We have been a tenant since inception and love it. Staff is amazing and energy is always positive. Just when I did not think it could get any better, the ice cream cart came and delivered! Awesome.

This is my third co-working space in the last ~8 years, and is very easily #1. The staff is so kind, thoughtful and accommodating. The perks/benefits (food/drink) is really nice throughout the day--you can tell good hospitality is stressed at the highest levels of the company. Its easy to be productive. The space is designed so well. Its a great fit for companies big and small. Come check it out!

Love love love! Space is always bright and clean. Snacks are AMAZING and well stocked. Coffee is great. Staff is very thoughtful and considerate. Can not recommend them enough.Oh and did I mention the free massage that they offer sometimes?!?!! Great place to work, have meetings, and get stuff done.

We have been here for a year now and just renewed our lease for another 12 months. Industrious is an amazing place with the best and most professional staff you could expect. They go above and beyond with everything they do. The office staff themselves are extremely nice and helpful, and proactive about any issues the building has (e.g., letting us know if there is garage repair or work in the common building areas).They provide free breakfast every day with high-quality food from local businesses. And we have snacks everyday at 2pm, with different spreads and foods. They also organize happy hours on a weekly basis to promote inter-offices relationships. Finally, they have networking events bringing together various businesses located in Bethesda.I had never been in shared offices before and I was a bit worried before visiting the location. But I could not highlight enough what a great decision it was for our company and how great the environment is.We often host meetings and our partners and customers have all been welcome and treated with care by the staff, and all loved our office space.Highly recommend!

Our seven-person firm has loved working at Industrious over the last several months. The staff are responsive, friendly and have clearly been trained in hospitality. The facilities are clean and beautifully designed which makes it easy for our team to focus on performance. Our neighboring firms are filled with smart, capable entrepreneurs and we appreciate the synergy of our co-working space. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, likely written by a community member who wasn’t following the easy to follow rules. The staff here are wonderful and we are very happy with our choice.

The Bethesda Industries is fantastic. Its the perfect space to get your work done in a professional environment while having great peers, access to all your office needs, and a great kitchen with endless coffee! Theyve created a great space, balancing private offices and very nice boardrooms everyone can use at no extra cost, with casual and communal lounge space. They also provide great foods and snacks. Convenient location with tons of stores, restaurants, bars, and the metro right down stairs, plus the building is honestly gorgeous!I cant complete this review without mentioning Luis and Lat, the office managers. They are both two of the most helpful, friendly, and professional but down to earth people I know and theyre energy really sets the tone for the office. Despite people like me popping up with random needs in the middle of their day, they always promptly help and are always great. I really cant say enough good things about Industrious, especially Bethesda because of Luis and Lat!

Where to possibly begin, the staff at Industrious are among the nicest, most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was one of the very first tenants at Industrious and my team has grown considerably and chosen to stay there because of the staff and accommodations. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. When I got engaged they got me and my fiancee a present to congratulate us! The staff both on-site and corporate are attentive, accommodating and encourage a very positive interaction with members and between members.We moved from a full-service, class A building in Bethesda last August.The energy, the service and the financial savings here are tremendous.Unlike many co-work spaces we shopped, Industrious really delivered not only on aesthetics , but on service.Over the past five months we have connected with so many other small businesses and gained a rejuvenated level of energy from this interaction.The on-site team take hospitality to another level every day. I love Industrious and get so much work done here because the space is so relaxing, calm and quiet- amazing conference rooms, phone booths too. The best is the staff! So helpful and friendly and going out of their way to make sure everyone had a pleasant experience. Oh...and I forgot the treats (coffee, croissants, donuts, snacks.....).

I have been working of the Industrious space for almost a year now and have experienced nothing but 5 star service. The space is always kept pristine and conference rooms are always available and easy to book! We leased quite a few offices from Industrious Bethesda as we were establishing our permanent space in the building and still have several offices there under lease. The space is terrific and the staff is SO accommodating . They could not be more pleasant or helpful! Any interaction with them was pleasurable. I could not recommend them more highly. If there were 10 stars, I would give them 10!!

I have been a member here since they opened and love it. Is it perfect - no. Is it the nicest place Ive worked in terms of surroundings - yes. Do they have tons of food and drinks of all varieties for us all the time - yes. Agreed that the customer landing could be better. Most people stare blindly at the iPad at reception (which baffles me - just touch it) and wait to be talked to. Fair enough. That said, I love the staff, theyre very helpful, Ive always gotten what Ive needed when Ive needed it (or within a reasonable amount of time). Very sorry to hear about the Blue Millennial feedback. I was friends with those guys and enjoyed having them here. I was never an observer of anything inter personally inappropriate.Either way, this is a great place to work. Super nice people in the community as well.

We have been members of Industrious Bethesda since they opened the doors. Its such a positive environment to be in, especially after coming from one of their competitors. While the space is a co-location space of many different companies, the environment is very collaborative and inviting that it feels like everyone is my co-worker. I highly recommend this place for a positive work day.

My company moved to Industrious in November from WeWork and have been extremely pleased. The space is clean and inviting. Two things really stand out: (1) the staff: they go above and beyond to help with anything and everything. (2) the amenities: you really cant beat daily breakfast and snacks, a wide variety of beverage options, and almost-daily events. The staff puts in a ton of effort for these, and its certainly appreciated!

It has been over a year and half working in this fabulous, clean and welcoming workspace. The Industrious management team is professional and aims to please their members. They are so responsive, helpful, accommodating. I have used the Industrious space for a charity event and they were so supportive and went the extra mile. I truly love working here.

Ive been at this Industrious for a bit over a year, and Im incredibly impressed with the space, community, and people running it. Lat and Luis are incredibly warm and welcoming, and keep the office and community running smoothly.One of their former tenants who were disruptive and rude (not to mention running a very sketchy business that resembled a multi-level marketing scheme) seem to be trolling this review page with negative comments and fabricated experience. Pay them no heed to them or their reviews; this Industrious location and the people running it are top notch.

Our managers experienced a lot of really great experiences with the aesthetics of the building. Its a pretty location.However, professionally speaking, our managers would send emails and photos of messages from the staff asking them to do things that was not being asked of other community members.They even sent emails of testimony of other members saying they had never been asked to adhere to certain rules that were being applied to our business only.The area manager Joyce Oh made clear that investigations of explicit racist behavior, aggressive and discriminatory acts of members of the community was of great important. When brought up, she had no questions about what happened until she was questioned as to why she in fact had no questions.There was a very deliberate attempt to over-scrutinize and microinspect our business in ways others were not. And we have testimony from 16 other members industrious was not aware of as proof.Our business happens to be 80% African American. They only business in the building that happens to be so. This made some residents very uncomfortable. We know because its been documented. Nothing was done about it.Too many other co-working spaces to take the risk here.

I have been a member with Industrious for OVER 1 year and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office space and the entire industrious team. They go above and beyond to please their members and make you LOVE coming to work every day. I have never enjoyed a workplace more than Industrious Bethesda. Lat, Luis and Chad are the BEST!

I work out of this office often, even though I am based in DC. As a remote visitor I have nothing but wonderful things to say about how Lat and Louis treat me and respect me. They have dealt with an extremely challenging member and have handled it with class and dignity. For the rest of us in the space, we could always count on them to put out a great breakfast, an over-the top snack time, and help us with what we need. The customer first ethic is truly unique. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

After 30 years in offices, Industrious is my FAVORITE office work space EVER! I opened my insurance agency in the BETHESDA office a year ago. Staff is always friendly, polite and attentive. I am greeted warmly, my guests are welcomed and the hospitality services are 2nd to NONE in the co-sharing office world. To anyone looking at the reviews, come see the Industrious offices and see for yourselves.

Industrious is a great facility, beautiful space, great location. The real strength here is the terrific staff. They go out of their way to be friendly and personable, learn everybodys names, set out great snacks and plan events to really get the community in the office together and getting to know each other. I was one of the first members of this Industrious location and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience, the space, the employees of Industrious, and the fellow tenants of the space. 99.9% of the coworkers there are courteous, fun, inspiring and helpful. I cant recommend it high enough. I also used their other locations nationwide as I traveled and it was super helpful.I read through the negative reviews on here by one group in particular...Id ignore those. There isnt any race or discriminatory practices. What you had was a group that was selfish and over played their hand on the generosity of the community (of all colors, shapes, age, etc) and when they were asked to show some self awareness, that obviously hurt their feelings.

I have been working with Industrious for almost a year and it has been such a pleasure. They have been so accommodating and helpful. The really do make my job much easier. It is a great work environment, with nice furniture, plants, and so many different snack and beverage options.

Industrious has been an awesome experience. The management team is great - both welcoming and accommodating. Unlimited coffee and breakfast/afternoon snacks are a nice perk as well. 5 stars!!

This place is great!The overall aesthetic is natural and modern. The spaces are clean and well taken care of. Lots of glass and well placed light ensures that even the interior offices are well lit and receive some natural light.All private offices are well furnished with sturdy modern, wood/metal desks and Herman Miller chairs. The cleaning staff picks up trash daily and sweeps on a regular basis.The amenities are also amazing. Breakfast every morning. Coffee/tea through out the day. A fridge stocked with various snacks. Various snacks served daily in the afternoons.... and thats just the food. Free WiFi, mail/package acceptance, meeting rooms, weekly happy hours. There are more that I cant remember to list.The best part thought is the team. They go above and beyond to make sure that members and their guests are taken care of and feel welcome. I have never heard them say no to anybody with a reasonable request.I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a co-working space in Bethesda.

Very beautiful office space! However, not worth it due to the staff. They are very unpleasant, not helpful when asked questions and treat guests poorly. From someone who works closely with fellow occupants who pay a lot of money to rent an office space and have frequent meetings, the staff come off very poorly to guests. People coming in are not greeted or welcomed, but rather treated like an outsider that doesnt belong. Customer service is very important, I hope management can teach their employees some manners or replace them with people who genuinely enjoy working with others. Anyone can sit at a desk, twiddle their thumbs and mean mug people walking into the office space. It takes a special kind of individual who comes to work excited and ready to go above and beyond.

I’ve had an office at the Industrious Bethesda location for about nine months, and it’s been a really great experience! As many reviewers have noted, the space itself is beautiful and the amenities (good coffee, fun snacks, happy hours) make it highly enjoyable to come to work.But the most standout part of the experience by far has to be the team that runs the office - Luis and Lat are unfailingly kind, responsive, and helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond in a few cases, for example helping me reserve free conference space at another location for my team’s all-day offsite. It’s clear that they strive to create an exceptional experience for all the members and their guests.I would highly recommend Industrious Bethesda for anyone seeking a warm, fun, professional coworking or office space in the Bethesda area!

The onsite managers are excellent. Very professional, approachable, helpful whenever you have a question or need anything. Our company leased space down there, and still have some space down there and it was outstanding to be there the few months that I was down there. If anyone was looking for space, I would recommend them hundred times over.

My team of 6 people held two days of retreats at this awesome space. The amenities are incredibly nice and just as nice are the staff. We enjoyed all of the free breakfast, snacks, coffee and drinks we wanted. This well-designed space would be a dream to call our office!
