Jamie Brock and her family have been caring for our insurance needs for several years now and we have no complaints as they are very responsive to our needs. We can call or email (response time is usually under an hour) and we always reach them. We had to file a claim, which was the first time for us and they made the process very easy. Not only did they answer any and all of our questions, but they even recommended professionals to make the needed repairs. Additionally, weve contacted them on behalf of relatives for assistance with their insurance needs and they were readily available and assisted us without hesitation. Their Customer Service is top notch making them wonderful company to do business with.
