Not sure how much English he knows so dont expect a conversation because he has never spoke much to me after 4 years of going there (closest spot to me). His haircuts are ok, sometimes really good, sometimes very mediocre.Go on Fridays and have the lady cut your hair, shes great.

Worse barber bad customer service. You get what you pay for . If you choose to get a hair cut on there good luck, because the owner is a mean guy just save your money. I prefer hold on to my hair than paying this “barber” to touch it

Went there for an haircut after seeing s bug $12 haircut sign in the street. There was no client inside. The gentleman did not even greet me, and told me right away that the price was $15 even though it was written $12 outside and inside. When I asked for explanation, I was just asked to leave...I left.

This is the first time in over a decade I am notably upset with quality of cuts at a barber shop. There are 2 major problems here: scissor cuts & roughness.While the zero/skin fade is average, this barber gives the worst scissor cut I have received in my life. He does not wet your hair before cutting it with scissors, so it ends up looking uneven because each strand of hair will be a different length. He glides a massive comb along the top of your head and spends

As everyone said you pay for what you get. I wasnt please with my haircut, but for $12 what do you expect. He takes a 3 dollar tip making it $15, if you pay with a $20. This is a cash only spot. The top of my hair was completely uneven.

A gentleman who takes pride in his work. Fast precision, comfortable environment. Get away from all the corporate chains and support a real human being! Great cut, great price. Ill be back!

Used to go to him regularly every two weeks... he’s changed.. He rushes even when no one is waiting. Left with a haircut that looks like i did it myself. I’d give him $20 everytime with the assumption he would remember me and give me a great haircut everytime. Seems like he sees me as a quick and easy $20 providing me with a 10 minute haircut. I’m Korean also which is why I kept going to him since he’s Korean too. SMH last time going here.

Best barber in town. Great low price especially for the area. Hes clean and very considerate. Actually listens to what you ask of him and just to make sure you get exactly what you want, he will never hesitate to ask. Worst case scenario you just take a picture of what you want, and after 10 secs of looking, he gets to work. Highly recommend trying Barber and Salon bethesda.

I just moved from LA and have been looking for a place that is reasonably priced and will do a great job. Well, I just went today and Im extremely pleased with my haircut. I will definitely be coming back!

Terrible...you get what you pay for I suppose. The guy trimmed up my sides, then when he got to the top told me he was done. Refused to cut it because I had too much product in my hair. Wouldnt use water or give me a shampoo to fix it even though I offered to pay for a shampoo. Then he didnt have proper change for a $20. Now, I have to get another hair cut because I look ridiculous with an unkempt top and groomed sides. Save your money and go somewhere else first. Terrible customer service.

I enjoy his haircut service very much.Since I only need simple short hair haircut monthly his service is perfect for me. His price has been quite reasonalbe for years without change.Edens haircut skill is very good. He pays good attention to customer need. He is very friendly. He keeps his shop clean.

Lack of respect!!! Hard to communicate. Spoke simple English, so not sure if he was rude or just couldn’t speak proper English. Cut me several times and didn’t confirm with me if I was happy with the result. I didn’t have my glasses on so couldn’t see it but when I told the guy that I want it shorter, the guy cursed in Korean! Man I heard you! At the end I didn’t pay tips coz dude you cut me! And he yield at me” hay man you need to pay tips!” I DONT NEED TO. People pay tips to appreciate yours service and I don’t appreciate people citing me. Here, your one-star tips! Don’t go there, it’s just a few bucks difference. Get a hair cut that give you a fresh look and fresh mood.

The service here at Barber & Salon is excellent. Mr.Park is truly a master barber. I am glad that I found this place. Do yourself a favor and get a haircut from this place!

Only place I would go to get my hair cut in Bethesda, loved it and the guy is pretty funny.

Id been coming to this barbershop for the last 6 years and I always leave happy. The prices hasnt changed and they are very reasonable. I enjoy talking to my barber everytime I get a haicut. I bring my son here also and he likes his haircut.

Lack of communication in order to understand desired style. He became confrontational when pointing out wrong cut. However, price was competitive for the area.

Lured in with cheap pricing advertised outside but everything from a skin fade to a shapeup costs extra. My fade looked more like a buzz cut than anything -- something I could have done myself. Very displeased and I wont be returning.
