Been with Bill Granger at State Farm for years, best agent ever! Love his office staff!

It is currently the 18th at 4 pm and my bills due on the 18th but my bill just decides to disappear it’s a Saturday btw and they’re closed on the weekends this happens way to often just make it normal where it’s not late till 12 like normal places

I submitted a claim to the office and they got everything right to the claim office. I was pleased with the office response.

Had this guy since at least 03, been a great business.

Great customer service, friendly staff, good hours, always returns calls promptly. Highly recommend their office.

I would give 0 Stars if I could. State Farm definitely does not have your best interest at hand, they just want your premium every month. The worst possible customer service from agents and up. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for protecting your home and belongings.

Ive been with Bill for years. When life throws me lemons (or drops a tree on my house, rear ends me on the chain of rocks bridge, or spins me out on a patch of black ice into a median on 270), his team always helps me get through it.

The two times I have needed this agent, they were closed and would not allow State Farm to conduct business with me! Also one one occasion I needed to use the restroom very badly secondary to a medical problem, the front desk girl informed that indeed they had a bathroom, but it was for employees only, and i had to leave and come back, at the time of this incident, I had been a customer for over 18 yrs
