I was waiting at the hair salon next door and their restroom was out of order. I had to go so badly to the restroom. Literally all the businesses around allowed me very kindly to use their restroom. The only place that said no was that nail salon. Not even I am sorry in a nice way....she replied to me very coldly and was rude. That says a lot about the business. Obviously do not recommend the place. A way better place is P nails salon and it is located at 1149 S Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035. They are the best and most kind people.

Took my partner here to get her nails done on Saturday evening, December 23, 2017, and this was by far the worst place she has ever been! The woman painted her nails so sloppily: she painted all over her skin around her nails and then used a paint brush with nail polish remover to clean up her painted skin — just shockingly unbelievable! The place is not sanitary at all — they reuse tools and do not open up newly sanitized ones for each customer. This dirty place is a real health hazard. By all means, do stay away from this nail salon!

I had gel nails done, and they look like a child did them. Missing spots, bad lines, bubbles, etc. Just terrible. Some employees were friendly, some not. The only pro is for pedicures they have the back massage chairs.

Ive been getting my nails done for almost 10 years and this was the worst, by far. I had been growing out my nails for months and I wanted to get a gel manicure. Every nail was a different length, a different shape and the paint was atrocious. Three nails had hairs and fuzz stuck in the paint. Avoid this place!
