I took my son in laws car for an oil change and to find out why the check engine light is on. Great customer service but a few glitches. They 1st said the car wasnt on the calendar thats hung up on the wall. But then he did find it. Quick service. The oil change took less than half a hour. But only to find out they didnt check why the check engine light was on and was fully aware to it being on. But I would have to have my son in law call to make another appointment. That was disappointing. Very nice place and great people overall.

Visiting from out of town and got a flat tire. Great customer service on the phone and in person. Ended up alerting me to the fact that i had two tires in bad shape. Got both replaced for a extremely reasonable price. Not the usual upsell atmosphere, these were trustworthy guys.

Attempted multiple times to schedule an appointment over the phone and never got a call back or even a confirmation via email to confirm the appointment request that I made on their website. Very disappointed, theyre nothing like the guys who were running the location on Quakertown.

I have been doing business with United Tire and Paul for a number of years. I have never gone there and not been treated like a customer should be. They are very knowledgeable on all phases of repair and the prices are the best in the valley. They always explain what needs to be done and more than that, why it should be done. I buy all my tires from them and will continue to do so in the future.

These guys really get the job done they have corrected things my former mechanic did wrong and are much more reasonably priced. They also seem to go above and beyond and the service is excellent.

I bought a set of tires one blew a few days later I went back and waited over a week to hear them say it wasnt covered. The best they could do was give me a deal on a tire when it should have been free

These guys are honest. Came in to buy a new tire because mine kept going flat. The technician evaluated my tire, found a leak, and patched it for less than a used tire!

If I could give them a negative star I would. they send a guy out to me to help me put on a spare since my lug nuts were completely stripped. i dont know what this man did but it completely made my car undrivable. the two front tires go in different directions..... I called back for help and all the man on the other side of the phone call said was. yup, sorry bout that. unacceptable, at least I could get it to move on the flat tire, and since he power drilled the lug nuts on looks like Im stuck until I can afford a tow. would never recommend such poor customer service and complete apathy for a botched job done by one of their mechanics.

Very nice and have great deals on tires

Ive used them for the state inspections and emissions only so far and did not have any problems with them. They seem honest and reliable.

I took my car to KBR for 4 new tires. When I picked my car up there was glue and large scratches on all 4 rims! I made them clean the rims and the glue came off but the scratches remained. They then said they wanted me to pay $150 to have the scratches removed...the scratches that they put in! Stay Away!!!
