I had a wonderful experience with Giuseppe Mauro of Mauro Insurance Group. I paid slightly more by switching my homeowners, and business insurance to Mauro Insurance Group and its been well worth it. He is as genuine and knowledgeable as anyone Ive ever come across.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS PLACE!!!Their quotes and prices are absolutely the worst, they charge so much for a policy that you can get much cheaper elsewhere. When you go to cancel your policy they refuse to do so even though they said they will and then will not answer phone calls or emails.

This company is the worst ever they dont value the customers at all I dont know how they are still in business and the move from location every year Bethesda location just told me they left not saying why they just left this is very frustrating

I honestly knew nothing about insurance before finding MIG. The staff was so accommodating and really took the time to know me and understand my needs. They explained everything and checked with a lot of different companies so that they could give me the best deal on my car insurance. I was paying over 70 dollars more every month than I am now!!! I will definitely be going back to them if i ever need insurance for ANYTHING.

After visiting with Jessie Mendoza at Mauro and having several very professional, cordial conversations with her along with having the opportunity to meet everyone in the office, I truly feel the responsibility to reflect on how organized and well-polished they are. The office is very nicely decorated, organized and state-of-the-art. There is always a respectful staff member at the front to greet you when you first walk-in. A big plus is that they are bilingual. Having that ability truly helps make the clients feel comfortable and at ease. Communication is smooth and very helpful. Jessie, Roxanne, Vins and Guadalupe really help you feel at-home while discussing important business and that is exactly why I wanted to take the time to reflect on my experiences with the entire office and share it with the community. It is so important to have such a professional group like Mauro in the area. I really hope this review helps others as it is my honest opinion of what I experience. I cannot say enough about Mauro Insurance Group! I recently switched my homeowners and automobile insurance over to Erie Insurance (through Mauro Insurance Group) which saved me a few hundred dollars a year. Oh, and I have more coverage than before. Let me restate.....more coverage for significantly less money. Wow!!!I really appreciated the time Giuseppe (my Erie agent) took to explain to me the ins and outs of my policy. If I ever need to make a claim, I have every confidence in Giuseppe and his team to help guide my through the process.Also, they evidently have a Tag and Title business as well. No more trips to the MVA for this guy!

Easily the best insurance group Ive ever had the pleasure of working with Mr Fortiz is an insurance mastermind, pure genius. I have already referred everyone I know, and after you allow him to help you, Im sure you will do the same. If you care about great deals and customer service look no further. A true family of an insurance group.

I had horrible experience with Mauro Insurance Group. I chose this agency because it is just in my neighborhood, but they are the worst in keeping in touch with clients and making efforts to understand clients needs (I couldnt agree more with Sofi N.). I purchased auto insurance and wanted to add home insurance, but they hadnt sent me a quote until ONE YEAR later. Plus the quote they sent was way too expensive because they never bothered asking what I wanted. Also if you leave a message in their voice mail, good luck, you will hear from them a week later only if you are lucky. The worst part is that when you think that youve had it and want to end the relationship with them, they will make it very difficult, trying to know who your new agent is and sabotage your new policy. Mauro Insurance Group is a total shame on the insurance industry!

Terrible customer experience with Victoria or with mauro insurance group because at the end of the day thats who she represents. She is very rude, unprofessional and missinform people with information about payments. I will not be dealing with this office ever again. Mauro insurance group should put Victoria on a coaching procedure about helping customers with a promt, professional, courteous and willing to help customers and clients because at this rate she is only driving business away. She didnt even introduced herself when I called the office, if you dont need this job give a chance to some else thats willing to help and make customers happier when making inquiries to the office not drive them away.

The customer service is MALISIMO I say it from my own experience. .Most employees do not have the capacity for the position if they do not like they should resign and give the places to someone more prepared. .
