with money as if he just got back from the bank! WHAT this man left in the middle of three cars pulling in the garage for what? Finally minute 26 the the one guy working down below comes up and hustles to get me outta there. He puts the oil in then puts the air filter back, the manager says to him wait pull that out I havent gone over it with her yet at this point I am furious so he comes over to my car and tells me that he doesnt even have the air filter that I need for my car. So even if I had wanted to purchase one I couldnt. Its over 30 mins now and the other 2 vehicles have left and I give him my CC and ask him to run it so I can leave. He gives me a whole sob story about how he is understaffed and the two guys working are brand new. Okay I am sorry but the two guys working were busting their butts. Also if you are that understaffed dont let people in! Open one door at at time and give that one customer great service one at a time. He did give me $15 off but I had a coupon for $7 off so was that really a discount?

Started off, getting told I needed a synthetic oil change. $98! Had to convince them I wanted conventional. $50. Luckily had my phone, found a $24.95 coupon online. They would have happily stuck me for a $100, if I didnt know any better!

Oil change and tire rotation should have been simple enough. Exterior of vehicle had a nice coat of dirty oil from front to back on both sides of vehicle. Lug nut was lost during rotation, sent home with 4 lugs in the passenger rear wheel. As I was cleaning the dirty oil, I noticed a nice new scratch as well. Lastly, during the drive home I began to lose tire pressure, 10 psi over the 3 Mile drive. Turns out there was a piece of debris that had gotten lodged under the cap and was depressing the valve, thereby releasing air. Grateful for tire pressure sensors... In summary, I would not recommend this location as it is expensive and the quality of work is poor.

I will never go to this place again. I have only been to a valvoline once or twice before but never at this location. I guess I pulled up to the wrong garage door and the person inside started screaming at me when they had seen this. Instead of asking me nicely to pull up to the other garage door, the women was throwing her arms around and I could tell she was yelling at me through the glass garage door. I should have left then but I decided not too. When I pulled in I asked if one of my bulbs could be replaced and she said no so I left. Worst experience ever. Pretty much ruined my mood for the day.

This is the slowest instant oil change Ive ever been to. The one I typically go to does a much faster job with half as many people. This location will try to upsell you on EVERYTHING! Their full synthetic oil is nearly twice as expensive as the mobil1 equivalent. The people were fairly friendly but its not worth how long it takes to get the work done and certainly is more expensive than getting similar service elsewhere. In addition to all that they checked what pressure to set my tries to twice, reading it out loud, and still inflated them to the wrong pressure. The sticker they gave me for the next oil change mileage was 5,000. The manual for my car specifies 10,000 miles. At my usual place they ask what I want the sticker to say instead of putting 5,000 without asking.

Great team here. I had a flat tire yesterday and without me expecting for them to fix it, they did. Friendly, fast, professional and high morale of character. Highly recommended.

My husband and I always use this place as our regular oil change place and they have been so great to the both of us! Yesterday I had a particularly great experience- I came in to get an oil change and my window washer fluid tube had slipped out and they fixed it for me no charge! Just to go above and beyond! They are friendly and knowledgeable and go through each thing that they check with me. For the record it is not a 17 dollar oil change- it did cost me about 30 but I also know that they checked everything, they fixed a little issue I was having and were super pleasant the whole time.

In town on travel and needed an oil change on my company vehicle. I use Valvoline at home with no issues and stopped by today. Once the service person saw my fleet card she immediately called in for additional service over my $100 limit. I asked for nothing but a mid grade oil change for $69, they started changing my engine air filter and taking off my brand new wipers. My vehicle has less than 20,000 miles on it. I told her not to do anything but already replaced the engine filter and had the cabin filter sitting on my car. I felt trapped and when I pushed back they didnt like it. I let them change the cabin filter and got out asap. Will not return to any valvoline after this experience. Just because Im not paying out of my pocket dont assume I dont care.

Ive been going to this location for approximately the last 3 oil changes. The staff here is super friendly and very thorough. I found my new place to get my oil changes. Not to mention they always have coupons available.

The staff were friendly but clearly had no idea what they were doing. They didn’t have the transmission oil for my car in stock so I decided to just get the oil change/tire rotation and get the transmission oil change at a later time. Fast forward a few weeks, when I get to a more reputable service center to get the transmission fluid they found that all of the oil put in by valvoline had leaked out because they (valvoline employees) had installed a “shoddy” oil filter incorrectly and/or sloppily. Also, while getting the oil changed, a valvoline employee dropped something into the hood of my car and it took at least 2 people to fish out whatever it was. All in all, although the employees were very nice and friendly, they installed a bad oil filter improperly so that all of the oil leaked out within a few weeks, and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing (because they probably didn’t).

Never again. Never again. This place treats customers and their vehicles poorly. Never again. NEVER AGAIN.

Technicians were very friendly but not Uncle Ed style friendly. Asked me what I needed and gave me that service. No attempts to up-sell me on things I didnt need. Technician saw my Air Force hat in the window and said they offer military discounts. They complimented me on taking good care of my 1991 Silverado thats sill running strong at 333,000 miles. Will see them again in 3,000 to keep her going!!!

I come here regularly to get my oil changed but this time I had to get my fog lights replaced. I assurre you its not an easy task on a Challenger. The manager Matt put in a ton of effort getting the bulbs out and when they finally did come out and they didnt have the replacement bulbs, he went above and beyond, going to the local hardware store to actually pick up the parts. They show more care and pay more attention to detail than the Dodge dealership. I will continue to be a loyal customer and cant say enough about this location.

First time visiting this oil change location one week ago. Prior to this, I had been getting my oil changed at the dealership. Im prepared to be upsold on items, but it wasnt a pressured situation. They gave me info on my filters and battery and appropriate readings, but it wasnt a hard sell. I only got my oil changed because I prefer to be thorough in my price comparison shopping and rarely do I make impulse purchases.The entire staff was friendly and helpful and they all appeared to enjoy working together. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. While I had two coupons that prompted me to go, I plan to return for my next oil change.

My oil change took about 20 minutes and cost $50.08. I have found cheaper locations to get an oil change but then they really turn up the pressure for add-ons like synthetics for newly new vehicles or insist that your new wipers look a little worn. Due to combination of proximity, customer experience, professionalism , and fair pricing, I plan on going back.

Stopped in today on my lunch break since I was little over due. Im always nervous going to a new place in fear of being ripped off, but everyone was wonderful!!! They were informative and seemed honest. I feel bad for already forgetting their names, but I believe the gentleman who helped me was Jacob. Its nice to have a place so close to work. Ill be back in 3,000 miles!(hopefully)

Transparency! They showed everything they did. I didn’t feel cheated like at most places because they showed everything, including camera and TV monitors showing what they were doing live. They actually did all the services they said unlike many “full service” places where you have to ask and tell them to do the things they are supposed to do. And yes, the price will be higher than other places. Id rather pay half as much but cheaper places always seem so shady.

Got an oil change here yesterday. They said I needed a radiator service and my coolant was low, so they filled it up. Thought this was nice so I was happy until later. This was the first and last time. Drove it around for a little, and it was ok. Got on the freeway, and we smelled something burning, but didn’t think anything if it until the light in the car went on and the temperature gage went up. The car began smoking and we were stranded for about an hour. How the heck do you come in for an $70.00 oil change and leave with a new problem?!

Ive never paid $100 for an oil change. They told me the full synthetic was the only oil change grade that was available for my car. (2014 Buick Verano 28k) I shouldve gone somewhere else but they had already started the process. After I left they gave me a list of their services along with the pricing. The conventional is 24.99 which they didnt offer me. Theyre taking advantage of customers. Please ask for the price list first and decide for YOURSELF what you need. I will not be going back.

This place is extremely slow. I was there for over 1.5 hours for only an oil change. They also charged me $80 because they claimed I needed a specific type of synthetic oil because my car is a 2018 model. Then they told me they were out of my oil filter, so Id have to wait until they could get it from OReillys autoparts. Really? If I would have known Id be there for almost 2 hours, and theyd charge me that much money I would have just gone to the dealership. Not happy.

Always check valvoline website before coming, there is always a 7-10$ coupon which they oviously wont tell you about! They will try to up sale you eveything so kmow what you want ahead of time because they have a convincing sales pitch! They offer good service altough i feel there is always someone there with significant attitude... They have 3bays working at same time but not sure they are fully staffed under the car because it can take quite a while at times for the oil change. All in all descent comprehensive service (tire pressure, lights etc).

They were fast but pretty expensive. Also they didnt install my air filter properly so when I left the place my engine was growling twice as loud. Now I remember why I usually change my own oil. Will not be returning.

Will never go back here. Some young man was very patronizing, and when I told him as much he said well, would you prefer we be rude? I told him no,just to speak in a normal tone of voice instead of acting like a waiter. Then they had a problem getting the oil plug out, and began trashing the previous place I had it changed. I told them if they couldnt accomplish changing my oil, then I would go somewhere else. Just a terrible experience.
