Everyone in my family get haircuts there! Maria and Miguel do a great job for kids, men, and women. Im usually the only woman getting a haircut when Im there but Maria is very good and gives me a nice, short but stylish cut.

Best spot in the area no doubt about it. Never had an issue with any barber here. Absolutely worth it.

I am one of the many bearded individuals who fear going to get a trim at a new place. I can tell you, bearded friends, that you do not need to fear getting a trim here. Miguel knows what he is doing, does it quickly and does a fine job. He cut only the stragglers that needed to be cut and had me looking professional in a span of 15 minutes. This is my 2nd professional trim in the past 3 years and it wont be my last from Miguel.

The best barber salon i have ever been to. Spacious to the point you can feel comfortable because you are not so close to the next client as in most cases. The staff is super friendly and they recommend styles which is helpful.

This is how barbershops are supposed to be. Honest (not hipster), friendly (not superficial), clean (not plastic), decades of experience (they know their business!), a great cut in a for a fair price. I have been to several hairdressers in Bethesda but this is the only one I admire and enjoy coming back.

Years ago (when I was doing a fair amount of TV) I used to go to ILOs in upper Georgetown. But the stylist there who did my hair left. And ILOs no longer exists. After losing that stylist Ive been going to barbers in my NW DC neighborhood, Wakefield, but thought for the heck of it Id try something new.Miguel did an outstanding job for my haircut and beard trimming. At least as good as I used to get at ILOs, if not better. And hes a good guy!Miguel has been in business thirty-plus years -- I just hope he stays around for a few more!

The best of the best

The owners are wonderful and the decor of this small barbershop shows their pride in their military children and all service members. It is a little pricier than the typical hair cut place, but I think it is worth the experience and the friendliness.
