If I could leave 0 stars, I would.I scheduled an appointment to have my taxes amended. When I made the appointment, I selected a “senior tax specialist” because I knew the task would be a challenge. The tax “specialist” Susan B. seemed very unsure of herself and I asked that she let me know if she was unsure of what needed to be done before I wasted anytime and put myself in a unwanted situation with the state of PA. She assured me that she could get it done. After spending an hour at the tax office with a senior specialist, she asked that I leave my taxes because she needed assistance. I was called late that evening just before their closing time only to be told that I needed to come pick up my taxes because she didn’t have time, and didn’t have the help to get them completed. What a joke. I suggest doing your research when picking a tax office…and definitely do not recommend going to this one.

The agent that does my taxes is always consistent and does his job the best. Hes always friendly and respectful to me and makes the process easy and fast and always makes me want to come back the following year.

Lillian Lopez really worked for me ! She followed up promptly and really cared about my situation . She worked hard to make sure my returns were accurate and tried to get me as much money back as possible . In the end after her hard work and 6 back returns later , I got a refund ! Thank You for taking the pain and stress away and working so hard for me . Worth every penny!!!

Bang for your buck good service

I brought my taxes to H&R Block for the first time thinking it would be a convenient and efficient way to get my taxes done... I was WRONGThis was such a terrible experience from beginning to end. The level of incompetency by these people is unbelievable. They do not stand by their promise of no surprise pricing / transparent pricing / satisfaction guarantee. I would never recommend anyone to bring their tax paperwork there and I would absolutely never return. This a corrupt and disingenuous company and I hope my review helps someone not make the same mistake I did.Also - I withdrew my return from them and filed my taxes in my own. And saved myself $1540.00. These people have literally no idea what they’re doing.

Been pleased with the service Ive gotten so far and this year was actually even easier! With the exception of the automated appointment maker ( which I totally disliked ), everything went very well.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at H&R. I usually do my taxes on turbo tax but sometimes it’s nice to have someone who can explain everything and answer any questions that may arise. I would definitely recommend friends and family to use H&R! My tax specialist Janear was very professional and answered any questions I had.

Honestly I was going to go to an accountant. Paul was a professional. He restored my faith in H&R Block.

Ive been a long time H&R block customer and I always get great service

We are Hispanic and not to make this a racial thing but we felt that our tax preparer was a racist. He did his job well but Ron Norcross was unable and unwilling to say ‘your welcome’ to us after thanking him severa times. We found that to be very rude and unprofessional.

My tax preparer was great, but their 1040EZ federal tax return for free is a total scam (why they deserve 1 star). It did not make a difference in the time preparing my return, but because I had an HSA for my heathcare plan I got moved to a 1040 form (from the 1040EZ) which cost me well over $100 more for my return to be filed because my federal was no longer free..... get with the program, may people are moving to an HSA because it is a better deal.I appreciate the employees at this location, but I am done with H&R Blocks services as a company.
