STAY AWAY. I brought my car to check the engine light. I came in with no noticeable problems, the car work working fine, and my A/C was working. After the inspection I was given a DOUBLE PRICING for fixing the part (ambient temp. Sensor) compare to Mercedes dealership Downtown LA. I requested to pick my car and declined the repair. After picking up my car and driving for about 10 min I noticed that A/C was not working, I immediately called and messaged my advisor MARK OLIVER that after the inspection the A/C was not working. When I returned, I spoke with MARK and his manager CRAIG TOM who told me that the part was causing the problem. They requested for me to pay for the part which I agreed to pay the quote price that I was given by the dealership Downtown LA.After inspecting the car CRAIG said it looks like the sensor was pushed back and that was the reason why the A/C wasn’t working.After about an hour they came back saying that the sensor was never there and and they will put a new sensor. (All of an sudden they didn’t require the payment for it) After another hour of waiting MARK came back saying that the sensor is put in but the A/C is still not working and they can’t do anything else.I requested to speak with the manager again (CRAIG TOM). In the conversation, CRAIG and MARK accused me of lying about working A/C in a first place and told me “IT’S TIME TO GO”. I am a female that was in the room with two men, where MARK was trying to intimidate me standing over me claiming that they have no proof of A/C working in the car at the drop off time.All I wanted was to get my car back in the same condition that it came in. Instead I was told a story to cover someone’s mistake and accused of lying.Needless to say the dealership will be hearing from me soon.

UPDATE: Customer service got in touch with me after this review was posted to remedy the situation. After a brief email exchange I had another appointment that could not have gone better. The staff were friendly, kind and quick with servicing my vehicle.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Unfortunately I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service if you’re the type of person who has to plan their day. The first time I used them I waited 2 + hours for the loaner I had booked. I gave them another try this morning for my annual service and right as I am pulling in for my 8:15am appointment I get a call from them informing me that they would not be able to prioritize me for a loaner today because of the type of Mercedes vehicle I was bringing in for service. Even though I had booked the appointment and loaner weeks in advance. Pretty lame!My wife is 9 months pregnant and can go into labor at any moment, so I had to cancel my appointment since I can’t just wait at a service center all day without a vehicle. The person I spoke with could have cared less.Super disappointing to say the least.

He has the highest professionalism and carisma that can make anyone feel welcomed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ve been trying to reach a service advisor allMorning regarding a past visit but no one answers I get transferred they answer the call just to hang up on me. I’ve tried at least 4 times all of which I’ve been hung up on or out on hold just to get hung up on. I tried reaching service manager twice and have not gotten a response.

I brought my C63S Amg for its first year A service which includes tire pressure check. On their service, they have applied extra load pressures for a single driver and I was able to notice it quickly cause I check tire pressure everyday via its own system. Lucky me. This was my first year with Mercedes and thus lead to me think about how they feel responsible about what they do. 😌 now I have doubt about other maintenance points, if they did it correctly?

They were extremely busy and backed up, but managed a timeslot and loaner for me as I had cracked my rim & needed immediate assistance. That in itself blew me away, but then I met my service advisor, Lino. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him, he was very transparent, honest and most importantly, he was very efficient. Thanks again guys!

I never leave reviews but this experience has been one of the worst I came across. My A/C stopped working I brought it in and they quoted 2660$ It needed a couple of days and as I needed my car I decided to do it a little bit later. After approx a month I brough my car in and now they quoted 5600$!!!! a 3000$ price difference in a matter of weeks. When I ask them how come a couple of bad excuses such as labor and the best part was the tech told me the prices of the parts had gone up! In 5 weeks a 100% price increase. I brought my car to local mechanic who exchanged everything with authentic MB parts for 2750$ Dont bring you car here they are always changing prices and recommending services you dont need. and the technicians are rude and slow

Took car in for an engine warning light. Was told it needed (3) parts, 2 of which are covered by (7) year emission warranty, and the 3rd that is not, and would cost $2,700. I authorized the repair for the parts that were under warranty only. After picking the car up I spoke to a knowledgeable person about the part that they wanted to charge $2,700 for, who advised that he thought that part was also covered by the emission warranty. I brought the car to another dealership who confirmed the part was in fact covered and handled the repair for no cost.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this is the worst service department at any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t return voicemails to schedule appointments and when you finally schedule an appointment they don’t show up on time. Their employees would have been fired on their first day on the job at literally any other company. If you told me this dealership was actually run by a bunch of children and the people you interact with are just for appearances, I’d believe you.

My service advisor Steven is just amazing. I have taken my brand new car to MB of Encino and it always came back with the same issue and then telling me “we couldn’t find the problem” My first time at Beverly Hills MB and right away they told me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issue. Steven went out of his way to even let me know not to worry or stress about anything to leave it to him. Now that’s A class service.

This review is on for the Mercedes-Benz service department. I have taken my Mercedes here multiple times, both the leased car (C43 AMG) and the one that I own (AMG GTS). I have found the service experience here to be exceptional. Specifically, Elan Has been my service advisor multiple times and has gone out of his way to assure I have an amazing experience. They have dropped off my car at work after service. They have given me loaner vehicles easily. When I am low on air I take my car there and they instantly fill it up without needing an appointment. Luckily I have the tire Insurance package and Ive taken my car here multiple times as a result of driving on Los Angeles streets and they have done an amazing job replacing the tires and even the rims multiple times.Compared to the service departments elsewhere the pricing here is also exceptional, which is surprising for a Beverly Hills location. They are also great at texting. I have zero hesitation taking my Mercedes here for service and support cannot thank Elan enough for going out of his way every single time.

I have 10 cars that I take to this shop for service, I was giving them all my business for in warranty and basic maintenance. Every person I send with the cars to there service expresses to me how RUDE they are.. how they never help the person, they sit there.. the check in process is terrible.. There fallow up is terrible after the car is checked in.. They do service you do not request or ask for.. They order wrong parts after you send a detail email and make you pay for it. They do not put effort into fixing in warranty items, they only want to charge for out of warranty items. I have to travel with all these cars to get real service, real people who want to fix my fleet of cars.. when they are 2 miles away from me : ( I currently am picking up a electric car that has a charger that only works 40% of the time.. leaving the car un charged.. can you imagine how fun it is to come to a car that can not be used.. The service guy just talks over me and wont let me explain on multiple outlets this charger continues to fail 60% of the time.. and tell me that they charged it at there place on there charger and my charger.. so because it worked 1x at there place.. the charger works..

I had such an amazing experience at this service center. From the moment I drove into the driveway, I was greeted and directed where to go. My service advisor was Muniq Bynum. She treated me with respect and listened to all my cars concerns as to why I had come in. I didnt even have an appointment and she didnt rush me and helped me the whole time, even with my rental car and checkout. She was nice enough to send my car to get inspected before quoting me a repair price, so that I would know what actually needed to be repaired. I truly had such a wonderful experience with Moniq and am grateful I was assigned to her for Mercedes.

They had one of my cars for over a week and didnt even start the work for 8 days. Then gave me a bill for over $2800 for a repair that I had locally fixed for $300. To take the car out of the dealer, they charged me $290.They refused to give me a loaner car by creating confusion with my insurance company. This was in spite of the fact that I had scheduled for the service.I have since gone to House of Imports and they provide a truly white glove service. They gave me a courtesy vehicle and once I explained what happened here at Beverly Hills Mercedes, they said they will make it right for me.I will not buy a car or get service from this dealership. I will from now on go to House of Imports, its of course farther, but worth the service.

I wasn’t surprised to see the endless litany of one star reviews as I too had the worlds worst experience today in “service” (which should be renamed “Take your car somewhere else because we don’t want you or your car here” department). Made an appointment, drove in then waited for my service advisor. After waiting and waiting (and seeing other people come and go) someone walks over to tell me that my advisor (Babz) didn’t know she was my advisor and wasn’t there. Ok, so I’ll talk to anyone available....but, no one was available. Finally...FINALLY some guy walks out and starts asking me inane question after question which I answered over and over again...it became unbearable. Please take the car in and let me leave...I’m begging you please just service the car. Nope, it never ended so I left. Seriously, what’s with you clowns? Just service the damn car already....EPIC FAIL!!Message to Phil Fox: I noticed that you spend most of your time responding to these one star reviews with “I’m so sorry and I’ll call you ASAP.” Might I suggest you spend your time fixing your service department and/or looking in the mirror and asking yourself “Who is really responsible for all these bad reviews?” Oh yeah...it all starts and ends with you. Hands down the worst car service experience Ive ever had. And as a result of how I was treated, I will never return to Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills again, to service a car OR purchase one. You might as well just send customers directly to W.I. Simonson, because thats exactly where Ill be going from now on! If you value your time, energy and sanity, avoid this service dept at all costs and take your business elsewhere.It took me more than two hours AFTER I had made my appointment to drop off my car and get consulted (for nothing but a standard service A!). At one point I had to sit on the hood of my car to draw attention to myself to get assistance. This is BEYOND unacceptable at any dealership, let alone one of this alleged caliber.Was then told my car would be repaired by 4:00pm on Friday and that my service provider would call me to update me on its status. But by 5:00pm, I hadnt received a call regarding the status of my car. So I trudged back to the service department, only to find out that my car would need to be in the shop a few extra days. What would have happened if I didnt return that day? Would I never have been contacted? Seemed as if the service provider had entirely forgotten to give me a call.Again, unacceptable. At this point (and only at this point) was when I was offered a loaner vehicle.Ever since getting control of my car again (a real feat considering this miserable experience) I have been HOUNDED day in and day out to complete this survey -- so now you communicate with me??? Where was this white-gloved level of service when my car was in your care?Absolutely pitiful.

I showed up at 8:45am and my car wasn’t completed until 12:00.I needed a weather strip replaced, which is about a 5 minute repair max. I was originally told there was no labor fee which then at the last second it was an $80 labor fee.I purchased the car wash which took 90 minutes and I was told my car was ready multiple times only to find out I had to wait longer.Will not be coming back to this service department for anything ever again.

Jesus Vargas is a gem. He is a man of his word and he follows through with every promise he makes and hes always on top of his clients with exactly what is going on with their cars. I have a 1998 Mercedes sl 500 r129 model, it has 145K miles and is getting up there, but with Jesus help this car is still able to be driven across the country as if it were brand new. He is a good man and an asset for this dealership. Normally i am so against dealerships as i think for the most part they rip peeps off, but he helps keep them honest when working with me.

I have to thank Ivan Montejano for going above and beyond for me, I was in a horrible situation having locked my key in the trunk of my 2004 clk and he really went the extra mile to try to help me in every way, shape and form, all whilst keeping my costs low. And we all know that usually when you go to dealer service usually its the exact opposite type of experience.There were plenty of hiccups but Ivan came through in so many ways, that it made me glad that I had gotten my car towed to them versus the one at Santa Monica.Thank you so very much Ivan for helping to make my plight the least painful that it could be given the circumstances.

Updated Review: My sister took her S550 to the service two days ago, and they charged her for a carwash. The carwash is complimentary as long as youre a customer, but this place started to charge extra to make more money. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!Original Review: This is my second review for this company, my first review was for their sales department which was horrible by the way.I made an appointment for service on Tuesday at 8 AM, I mentioned twice that I need car loaner for that period of time and they also added my request in confirmation email.I got there 7:50 AM but I was seating in my car waiting in the line to see service adviser for 20 minutes, he finally showed up and told me that they dont have car loaner and they will not be able to take a look at my car until tomorrow morning because theyre very busy today, he also suggested me to take my car to other companies, I couldnt believe what happened to me and I just decided to say thank you and leave the place as fastest I possibly could.Service department is complete trash, worst support, worst service, worst attitudes, this place needs to be shut down now.

Finally the car get fixed at noon, they promised that they will deliver the car to my address as soon as possible and the driver would give me a call when he/she is on the way. Two weeks ago I dropped my car off because it was having transmission problems and command problems. Both under my extended warranty contract. Unfortunately I had to decline the loaner car because I lost my drivers license. So I had to take UBER and take Lyfts to and from work. ($200 total) I kept having to call to check the status on my car DAILY, I kept getting different answers on when it was going to be fixed. Then was told it was fixed but the command would cost $170.00... Then I called back after gathering my extended warranty documents and argued it should be covered. They apologized and said yes it was covered.. Said it would be fixed in 2 hours. (this is at the two week mark) I leave work early from Santa Monica to go to Beverly hills to pick my car up and its not ready. Told me it would for sure be ready the next day. I get a call later and am told they had to order a entire new command unit and its being shipped from Germany. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and urgency. Why did it take two weeks to fix a transmission problem and why after two weeks did they just order a command part and now I have to wait another 10 business days for it to arrive? This is ridiculous. Now here I am waiting at 1:53pm Expected the shuttle to pick me up and guess what? Its not here. I called the service center to re confirm they were picking me up and after being an hour late they told me they would be here within the next hour. I will never bring my car here again. Horrible service.

Worst MB car dealer in LA.This is now the second time I have to bring my smart car to service due to some part malfunction.The worst part is that they take more than two weeks to start the process of repair.Took them 6 days to finally give a estimated time of repair and when I asked for a loaner took them another 2 days to start the process.When I came to the loaner department I was told that my insurance would not cover their loaner car, and I would have to change my insurance policy to get a car from them and if course its now Saturday and it wont reflect the changes by Monday.When asked about getting a rental car from Enterprise they told me that it was closed and that they tried to help me.Thats not a 5 star service in my opinion, first I have to take my car to service again, for something that is beyond my control, they take 10 days to start the process and last but not least they wont even help me with a loaner car, this is the last time I will come to this dealership.Please avoid coming here.UPDATE:Phil replied to this review and asked me to give him a call, I did but couldnt reach out to him, left a Voicemail, he didnt called me back, called the next day, again no response.This is even worst.

Went there for AC issue, after 3 days of checking they told me that is a software problem and its fixed, but they also did an inspection and told me that they have to replace some belt . They did it , but after i got my car and drove less than 20 miles the Check engine light lit . I called them and they said it has nothing to do with the job that has been done , remember they did inspection when i left the car first time . So i had to bring the car back and had to pay additional. Anyway after i got my car again , 4 days later my AC stopped blowing cold air again , but not only that , a day later i found a leak in my garage and it was from the radiator . Because i was pissed of , i just went to another service center , the mechanic told me that radiator is leaking and has to be replaced, but guess what , when they took it of it happens that the radiator is completely ok , just one of the nuts was untied and the leak was from there . Something that is technically impossible to be done by itself. That means that the mechanics at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills are more likely the people responsible for that trouble . So Im about to call the general manager now and if he doesnt cooperate, Ill have to call my lawyer then .Antoan Petrov

Chicagos loss is Beverly Hills gain now that Tashi Scott has moved to your MB Service Center. I had a series of complicated problems with a Mercedes that I purchased here and I couldnt have gotten more personalized, professional service if Tashi had come to my home and picked the car up herself! Plus she really cares, so I always felt that my concerns were being heard and would be addressed until 100% resolved. Not to mention that shes so personable that it was actually fun working with her even on a messy situation that had cost me a lot of money. We miss you in Chicago, Tashi! The worst service Ive ever experienced for something so expensive. After just driving my brand-new Mercedes for a few months, with under 2,000 miles on it, my transmission blew AND while it was at this dealership for three weeks - they crashed it. I am now paying full price to lease a Mercedes with a re-built transmission and that has been in an accident. This dealership took no responsibility at all. I just took it in for its mandatory yearly check up and was REFUSED SERVICE by Phil Fox because I complained in the past. Not only do I advise against ever using their service center (rudest and most arrogant people Ive ever dealt with in Los Angeles), but if you must buy a Mercedes (which I never will again) service it elsewhere. *Please note their cut and paste apology, they never made an attempt, on any level, to address my concerns. I had to bring a lawyer in.

I brought my car in for basic Service B and despite having a maintenance contract on the vehicle, was hit up for a $400 bill! I had recently taken over a Mercedes lease but the maintenance contract was never moved into my name. I discussed the oversight at length with the intake agent, the warranty department, and the service manager of Beverly Hills Benz, yet every turn offered a hard line sorry but no. No one was willing to help. This was totally unlike all of my prior experiences with Mercedes. I tried next to call Mercedes Benz financial services who handled the original transfer; they assured me any service center could and should handle the simple name change. So I tried again with BH-Benz, yet they continued to assert the maintenance was non-transferable. Lastly I called WI Simonson Mercedes Benz in Santa Monica and spoke with the finance department there. They asked why Beverly Hills couldnt just change the name? I explained theyd refused and wanted me to pay. The amazing gentleman from WI Simonson confirmed my information, went into the system and while I was on the phone, made the change in under 2 minutes. At 2:30pm I forwarded the updated contract to BH-Benz and advised them that I would be there by 4pm for the car. When I arrived at 3:30, miraculously the vehicle had not only Service B completed, but a number of other premium maintenance services from my contact had been performed. Considering how packed it was upon my arrival, its a bit suspect that BH-Benz was able to get all that extra work done in under an hour. That or they took the liberty to add a few extra line items to the invoice, since itd be getting billed to the third-party maintenance contract anyway. Milk it —that should be their byline. All in all, I will never recommend this Benz nor would I ever come here again for service. If this was indicative of the standard arc of business of Mercedes worldwide, this company would have been out of business long ago. Thankfully though this appears isolated, as my experience with Mercedes Benz Financial Services and Santa Monicas WI Simonson Mercedes were beyond excellent; both teams are on point and eager to help. My 2 cents? Pick another dealership.
