I got my hair done by Coraline and her talent and professionalism definitely exceeded my expectations! She is knowledgeable, authentic and gives amazing hair care advice. On top of that, shes very friendly and interesting. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing haircut and styling with Coraline Gustave! Highly recommend she made me so comfortable and listened to what I wanted and provided tweaks that made it look amazing!!! She gave me styling tips for my new haircut and the products to use. Definitely ask for her! I also felt safe in the salon while getting my haircut as it wasnt super crowded.

If I could give Coco more than 5 stars I absolutely would, she is such a gem! I have short hair that is easy to cut in a way that ages me, so I was really nervous choosing a new stylist after moving to LA, I did so much research before hand and found Coco, but was still really nervous, until I met her! She listened to everything I wanted, looked through all my photos, and made sure that we were completely on the same page before getting started.The haircut itself was perfect. Shes so attentive to detail and paid attention to the curl pattern of my hair and made sure that she shaped it in a way to make it easy for me to style on the daily. She even styles it straight for me so that she can catch any little hairs that tried to escape the scissors and leave me with a flawless haircut.When I say Ive never worked with someone better, I really mean it. And whenever someone compliments my hair, I be sure to send them to her, including all of my coworkers now, and everyone loves her!Ill never go see anyone else. Coco, my hair and my heart are yours

I had the chance to see Coraline, she is talented and knows what she does. I got my hair destroyed by another hairdresser and she managed to fix it like magic. I had a haircut and highlights so happy I met her!!!

Do NOT under any circumstances order from this company. Systemic mismanagement, lack of accountability, and impossible to reach. I placed an order for a curling wand, never received an order confirmation or tracking number. I had to follow up repeatedly to get a single line email with a FedEx tracking, zero other information attached. Upon opening the most generic, back alley looking box one could find, I found my curling wand in packaging that had already been opened. Again, I had to follow up with the team. For starters, their corporate office NEVER answers the phone. They also do not reply to emails. Finally after calling the salon directly and having them forward the call, a woman claimed that she was the one who opened it for a quality check. It doesnt take much common sense to know that if you have to open a box to conduct quality control, wherever youre getting your goods manufactured is clearly horrendous and unreliable. By far the most unprofessional company Ive dealt with in a long time. Incredibly ironic that theyve got a Beverly Hills postal code when they certainly dont match up to it in any way.

I was refer to this salon by my best friend. She was brought here by her mother, so I trusted that she wouldnt recommend me a place that I would not be satisfied with. I am not big into going to hair salons, especially since I am natural and workout a lot. I typically do my own hair or just pull it back, but at least three times a year I like to go to a professional to get my ends attended to.First off the place is beautiful! It very well kept and professional looking. I differs significantly for the hole in the wall places I have seen and been to. The staff is very welcoming and informative.I was recommended by my friend and I have been going to him ever since. Jose is very talented and knowledgeable, which makes me comfortable. I have experienced stylist try to convince you to do what they want to do. They listen and give their professional opinions, but does not try to force you into anything, which I appreciate.I am not going to lie, the service is not cheap, but then I remember I am getting quality service for my hair, which is worth the cost.

Jose Eber is simply home to my hair. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I see people who work there in all capacities whove been there as long as I remember. That says a LOT about the place. Mimi is the absolute best hair colourist, ever! Ive been going to her for as long as I remember and will not change her for all the tea in China! She gives me the rusty red gold that I love - which is not easy to get. Still today, after all these years I never stop getting complements for my hair from friends and even people I dont know! And, Julie, well, you couldnt ask for a sweeter and more caring hair stylist. She will give you exactly what you want and more.

Been ordering hair spray for years from Jose Eber in Plano Texas.. people so lovely there but they didn’t have my hairspray and referred me to Beverly Hills Salon.. not only did they send me wrong hairspray but rudely told me it’s the same hairspray in a different can.. it was confirmed by someone in Plano it is not the same.. I have never in my 62 years been spoken to in such a rude manner as I was by the individual at Beverly Hills!

I needed a new spot for a mens cut after moving to LA from Brooklyn. Not only the hairdresser was awesome to talk to, but she gave me exactly what I wanted with little direction. The space is great. It does a good job of remaining trendy without sacrificing warm service. Cant wait to go back!

So, their team guide me and showed me some photos of hair styles.I was happy with their work and guidance. Next time I will take my brother too for this parlour.

Cant beat Jose for the perfect style and color very professional love the environment. Just a lot of fun and the only place I will go. I drive 3 hours to get my hair done and then dinner in Beverly Hills and then the 3 hour drive home

Warm, welcoming, sophisticated atmosphere and elegant staff all at a reasonable price. I receive the best mans style EVER and finally convinced my frugal wife to take my appt. OMG!!! The sexiest woman I have ever seen! She was transformed. We also had two of the Eber stylist attend our pre-wedding getting ready time/frame, and I had all of the mens and womens hair styled. WOW!! they turn the Bubbas into gentlemen!!! Treat yourself and your special friends and family to an experience! Are you worth it???

When I walked in the salon I had brassy reddish yellowish hair, I explained to her that I was tired of going to people that could not make my hair blonde without turning it red. She said I will certainly take the red out but I cant promise that I will achieve the blonde that you want on your first visit, it may take a few times before we can get it to the level that I wanted it. She was very honest from the beginning however to make the story short when she was done with my hair it was exactly what I had been asking. My hair looked amazing, beautiful blonde hair again my hair was back to the way I wanted it. She said next time it will look even better, I was like are you serious I love the way it is now. I am sooo happy I have found the perfect hair colorist, she knows what she is doing and she does know hair better than any stylist I have ever been to. This was the best money spent.
