This is my second encounter with a YRC in as many days. And as before it was a terrific experience. As it happens one of the dispatchers grew up in the same town that my parents lived in and we had a great conversation reminiscing about that area and the changes that had taken place. There is absolutely something about the way that YRC operates that allows for great interaction between drivers and Company workers. I would love to know the secret.

Super nice people to deal with! Friendly and easy going. It took longer to walk through the parking lot to reach the office than it did to pick up my welder!

Spoke with Donna a very rude customer service representative. First of all she does not know how to treat customers. After 6 min on the phone she justs stays silent and I hear everything in the background. The driver left my package at another building and the box was broken, which I talked to someone when it happened, but the person did not take notes(They cover each others back) but the good thing is that I have pictures. A big hole in the box and all dented and scratched. I literally had to call back and speak to a Supervisor (Kenny) cause she was just RUDE!!!
