Had a classic car towed across the country and that driver couldn’t drop it where necessary, wrecked the car in the rear and all sorts of stuff. Called Shaw to get it moved into my narrow lot and Michael came out and made it look easy. Incredible, quick, professional and affordable work. I’ve been in the automotive business 12 years and this was top notch on my experiences with a tow company.

This company is amazing! They have a guy named Micheal who works there. He was the dispatcher for my tow. Honestly this guy was nothing short of amazing. Excellent Service, very respectful, and just an all around amazing guy. I thought I would have to get a new engine in my car, Micheal came out for the tow but ended up fixing the car in a few minutes. He truly was a God Send and I will be forever grateful! I recommend Shaws Towing 100%!

Wont be using them again. Was told my car would be picked up in 15 mins. Hit traffic. Never updated me on whats going on.I wasnt there with the car, so I told them I need to be notified. My dad was there with them.Came back with the car. For some reason he took the interstate instead of hwy 11. I had to call my insurance company multiple times to see where the tow truck was.Car was finally drop off at 425 but I already had to go to work. Then asked my mom for payment when I already paid through the phone to the dispatcher.Never in my life I had such slow service. I think they took their time because they were only getting 15 dollars out of the tow. :/
