I called because I have wind and hail damage to my roof. They finally got in touch with me after about a week and said they would be out here on Friday, this is Tuesday and I havent seen them yet nor have they called to let us know why they didnt show up. I have 2 homes insured with them for years and this is my first claim, I think Ill be changing companies soon.

Byron really is great at what he does. He has a very organized and informative staff that are always willing to help. We switched insurance companies a little over 3 years ago after buying our first home. Byron was able to save us money and made sure that my family has everything we need Just in case something happens. Its a great peace of mind knowing that I have Allstate and Byrons team anytime we need help.

Awful service, staff gives inaccurate information and not professional at all. You can never speak with a person who know how to handle a simple problem. I took my business to Byron because he and I live in the same subdivision and that was a big mistake. He doesnt care about his clients or maybe Im the wrong color. RUN RUN RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

Long time Allstate customer. Logged into their Facebook page to read articles and instead have to witness the spectacle of one of Byrons employees getting into a p*ssing match with one of their customers. Not the kind of outfit I want to do business with.
