Same experience as the other poster. Had an expensive package with no attempt to schedule a delivery. I was forced to to call a dozen times and was told they found the package, then lost it again, then found it only to lose it again, then a delivery date was set until they lost it again. Talked to HQ who stayed on the line with the local manager until they could assure me they found it and schedule a delivery date only to have them never show up for the delivery date and put in a lost package notification with the seller (while never contacting me). This place is the modern day equivalent of the Baltimore docks in S2 of The Wire. Stay away.

Decent signage allows you to negotiate through various buildings to reach the docks. Most of the people are helpful.

Refused to deliver product. Eventually claimed it was lost.Was most definitely stolen by employee.After seeing the reply from XGS below, it lowers my confidence to a level I wasnt even aware existed. Ive spoken to the corporate office, as well as the Allentown facility, over a dozen times trying to track down my shipment. I was told variations of its lost or it will be delivered tomorrow multiple times. The fact that you can lose over $3,000.00 worth of merchandise, a literal pallet of material, and that the person replying to my google response isnt even aware of that means that you are, in fact, terrible at communication. I have 8 text messages confirming a delivery, and not once did that delivery show up.You stole it, you lied about it, and now youre pretending you dont know what is happening. Thats negligent, rude, and I cant believe you had the audacity to reply how you did. You dont strive you can barely stop your employees from stealing and lying. Do better. Seriously.
