I asked to have my bank account info to be changed 3 times. It never got changed causing my old bank account to overdraw a couple times. Finally just switched agents.In response to the reply below, new agent switched my auto withdrawl bank account first try with no paperwork needing to be signed.

Have tried to get in contact with David for the last 8 days and keep getting his secretary, telling me that hes either out of the office or some other excuse. When I got the policy for buying our house, it took getting a hold of his manager in order to get the documents that he messed up in the first place. Also our policy was $75 more than what he quoted us. Had to call to fix that, which again, was impossible to get a hold of David. Unless you want somebody who consistently dodges your calls, I would highly recommend another agent if not another company all together. Still havent heard anything from him.

My family was with this company for many years until they retired. At first, things were still going decent, but recently when we were to call and ask a simple question whomever was at the phone was rude and did was not helpful!!! We decided to go with a different company, however, they are STILL TAKING MONEY OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT!!!! I would NOT go with this company. They STILL need to make improvements and not make their loyal customers so angry that they decide to go with another company. And QUIT taking money out of customers accounts when they are no longer with your company, PLEASE!!!

I was with state farm for 19 years and was very reluctant at the thought of changing insurance companies. David Scott educated me on the coverage I had with State farm and it was the bare minimum. I cancelled my policy with David Scott in August 2018. I specifically told His brother Xavier Scott not to put me on automatic withdrawal and he did anyways. When I tried to contact David he did not respond for several days until after I contacted his office to cancel my policy. It is now September and a Withdrawl was made from my account of the 14th. I no longer own the vehicle that they charged me for. The vehicle was sold several weeks ago. I would not recommend getting insurance through David Scott.

Quoting with David was easy and he explained everything so that I understood what Im actually covered for. By switching to Farmers Ins. Im saving over $1000.00/year on my home and auto!!!
